A service employee named Randy is something else, hes efficient, motivates others, energetic, a leader with with an attitude of no excuses & get it done, yet is the first to get under the hood and dirty. I truly believe if the public really knew his work ethic and knowledge in this business the public would go no where else itd have to stay open 24 hours. Egaterating NO !How do I know this ? obviously not 1 visit but by washing my car there very often and all my other car services that I choose to have done here. Im very observant. 2 hours for an oil change when they aren’t busy. oh and the two people that showed up after me. Just got done ahead of me. This isn’t the first time either but is the last time I give them any business.

Kind of a joke honestly. my partner brought his car in last week for a simple headlight fix and they recommended all kinds of services to him without once quoting him on price. now, a week later we are on a road trip and notice the air in two of the tires is slowly depleting..odd..since Ressler techs said they filled the tires up. they didnt put the caps back on. right. frankly, thats pretty embarrassing.

Ive had issues with the Ressler Quick Lube in the past, however, this one takes the cake. I recently had an oil change done and my car began leaking oil since then. Come to find out they overfilled my engine with oil. They also spilled oil all over while changing it and didnt care to clean it up. Honestly, this was the last straw for me.

I’m forced to use Ressler since the company I work for has an account there. I have never once out of all of the times going there have I had a good experience. Not even a so-so one. There is always an issue of some sorts, no matter how simple the task. As a whole the employees are not friendly, and could care less about serving you until it fits their time frame. I’ve even been completely ignored while someone finished watching a YouTube video before they would recognize that I existed. If you have ANY choice at all NEVER go to Ressler. Every single department is useless.

However theres nothing quick about 90 minutes on a Tuesday morning. $88 oil change must be reasonable?I have used a competing quick lube dealership for a business vehicle for years and must say that they were always lightning speed faster. The minute you pulled up. Hopefully Ressler can pick up the pace soon.Appreciate the friendliness!

Same day oil change on 2014 vette, careful to keep car clean and covid free

Recently went there with an older Camry 4-cylinder wagon. The operation was efficient; better than Id seen in prior years. However, they put 5 quarts of oil in a car that should have had 3.8 quarts. Thats happened before. They clearly dont look at car and engine size before determining the volume of oil to use. Look at your owners manual and your dipstick after finishing.

They are always friendly even being shirt handed.

This place tries to over charge woman on oil changed. The price was suppose to be 69 what they tried to charge was 113. The only reason that didnt get the 113 was because a man stood up when they said the service was done. Woman please do not use a business that tries to over charge because of your gender.You can say what you want but it happened. It looks to me like you are a shady business.

Went here for an oil change. First time went to Jiffy lube, took 3 hours of sitting around and there was 1 car in front of me. Only took them 20 minutes at ressler!

Went in to get tires changed on 11-23-2020 at 10:00 and didnt get my tuck back until 4:45. Over 6 and a half hours to take 4 tires off and put 4 tires on!

Phenomenal service as always! Pulled up and 10:15 and was on my way by 10:42. Staff is courteous and efficient. 10/10 recommend!

Sadly it can only go down to one star, this place can not get any worse, my car suffered $900 in damage to the hood and front panels after one of their over paid workers thought they would close my hood after an oil change without first putting the hood hold open latch back into its stored position causing it to totally tweak the hood hinges and front panels as well as causing damage to the hood its self I did not notice this until I had driven off and when I went back to explain to them what they had managed to do to my car they would not stand behind it, I know guys that work at quick lubes are not the brightest in the workforce but at this location it is obvious by the way they work why they cant find employment at other locations . If you value your car at all take it some where else, any place is better than doing business with Ressler Quick Lube

Very helpful and quick. No need to make an appointment. They also have the fanciest coffee machine I have ever seen that you can use while you wait.

Two hours for a scheduled oil change.

Stunningly incompetent.They dont deserve to have quick in their name. I needed a trouble code checked, as well as an oil change, so I figured theyd be the best place to get the code checked (then I could arrange for repairs at their Service Center). They took so long on the oil change that they drained my battery, tried to convince me I needed to buy a new one from them, and, as a result of the loss of power, couldnt read the d@mn trouble code. Again, the trouble code was the only reason I went there. Ridiculous. I informed each person I met that I needed the code checked and, when paying, was informed no one had checked the code. It was at that time they discovered my battery was dead. Never, never, never again.

I have had multiple things wrong here. 4 times they have left my oil plug loose. I just found a big spot of brand new oil in my garage under my wifes car. I crawled under neath it and the cover that you take off to get to the oil filter is missing the screw to one side. There is oil all over the cover and I reached up and the oil filter was not tight. They not once have ever checked my air filter or told me that they were not checking it so I could. I wouldnt take my lawn mower there for service. I have given them 2 years to clean up thier act and the service still sucks.

I have had my 2013 GMC Duramax serviced at Ressler quick lube before. I always receive good, friendly, and prompt service with the typical expected up-sells for other recommended services. $90 for a basic oil service on a Duramax is reasonable.So, I take my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for a basic oil service and chat with the girl at the counter. I tell her that the Jeep dealer recommends a synthetic blend 5W-20 oil and that would be fine with me. (74 bucks at the Jeep dealer) She seemed to struggle with that request and finally I said to just use the standard, non synthetic oil and that I preferred Castrol if I had a choice. When I picked up the Jeep the charge was $81 for just a standard oil change! No other services were added and a non-synthetic oil was used!I suggested to the manager that it would be wise (and ethical) to quote a price to a customer before a service was performed if the charge was going to be excessive. He explained that the Jeep has a special, canister oil filter and that added to the cost of the service. Naturally, he was not aware that I am a retired Napa Auto Care Center owner and a ASE Certified Master Technician. When I perform my own oil changes, I pay $8 for the special canister oil filter at the Mopar dealer(they charged me $14), and I buy a five qt. bottle of Castrol 5W20 motor oil for $16.49 at Walmart. Now, as a former business owner and a true capitalist I am all for making a profit and I have a very clear understanding of what the cost of doing business is. However, I still have a problem paying $81 for a simple oil change without being given a warning of the excessive charge.I was going to leave my Duramax for service so I figured I should ask for a quote for that basic oil service... $130 to $140! In January I paid 90 bucks! Wow... She did tell me that they have raised their rates recently... Wow again... So, feeling that I just got screwed, and that there was no concern about the excessive charge by the manager, I took the truck two miles down the road to the other GM dealer (Billion) here in Bozeman and had the complete oil service performed for $89, and, even got a free car wash! I used to feel comfortable dealing with Ressler but never again will I trust them with my vehicles. My truck and my Jeep are both approaching 60K and they both will be needing major oil services soon. Ill be taking them to Billion from here on out because I trust them and feel that they operate ethically.

If your using the quicklube make sure you can leave the vehicle for awhile. I have been sitting in the waiting room 2hrs and my car is still outside. Ill keep you posted on how long it takes since it looks like Im going nowhere real soon. Quicklube my rear end more like waste your time and listen to our cashiers complain lube!
