REVISION: I went back to the salon. Another technician was happy to fix them. Overall a lot more hospitable this time as maybe because the salon was less busy and they read my posted reviews. The initial technician formally apologized and observed as the other technician corrected my polish. They used it as a learning opportunity, which I respect. I appreciate their effort to make me happy with my nails. Thank you, Henry! I am content.Horrible service. No hospitality. Poor work. I paid $35 for a dip manicure that was merely just the lady drowning my nails in powder. She put zero effort in putting good shape to the polish. I was covered in powder the entire time. She left all around my nails a mess. There was no towel down on the counter to prevent a messy work station. She worked extremely fast; too fast to ensure a decent job. Clearly only worried about getting in as many customers in a day as possible. I will never give this establishment another dollar or recommend them to any one ever. Adding to the stereotype of poor quality nail services these random nail “salons” that shouldn’t even be call themselves that. Horrible all around.

Came as a walk in and was immediately sat down. I must have came at the right time because lots of people came in after me. Very nice got a full set and my eyebrows waxed.

Went in for pedicure, acrylic on big toe with gel polish and topcoat (gel polish) on natural fingers nailsTo start with; Acrylic and polishing of toes were done before pedicurePedicure; for the deluxe pedicure which Cost me $40 didn’t get me a scrub/rub off of the bottom of the feet. It was basically scrubbing from my knees to ankles I still had under my feet looking rough when I got home.That was a feet massage/exfoliation but not a full pedicure for sure.Total service cost me $83For the massage and exfoliation, I will give a few stars at least.

I will be 39 this month and getting my nails done since I was 12 years old. Recently moved here from Miami, immediately looking for my new home friend, nail tech!!! Cindy did my nails the best shape and fit toMy natural nails…. I’m still shocked 😯

I love coming here! Everyone is so nice and professional. I get my nails done by Aya and she’s amazing! Everyone is good as well! You know it’s worth it when you drive an hour to get your nails done!

Henry, the only male worker in a saloon is a nightmare. If you are black, be ready to have him roughen your nails up like he was filing wood. I wanted to do ombre acrylic, without extensions as I cant keep long nails due to work as it will tear my gloves. They got upset that I decided to do regular powder dip, with my real nails which are considerably long. They start speaking the dialect, sat me at a dirty table, and filed my nails with such vengeance I will jumping from the pain of the drill and same thing with the manual nail file. as white customers came in, he rushed my nails, put only one gel coat that rubbed off, I had polish on my skin, HENRY didnt care to wipe it off. My left big toe polish came of before I got home. He will harass you for a tip in front of 15 customers, staring into the pay pad to see how much the tip is.

Lily is great! She always does a good job on my nails. They’re friendly and take good care of the customer.

Mia is fabulous! Have been going there for years for Pedicures and Dip nails. Henry (the owner) is always pleasant as is everyone else there.

These are the most prejudice people I have ever experienced. Very unsanitary, did not clean station after previous service. They complain if you ask for towel, or napkins, or ask them to clean the area after previous service. Henry shows total dislike for African Americans. In the middle of my fill-in, he was digging his nails in my nail and I jumped out of response to the pain He was inflicting on me. He asked me if I want someone else to service my nails rolling his eyes the entire time. He got up from servicing me had a very non-professional person to complete my service and it was horrible my nails are peeling, chipped, very unprofessional and I would never ever step foot in their business again just a horrible experience. On by the way simple fill-in wth chrome and pedicure, they charged me $150.00. State board needs to visit this shop.

I love my nails! 💅 I called and made an appointment with Henry this morning and he got me in at 1pm. He was very friendly and understanding of my needs. Bella has been so helpful as well. Shes the greatest. 😘 Seven and the other technicians are also very nice. After checking out a few different places this is by far the best in customer service and great quality. Ill be going back in a couple weeks. Calling ahead is suggested so you dont have to wait.

So I’ve never been so upset that I felt like I needed to leave a negative review I’m also not a confrontational person, however yesterday I was a walk in and I needed a new full set, I asked for a full coffin set no extra designs, what I got was acrylic glops not shaped, different lengths, I have large clumps of acrylic under my nails, they filed so much my ring finger started bleeding he then said it’s because my skin was “too dry” later after I had paid and left I noticed the tip on my thumb had lifted so my nail is slightly pointed up. I was so upset I honestly just decided not to go back, it isn’t worth the time I will never go back.

This Nail Salon has absolute horrible customer service. All they care about is taking the money from you. I was trying to be as polite with the person that was helping me and letting them know that their pedicure was not good. I explain to them and waited extra time to see if they would fix it because I was asking nicely.All they said was that it looks good to them. It’s not about them it’s about the one getting their nails done because where the one spending the money. Later when I had to pay I told him I did not like my pedicure and they did nothing to fix it all they said is oh well you have to pay and next time ask for me. The one who said that was the one I made the appointment with, and they still did not take full care of me so they want us to look bad.

