Pro: Loved the service, modern decor, tech, how we were pampered and nail polish. Ellie is a 5 star employee!!Cons: I felt a weird vibe (felt techs were under a bad manager. Sadness in their faces). There was a guy (tall, skinny, bilingüal) who didnt greet clients and didnt have Team Player attitude...hopefully upper management can help the moral.

The place is cute, however the quality of service and nail quality is poor. My pedicure and manicure did not last even a full 24 hours without getting ruined. I wasn’t offered anything to drink, when I overheard other customers being asked as soon as they got sat down. I could tell my nail tech did not care to do a good job, with the way she was paying more attention to her phone/Apple Watch more than she was paying attention to doing my nails. (I’m not kidding when I say every minute she was on her phone) With how drastically expensive these prices are, I think it deserves more quality service. Won’t be coming back again.

Trimmed nails to short. One person stared my manicure then got yelled at and someone else took over. During my manicure the lady next to me messed up her nail so she stopped mine to fix her nail. Fine but when she came back she said I was done because I was out of time. I could have filed and cut my own nails because that is all she did. No cleaning up the cuticles, no hand massage. No one seemed to care. I will not go back.

I went to Prose 2 times now, and its absolutely the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Its very clean and sanitized. The staff is professional and efficient, management was welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend them.

Front desk told me I could extend my contract time due to Covid. Manager told me I could not extend my time because she did not tell me. If i had know, the credits would have been used up before the end of terms. Very dissappointed with management at this location. She is not professional. I paid for services I did not use.

I received a gift card for my birthday and used it toward a pedicure service for my daughter and myself. The initial check in process was pleasant and although the atmosphere was nice the pedicure itself was very poor. My nails are short, jagged and without shape. The cuticles were barely touched and the filing on my left heel caused bleeding and now hurts due to the cut. I wish I could say it was a good experience professionally in terms of quality, but I can’t. I feel badly for the money spent by my son for the gift card that was essentially wasted on a poor quality service. My daughter’s pedicure was a better in terms of effort and quality.

I would like to personally thank the staff and techs for always a wonderful job and service. Patrina is a Tech I personally enjoyed and service was AMAZING. My feet feel so much better and I am looking forward to seeing her and being at Prose again!

Visited Prose with my 12yo daughter; we both got gel manicures, and we both LOVED the entire experience! The salon is beautiful - light, bright, and clean; the team is wonderful - welcoming, helpful, and personable. So happy we found this perfect space - well be back for certain!

What a great experience! Normally nail salons are geared way more towards women than men but at PROSE they made me feel extremely comfortable getting my nails done. The facility is 1st class and the service is by far the best I have ever had. Very affordable! I became a member and I got great pricing. Perfect for people who like consistency. They are also very kid friendly so you can make this a family experience. If you have not visited here you are missing out.

Ask for Merissa but only if you want your nails to look phenomenal. The customer service by the whole team is superb. They give you a heated neck pillow and serve you fruit water. Not to mention they use autoclave machine to clean their tools like the standards expected at a dental office. If you’re considering joining their membership, it’ll be one of the best decisions you’d make for yourself in 2020.

Amazing! Prose is by far the best nail spa/salons that we’ve been to in the area and in Orlando in general. I’ve lived in Winter Garden for 7 years and have tried many salons in town, but Prose blows them all away. From the simplistic and chic interior, to extremely customer service savvy staff (they provided chargers at our nail stations and portable chargers for our pedis!), to the top of the line quality products and polishes used, to the amazing cleanliness, we will never go anywhere else. My family and I signed up for the black membership and will be Prose customers for life. Thanks so much Prose for an amazing afternoon of pampering!!!

Great experience! The team is very friendly and welcoming. Very relaxing setting and comfortable. They give you a neck wrap and drinks. So relaxing! Frances was awesome!

I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! The staff is super friendly, everything has medical grade sanitation, and the colors are really pretty. Every time is a really relaxing experience. I cannot recommend coming here enough, it beats any other nail salons!

This nail salon is incredible! Clean, friendly & amazing customer service.I will only go to nail salons that put sanitation first, and PROSE does an excellent job.My favorite nail tech is Emonica, she provides a truly enjoyable experience with quality results.My one critique? The variety of polish colors is very limited. Because they’re so new, I hope they have plans to expand their selection. I’ve been about 5 times already, and really struggle to find a color I like. They exclusively use polish from a brand I’ve never heard of, unlike a typical nail salon which would offer more popular brands like Essie & OPI.

Got an ingrown toe nail-my first EVER-from this place. Overpriced-cost over $170 for both me and my sister to get our nails done. And on top of that, they harrass you about joining their monthly membership? Nah.

Loved my experience at Prose and became a member on my first visit! This is a really premium spa experience and I highly recommend anyone to treat themselves to some pampering!
