Wonderfully indulgent, with a bustling, yet relaxing (and beautiful) environment, Venetian offers all your expected pampered services (Mani, Pedi, facials). Friendly staff makes you feel special, and exceptionally nice massage chairs add that extra touch. Grab a beverage and RELAX .. the pricing is very reasonable for their services, too, when compared with others. Time to treat yourself!

I went in today for an acrylic set and the man that did my set was not the best. I left with cuts on 4 of my fingers, one bleeding and stinging that I needed to ask for a bandaid before leaving. I pointed out the cut and said it hurt, but he tried to give an excuse of there being a cut there before, which there definitely wasn’t. I’m not too pleased with the shape and sizes of the nails as well, they arent consistent with one another. I’m not sure if he was rushing or struggling, but I would not recommend paying $35 to leave with cuts on multiple fingers and nails that I probably won’t be showing off to everyone. I will add that my friend got a manicure (no drill) with a different person and her nails looked good with no cuticle cuts!

I gave them 2 stars for a few reasons. 1. They just raised their prices by $4 AND NOW THEY CHARGE $5 to take off your old polish (gel and dip) ?!!??! 2. The nail techs they have… I don’t think are trained at all. I have a specific nail tech I go to (she’s always late… 😫), but I have had to bare the others a few times. They are honestly horrible and don’t take the time to do it right. Unfortunately, after a year of coming here I think I’m going to have to find another nail salon.

The staff is friendly and polite, the place is beautiful and feels really luxurious. I was Lisa’s customer and she was spot on with the dip nails I requested. The pedicure was nice as well, I’m definitely returning

Love coming here. They have always done a great job. When my family from out of state visits, they wait to have their pedicures and manicures done here. Never have had to wait upon walking in. Wont go any where else to get my nails/toes done!

I recently went to Venetian Nail Spa for a full set of acrylic nails. I made an appointment and upon arrival, was told there was no one there who could do acrylic nails at my appointment time. I was frustrated as I was on a schedule and I made an appointment for that reason, but the front desk lady explained they were short staffed and one of the acrylic nail techs had to leave early due to feeling sick. I totally understood and opted to wait an extra 30 minutes past my appointment time for the next available tech.My nails turned out fine (in how they look), but I cant begin to tell you how painful the experience was. I am not one to ever complain, but I have never sat through a more painful nail appointment. I left with multiple cuts/scratches on my fingers, multiple raw spots on the edges on my fingers from being filed too much and too hard. Ive been getting acrylic nails for years, and just recently moved to the area so am trying to find a new salon and will not be going back here. Not to say all of the techs there are not good, but the one I got for my service ruined the experience for me.

Love this place! I moved recently but will always make the 45 minute drive just to get a manicure by Kiki, she never disappoints. They are super friendly, clean and everyone pays close attention to detail. You will for sure feel like VIP every time you go. I highly recommend!

Terrible service. I called to book two mani/pedi and figured I’d try this location opposed to my usual Venetian in winter garden. I gave the girl my phone number and name and she had the absolute nerve to say “hmmm yea I know how to spell that” with the most inconsiderate and rude way I’ve ever been spoken to when trying to book a professional service. Don’t waste your time. If they are going to hire brats that want to belittle clients you will absolutely not take my money.

Wasn’t happy with the design and when i asked if they would be able to fix it the manager came over laughed and said “well isn’t that your problem”. very unprofessional and rude. not coming back

Tori made my manicure and pedicure perfect. I have many years frustrated looking fir somebody like her and finally I found it. Everybody is very profesional, everything is clean, beautiful areas y restroom. Thank you Tori my dauther and me like you a lot ❤

My original quote was $80 for something I usually pay $50 at a other nail salons. Ended up “downgrading” my preferences to pay a more reasonable price.Still ended up with very poor quality nails for $60. Nails turned out too thick, oddly shaped, and the tech was unable to deliver the design I asked for (a drawn floral). If you want shape other that square, they charge extra, hand drawn detail (something this place is unable to deliver) - extra charge.Very disappointed. Will not use this business again.

Clean and nicely decorated. Courteous staff. My only negative is that their nail polish colors and selection are not the best they could be. Some of the colors are not always there and some bottles are dried out.

I’ve been going to Cherry every 2 weeks for the last few months and she does the best job! She always does amazing when I show her inspiration photos or ask for designs. Even after 2 weeks, my nails still look freshly done. And I always get tons of compliments!