The interior is really nice. Beautiful decor. And the service I got was great. Very pleased with my nails :)

Henry is awesome very engaging and entertaining! It’s a busy shop so he has to stop and answer the phone or take payments but overall I get what I ask for! Not too fond of the toe polish department but it can get better overall a great shop to come in and get your nails done

Male nail tech was really friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him while getting a mani (dipped)/pedi. He did a great job, felt a little rushed towards the end and Ill have to do some additional filing to smooth the edges of my nails. Im not sure if its a FL thing being from IL but I miss the foot massages that usually accompany a pedi. Id give them 5 stars if the place was a little cleaner and my feet had been massaged. Overall it was a pleasant experience and Ill definitely go back while in town.

I don’t think I will ever go to another nail salon. There are multiple people there that know what they’re doing and always do a great job. Lately Kat has been taking care of me. He does an awesome pedicure and manicure. He is a great person also. Henry and Mia are also great to go to for full sets. All three of them keep up with the latest trends and give you what you ask for. The salon is always clean and tidy. Simply love it here and I appreciate them taking such great care of me. Very uncomfortable with todays service ... I requested the pedicure service and to start the water they did not add salts, I asked to remove the acrylic at one time they did not, they did not use the paddles to remove the extra skin ... Today Im really disappointed.

If you need your nails done on a budget this is the place. I was a bit put off by the dude sitting around and walking around bare footed in the establishment. Plus the equipment is looking like it needs to be replaced. Overall not a bad deal, plus the lady did a good job on my pedí.

I believe I may be the most particular person when it comes to my nails. I have a tried a lot of different nail salons in the Orlando area spending between $20 and $90 just to get my nails the way I like them and after coming here and working with Henry I do not have to look any further. The staff is always kind and ready to provide service to soon as you walk in the door. An appointment is preferred but not required which is great when you have an unexpected nail emergency, and they are always willing to squeeze you in even on a busy day! The location is also great and the prices are competitive but fair which is nice because I know the service I am paying for is of great quality. As long as I am still living in this area I will not go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to this place for 13 years... been through all of their management changes but I will say this new staff is the worst...they can’t take any type of feedback...Bella wants everything to be perfect even when it’s not and she gets upset when a client is not happy with the service. had to go get my nails fixed 3 times because it would bubble right after I put the gel on. They are always willing to fix the problem, however with my busy schedule it’s an inconvenience to keep going back to the nail salon. Gone are the days when this place had good customer service!

The staff are friendly and personable. The prices are reasonable. I could tell my nail technician valued making sure my nails looked great, unlike other places that rush and leave you looking sloppy. My nails came out beautiful and looking natural. I haven’t gotten a pedi here yet, but I noticed I didn’t see any TVs to watch while you enjoy your pedicure; I think that’s something that would deter me personally. This is not the closest place to me, but so far the best quality nail salon I have come across so I will drive a little further just for that.

I am very picky about my nails shape. I tried so many places and still didn’t find anyone who can make a perfect coffin shape until now. I finally found Henry who can make my nails so perfect. Trust me he won’t ever make you disappointed.

I just moved here to Wintergarden. After searching for a Nail Salon close to my house I decided to go to Absolute Nail Salon which has the best reviews comparing to some places around here. And I am very satisfied with my decision. Everyone here is so nice, they have many choices for gel colors, the salon looks great, and my nails came out so beautiful. I will definitely come back.

I’m having lots of mixed feelings about this nail salon. I had came to this salon for the first time about a week ago. The guy that had done my nails rushed the entire experience, and now I have many air bubbles inside the dried nail polish (which isn’t a cute look). I regret making a generous tip for something I can do better at home. I’ve had got my nails done at Walmart before and they make more of an effort if I have to be honest. I’m disappointed. In total my acrylics were 30 dollars.

First time getting my nails done in years and this place is great. David is very friendly and funny, and patient as I had to go back in and get my nails shortened (I discovered I cant function with long nails). Priced very well and service very fast even on a busy day.

I live in Clermont and went out of my way to take my 12 year old daughter to have her nails done a very specific design. The nail tech was amazing very close attention to detail and gave her exactly what she asked for in the picture we brought in. Will come back to this nail salon even though I pass 20 on my way to theirs.

Second bad review ive ever been faced w giving js. Just left. Highly disappointed. I brought my daughter in for a full set and I told them she wanted fake nails and she wanted a manicure with gel. They ended up giving her just a manicure with gel without giving her a full set. Why my 8 y.o daughter noticed they were putting the gel on she said arent you going to make them longer? The lady told her yes and continued doing her natural nails. When she was done I immediately noticed that they were not done correctly and mentioned it. The lady who did her nails was no longer answering and the man started talking to me. He basically said it was not their fault that the nails were done wrong and that it was my fault that the nails were done wrong. We left very disappointed. As long as I have worked in customer service it has always been that the customer is always right. That was not the case here. I will not be returning.

