The mexican girl in the lease office on cedar springs rd needs to be fired she claims she just started but acts like she has no idea how to do her job. She lies about everything, never answers the phone, and always ignores my maintenance request and on top of that the apartments have roaches no matter how clean I keep my place I still see them every once in a while which dont sit right with me. Wouldnt recommend living here.

Lived here for 2 years in a 1bedroom and I loved it!! Maintenance is always willing to help and will get back to you in a timely manner. Neighbors were fine and if anytime I had a problem it was handle. Its worth the pay and stay. 😁😁

Hello my name is Anthony I have lived here since April 1st of 2018 and I am moving out in a few weeks. This place is disgusting its roach-infested theres always garbage and nasty stuff on the floor my daughter actually caught scabies playing outside. The staff do not care about anything but their money. Now they are keeping are security deposit because we didnt give a 60-day written notice. Although they knew that we were not renewing our lease. Roaches invaded both my daughters bed frames and had to get thrown out. Stacy was nice enough to give us a $75 Family Dollar gift card and credited our rent $100 because of it. If you enjoy roaches if you enjoy theyre surrounding area being disgusting and full of garbage all the time and if you enjoyed getting treated like garbage by the rental staff please move here. If not do not run from this place it is absolutely and totally disgusting. What a disappointment this place is horrifying.

I been living here for about a year am so far I haven’t had any problem. Maintenance is good never had a problem when needed maintenance.

The fact that they aloud a party to take place in the parking lot an blasting music till 1:45am its not a night club its an apartment building an people around have jobs hard to sleep thrue the never ending mouracha music