Just tried this place for the first time since I’m new to the area and need a new “go to” nail salon. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and I took a chance going without an appointment knowing I may not be able to be fit in. The front desk associate was very nice and asked if I could come back in an hour, so nice to be honest up front and not just have me sit there waiting. I came back and my manicure was done by Rick, he was excellent and took special care to repair some of my damaged/broken nails and save them from just cutting them off. I also especially like how he applied the gel polish as some salons I have been to apply it too thick but this was done perfectly. My nails look and feel soooo much better. I will be back!

Extremely disappointed in this place. I recently moved to the area and was looking to pamper myself with a good dip manicure. Upon walking into the salon I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. However, my nail technician was awful, I believe his name was Lei 😢. My cuticles weren’t pushed back (it had been 6 weeks since my last dip manicure), some of my nails are uneven, there was excess powder around them after washing, finishing gel under some of my nails and on top of my thumb (that I had to get rid of myself), and I did not receive moisturizer for my hands. The dip manicure lasted maybe 25 minutes tops. Now I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had a dip manicure go so quickly. My ombré dip manicure cost $60, which I would have happily paid if my experience had been great and my nails didn’t turn out so bad.

I got a pedicure with Cherry and she did an amazing job! She paid attention to detail, took her time on the leg massage and made sure to ask me what I wanted! Had an overall wonderful experience the salon itself is gorgeous and clean I recommend! :)

I love this Venetian Nail Spa location! They’re always quick to get me in if I call to make an appointment and they do an excellent job. Their prices are really reasonable as well! I’ve gone there a few times now and the results have always been consistently excellent.

I’ve been going to this place for two months and giving it a chance. It’s beautiful inside & that’s what kept me coming back BUT their nail quality is horrible. Whether it’s dip or gel it does not last not even 1 week. The products they use or their technique is not long lasting and that really sucks especially that everytime I’ve gone is more than $70. They’re always trying up sell you a dip but the truth is that neither last so what’s the point? Also they get so packed that they don’t take their time to give you a good pedicure. Also they don’t have popular colors nor design ideas. They charge extra for every single thing! Don’t waste your time or money its not worth it.

Conveniently located at Hamlin Town Center, the spa has the finest massage experience chairs available. Soft drinks, water and wine is available for guests enjoying their services.

They can be great and just awful. Today was awful. My tech just wanted to do it her way. Really disappointed as I love having the place near by.

I should have known better than to try a new spot!! Was there for 2 and half hours!! First the nail technician after me telling her I wanted the exact same shape I came in with did not do that took forever for her to fix and get right then my pedicure was ok however they needed to fix both big toes as they looked terrible and the gentleman at the desk who was possibly the assistant came over to check and touched my toe which ruined it so that why both had to be fixed!! I’ll never go back unless I’m desperate!!!!

Tori is amazing! I followed her from another nail salon in Windermere to this location because I do not trust anyone else with my nails. She is always willing to try new designs that I find online or on Pinterest and she does an amazing job. I usually stick with grays and blacks - because they go with everything, and make my fingers appear a bit more feminine. Yesterday, I was brave and went with a more natural look and couldnt be more happy with how they turned out! I LOVE THESE and will most likely do these again, and again, and again, and again. Love this salon, everyone is very polite, sweet, and hospitable. Would recommend to everyone!Here are photos of my favorite gray nails and the ones i had done yesterday.

This was my first manicure and pedicure in well over a year and a half. Mary and Lisa were absolute gems. They had such attention to detail and were both so, so kind. It’s so organized and clean inside this place. I felt so warmed and welcomed in here. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. I never left feeling so relaxed and spoiled before, even on a very tight budget. I would love to keep coming back someday. An amazing place to get nails done!

Nice looking and clean salon.. Three of us went in for pedicures, but two of us came out with serious abrasions from the scrubbing. Staff was polite. I would say, as a whole, the pedicure itself was average.

Emma and Jeff both did excellent pedicures for my Mom and I. We had a section to ourselves and overall, everything was clean. However, there was an unseemly amount of dust EVERYWHERE. The pedicure chair tables, on the manicure tables, the top of the garbage can in the front, the nail drying area. I would suggest to management to do a thorough dusting as this detracts from the otherwise comfortable experience.

Great place for nails and pedi...but you can do your own eyebrows

Typically able to walk in for eyebrow waxing or nails, but they do accept appointments.