Absolutely love this establishment. The owner is extremely friendly and the staff does an amazing work. I recommend this place to my friends all the time. I’ve gotten pedi with a great massage and have nails acrylic done, and I’ll never disappointed. Just love this place.

Honestly I wasted my money here I get a full set and A pedicure don’t give me wrong the people here are super nice and do an amazing job. But I feel as the acrylic is cheap compared to where are used to go my acrylics only last me like week before one breaks in half or fall off.But where I where are used to go they lasted me like Two months before I have to take them off and do a whole new set, And the gel does not last at all I’m sad because I’m trying to find somewhere new.

80 dollars for both my husband and I to get pedicures. Mine were gel based so they costed more. I was charged 45 for both the last time I got the same thing done with my husband. This time they had to redo my gel polish because the old man who did it had no idea what he was doing and kept missing the end corners of my toenails. I was there from 3pm to nearly 6pm. At the end, I asked him to please get someone else because he kept hurting me. My husband paid, and left to change our newborn. I stayed until someone else finished my pedicure, a young man.Then, I left and came right back in. The foot that was last touched by the old man had a toenail that wasnt polished well. The younger guy fixed it, and I left. All was well when I got home until I noticed that the ingrown toenail that I asked the old man to take out (before I got help from the other guy) wasnt taken out all the way. So now, I am left with a very painful ingrown toenail which I paid for full price for a gel based pedicure. I have only colored nails with very damaged feet. By the way, I was told to let other people know that I am diabetic so that they can take extra care with cleanliness of my feet if I go somewhere else. Nope, its not my job to let you know if I have a health condition. Thats my personal health information (PHI). They are supposed to be gentle and clean with everyone. Especially for charging so much and being inconsistent with the pricing. If anyone knows of any suggestions for a better pricing and place that knows how to do gel based pedicures please let me know. Because, I threw away my money with this place.

Today was my first visit to this Nail Spa, and Im in love. They have Fiori massage chairs (with the arm massagers), OPI polish which is my fav, and can do gel as well for $20 extra. Paraffin is in the 2nd and 3rd level pedicures. Good prices and value. I got the absolute pedi which was legit pure bliss. Mia was wonderful. Im requesting her next time if I can!!! Highly recommend this location. ❤❤❤

Don’t go, they’ll try their best to scam more money out of you with the worst excuses. Said it would cost 45, but end total became 60 for the most basic fake nails. Charged my friend 3 for sparkle nails, but charged me 15 for the same thing for no reason. Cut my friends finger deaply with the nail file, got infected, and charged same amount. Nails were very uneven, and a few even had dust and dirt painted in them. Never going back. Horrible place.

This place looks really nice, most of the staff is ok but this one younger girl who did my nails & pedicure twice. The first time she did my pedicure I had an infection for two weeks afterwards on my toe and the second time she messed up my nails so bad, I shouldnt even have paid for them. See more worried about talking, joking, and not working or paying attention to what shes doing. My nails were ugly, she did what she wanted to them not what I asked for, they were different shapes and lengths. Then she has the audacity to charge me for something I didnt even want that she said she didnt even charge for.. it was absolutely ridiculous! And the owner wanted to give me $5 my next visit. Hell no ! I will NEVER go back. Over $100 spent there .. garbage both times.

These ppl here are racist. My mother and grandmother came in today to have their nails done and was not greeted when they came in so they wait and once someone called on them but, they waiting. However, when two white women walk in, all of a sudden they have voices and surprisingly they arent mute😒. Well the last time I checked money is one color green and apparently they arent really interested in that. So, we will be taking our business elsewhere. So to all my ppl of color dont come here cause they dont accept your money.

I walked in an was immediately seated. The nail tech rushed the my manicure, so much so, that she butchered my fingers to the point of bleeding. She was able to temporarily stop the bleeding along the nail bed but once I left, it started up again. I returned for a full refund, which nearly took an act of Congress as the staff looked at one another before contacting their manager by phone. At no time was I offered anything to clean my fingers with, nor was an apology given. My first and last trip.

After living in Ocoee 5 years, I finally found a place that keeps me from driving 25+ minutes to Delight Nails! Thx David for making me a repeat customer!! I was tired of being disappointed and having to drive out of the way...

Yesterday, as usual, I went to Absolute Nails to have my mani/pedi done, this is the second time my boyfriend goes with me for them to do his pedi. Tom always does my pedi, which I love. This time, Henry’s wife was also taking care of customers and I had the opportunity to do my gel mani and eyebrows with her, I have to say this: SHE IS AWESOME! Excellent job!

I dont write reviews but I had never gotten a mani/pedi (as my wife calls it). Everyone was very nice and the message chair was an excellent touch. I look forward to going back with my wife. She loves this place & now I know why. I recommend them for guys needing a mani/pedi. Great job!