They were extremely rude upon arriving. I upgraded my pedicure and did not receive the full experience. The skin on my feet are drier and harder than before I went for the pedicure. And it was pricy. I’m completely grossed out and disappointed by this place. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been going to Venetian for over a year now and I will not go see anyone but Lisa! She is phenomenal! She does it all... manicures, pedicures, acrylics, designs, waxing. Her work ethic is incredible and is so personable. I will never go to anyone but her, I highly recommend requesting Lisa when you go! The salon itself is gorgeous, clean, and so updated!

Another excellent experience at Venetian Nail Spa. Mary is the 3rd tech I’ve used since I started come coming and all of them have been incredible! Mary gives an amazingly rejuvenating foot massage. (They feel like new feet!) I’ve also used Angelena and Tori, who are also exceptional - very detailed. With this kind of service, they have a loyal customer in me!

Do not go to this nail place do let the nice decor fool you, they dont know what they are doing cherry I paid you but just know the fact that you took payment for such poor service makes you a theif

Andy is the man!! His pedicure is unlike any Ive ever had. Seriously! He has strong hands and he massaged the hack out of my feet! So amazingly relaxing. Ask for Andy and I promise you wont be disappointed.

I love this nail salon! The people at the front desk are so friendly and the techs are so professional and experienced. I also like the atmosphere and the decorations; it feels so classy inside. They even offer complimentary drinks! I recommend calling to make an appointment. You won’t be disappointed !

When I walked in, it was extremely busy, although I had made an advance appointment, so it did not take long to be seated. The girl giving me the pedicure rushed through the massage (less than a minute on each foot) and also cut my nails too short, making the French manicure look strange. I wasnt super happy, because they upcharged me $27 to have gel french on my toes, even though I went in with clean nails. The $27 price on the menu states its for gel removal. With tip it cost me $72 for a pedicure that took less than an hour from start to finish . Way overpriced for what I received. I will not be returning. Also, as I was finishing, I heard the pedicurist across from us offer his client something to drink, and I was not offered anything.

I had my nails done by Tori and hands down the best nail tech I have found. She is tentative, takes her time and my nails look AMAZING. Her attention to detail is superb, I will be going back just for her.

After having had a terrible experience at a different nail salon about 2 weeks ago in Clermont I found This place. Xixi, my nail technician was very detailed, professional and sweet. The salon is very clean and tastefully decorated. The whole experience was great. I’m so glad I found this place.

The overall environment is very clean and tidy. Excellent service and amazing skills. They are very patient and professional. A nice nail experience and I definitely will choose this place as my first nail salon after this time.

I get a pedicure here every two weeks and I always ask for Mary. She does a wonderful job making my feet look great and gives the absolute best massage. I highly recommend her and you should definitely opt for the longer massage totally worth the price!

My friends and I came here for my birthday. They sat us all down together. Xixi, our nail tech and she was amazing. She took her time, and offered us complimentary wine, too! Made the entire experience birthday-worthy. The ambiance of this place is the best Ive ever seen, with fancy decorations. And the file they used for my pedicure was also one-time use, so I appreciated the sanitation. We will all definitely be coming here regularly!

I was becoming unhappy with were I was going to get my nails done and after reading reviews I decided to try Venetian and book an appointment with Tori since so many on here recommended her. I can happily say I’ve found my nail place!! Tori did any excellent job on the Dip powder for nails they look fantastic and also on my gel pedicure!! They have a ton of powder and gel colors which is great!!

I am very picky about nail salons and Vanetian Nail Salon I can highly recommend. Very nice atmosphere, specialists and place to go done your nails. All the stuff is great there but we all have favorite person and I love Tori doing my nails! First visit to this Spa. The decor and experience is top notch for the eyes. However, the pedicure and manicure experience did not quite live up to the expectations. I selected the Organic Pedicure and basic Manicure. The employees were pleasant and seemed to be detailed but just were missing the precision and care to compliment the pricing structure. I would liked for them to just slow down and take the time allow you to relax and enjoy the ambience. I just never felt that.Another surprise was they didnt use a Callus removal tool only a sponge with gel to scrub the bottom of my feet. First time Ive had a Pedicure with that part done.They have only been open for 1 week according to the employees so maybe its just the initial gremlins they are working out. Will give them another shot and update the review if things improve in the future.

This is the third time I’ve gone to this establishment to get a pedicure and every time I go I feel uncomfortable. The front desk guy isn’t very friendly. In addition, I set appointments and when I get there they tell me I have a 20-30 minute wait. If they are running that far behind they should call me and let me know. What is the purpose of taking my phone number? I’m done with them.

Ask for Tori! She did my nails and I had 4 ppl at dinner come over and ask me who did my nails?! She does beautiful designs with gel! Super talented artist! Each nail is a piece of art!! I back today for a matching pedicure ❤️❤️❤️😃

I have been going to this location since they opened. It is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I always use the same technician. Her name is Tori and she is amazing! I recommend her to everyone! She is very detailed and so polite! If you are going to check out this nail salon you must request her as your nail tech. You will be so happy and will never want to go anywhere else!

Was very pushy about up changing and pushing the most expensive treatment, they where not happy when we did the basic, I will never go back the quality of the work is very poor you go in to have your feet done and you walk out feeling like you just spent $40 to sit in a chair, and still need to have your feet down what a wast of money would not tell any one about this place

This is my second and last visit and feel you need to be warned. When paying with card, you pay the spa fine but if you want toLeave a tip you have to run it with the tech and their phone. In this day and age this is highly unprofessional and a huge risk to your customers.Also I had a man this time and as he was massaging my calves and then my arms, he keeps saying does this feel good, do you like it. It did until it became creepy.Update manicure lasted an all of two days.

Moved to the Hamlin area recently and loved the look and reviews of Venetian Nail Spa. After going in, I immediately noticed how visually stunning the decor and atmosphere is. Technicians are very polite and kind HOWEVER....they’ve rushed through my pedicures every time and don’t spend more than 5 mins on your foot/leg massage! :( most other places have timers.. this establishment does not! I’d love to continue my time with them as well as recommend my friends there if this problem can be quickly resolved!!!! Thank you ❤️💅🏼

I’ve been getting pedicures for years but this is the only spot where I feel like my feet are actually baby soft afterwards!!! Other salons are wayyyy too gentle that it feels like I’m just getting tickled the whole time. Here I leave feeling like I want to be a foot model LOL. Selina does great pedicures!!!!

I have gotten my nails done there before. This time the girl was a little careless, scrubbed my ankle and peeled the skin, didnt ask how low I wanted my toe nails cut and she literally started to cut so short it hurt and I had to stop and tell her. Not totally sure they were following the covid guidelines 100%. Would have liked to seen them wiping down the seats after others used it,etc

Horrible. The guy was nice but he couldn’t understand what I wanted even after I showed him a picture. I got acrylics TO MAKE MY NAILS LONGER but somehow he filed them down low enough to the point where they were literally the same length as my real nails. I tried to convince myself that I liked them but ultimately didn’t like them at all and payed $52 for something I hated. I also payed extra for the nail shape and jewels but ended up with round nails and uncentered jewels on my nails. Went back to get my money back or at least get them redone and they told me there was nothing they can do and ridiculed me for wanting them changed. For some DECENT nails I suggest luxury nails spa who charges 40 and does an amazing job instead of Venetian who charge 52 and do less than mediocre.

The staff is very polite. I got my nails done with the dipping powder on Sunday. 24 hours later my nails were chipping. I called and spoke with one of the owners Angelina and told her would come in to have the nailed repaired.When I came in I had my nails touched up. The color sis not match so Ryan decided to dip them all. My nails wee thick and horrible.What a waste of money. I will never return to this place and I will let every one know to stay away. The place looks nice, but the quality is lacking and the prices are not cheap

Horrible job. Didn’t even put the Cotton between my feet. Nail polish went all over my other toe so I went back and told her she tried fixing and and still a horrible job and didn’t even put cotton between like I suggested.

Went for first time and saw Tori. My pedicure was wonderful, very relaxing, massage chairs were super nice. She did excellent job with my nails and was very precise with the polish and doing them exactly how I wanted. Will definitely go back and see Tori again.

First time going here and I loved it! Miss Tori did an amazing job on my nails. She listened to what I did and did not want or like. What I was asking for was difficult, but not for Tori. I will definitely go back and ask for her. Oh and did I mention they serve you wine!!

My go to nail salon! My first experience didnt go to well (nails broke within the first few days) but decided to give them another try and I have found that I love when Lilly does my nails. I typically get dip powder and a pedicure, great experience!
