I absolutely love living here.Summerlin is a quiet and well-maintained community that also boasts an amazing staff. Kristi, Rihannon, and Willie are just awesome! They are incredibly friendly and responsive. The townhomes are spacious and have beautiful finishes. I plan on staying until I purchase a home and if that doesnt happen, I am more than happy to stay @ Summerlin.

In brief, it has safety and cleanliness problems!I rented an apartment at Summerlin Ridge Apartments for one year. It was between October 2019- October 2020. It has several negative issues. I will list some of them.1. A woman living on the second floor of our building faced a theft issue. The Police came but couldnt catch the thieves. I heard that that year this was the third theft issue in our apartment complex.2. Recycle bin was always full. It was evacuated on Tuesdays. It was becoming full on Wednesdays. And it was full for all the week.3. We faced many bad issues with the normal trash bin. For a while, we couldnt use it. They wanted us to keep our trash at home. Also, it wasnt emptied frequently as well.4. The was a gazebo in the apartment complex but it was very close to the trash bin. We couldnt use it. I tried to sit and rest there but we couldnt be there much due to the very bad smell. The place of the gazebo was wrong.5. There was no control over the pool. There was a restriction about the pool due to Covid 19 that people couldnt call their friends to the pool but there was no control over it. People who were not living in the apartment complex were using the pool. Also, the pool was dirty for many days. I saw feces in the pool. It hadnt taken away more than two weeks. After writing my complaint to the management they cleaned the pool. After that, I saw someone threw up in the pool. There were chicken pieces in her vomit. Again the pool hadnt been cleaned for more than one week. After writing my complaints, they cleaned it. Once I saw menstrual blood in the pool. I guess they hadnt cleaned it as well.6. If you can convince that your maintenance issue is very important they may come to fix it, but otherwise, they ignore it and you need to call over and over again for that issue. This case was the same before Covid-19. Now they may say due to Covid-19, they cannot serve for many things but it was the same before the pandemic.7. They cut my deposit unnecessarily. I informed them and wanted my money back. They said they didnt cut it but they paid less to me. Maybe they are so unskilful to do a calculation. Also, after informing them, they didnt try to solve the problem.8. They were cleaning common places rarely. They cleaned the stairs and carpets of the buildings twice a year.9. We were paying much according to the size of the home. I was living in a one-bedroom apartment. By paying the same amount of rent my friend is living in a 2-bedroom single-family home with a garden in a different complex.10. I didnt like the attitude of the manager.All in all, by paying that much money, you can live in a bigger house in a safer and cleaner place!!!

These apartments have the worst maintenance. I called because my air conditioner was not working and was told it was not an emergency because the household temperature was 75 degrees not 80. I told them I have a baby and that it was really hot and they did not care. For an apartment complex that is really picky about everything they sure are not there to help you when really need them to.

Wonderful managers and a great hassle free place to live. Quiet and well kept. Help is easily accessible and safety has been maintained even with the pandemic.

I love living at Summerlin Ridge! It’s quiet, close to everything you could need, but it’s also tucked away in a shaded, quaint neighborhood. The apartments are very spacious and renovated, and there is plenty of parking when we have visitors!

I love it here! Very clean and safe. Most places I have lived before have dog poop all over the place but here everyone cleans up after their dogs and it doesn’t smell bad outside.

The apartment overall is great, but i keep running into inconveniences left and right. Firstly the contractors could have done a much better job with the condition in which they left the apartment to begin with. I was told to bring all of my plants and chairs inside (after months of having it out there) because apparently I can’t have anything but a door mat out there or it’s a violation. Parking is an issue because for some reason they don’t have enough spaces for the people they’re signing leases with. Then i’m told to park OUTSIDE of the gated community that i pay for every month. Both gas tanks for the grills on the property are empty and there’s never anyone in the office for me to get ahold of to contact about the issue. I feel like every time i turn around i run into another issue and i pay way too much for this to be happening back to back.

Lived at this location for a year and had the best time. I had to move to a different city unfortunately but if I could go back I would. Spacious, bright, affordable, well organized and maintenance is there when you need them. Pet friendly and staff is very nice and helpful!

Disrespectful Customer Service over the phone after you pay your admissions deposit and security deposit . Have to call maintenance multiple times to get a simple job done if they get it done . Things breaking left and right, even though it was supposed to be renovated before I got here . No extermination service on the weekends and They let ants stay in the building and they wouldn’t come in to fix it until the weekday and they failed to do that . Not really pet friendly unless you have the common cat, dog (certain breeds), and fish . have to pay a bank row for each animal . not clear on policies and procedures unless they’re charging you . unreasonable procedures for instants requiring Summerlin Ridge to be a benefactor on MY renters insurance. trash website .

Great moving in process! It was very easy transitioning into a new apartment. The leasing office is very kind and helpful to make sure you have the best move in possible.

Ive been at my apartment for almost 2 years and the whole experience has been great. Anytime there was an issue, it was taken care of pretty quick and the staff is always accommodating. Plus its within walking distance of a Costco and some other stores plus some restaurants, so thats always handy. The only gripes I have are out of their control (a couple inconsiderate neighbors, the recycling dumpster is at the opposite end of the property from the regular trash (no space to have them together) and people not picking up after their dogs (rare, but it happens)). Overall, I highly recommend this place, its definitely the best place Ive lived at in Winston

I moved to Summerlin Ridge Apartments a couple of months ago and I have no complaints. The leasing personnel were great in helping us find the right apartment for our needs. It is a clean, quiet and safe complex. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex if youre looking for a safe place at a really good price. It is also conveniently located to countless stores, several hospitals and a mall.

Living here has been a great pleasure. The neighborhood is quiet and private and the staff are always helpful and friendly! This is a great area to live in!!

Cant even contact them to see if any rooms are available. Ive tried six times throughout the past two days within their office hours and it goes to an automated option system every time, I even left a message but still no one got back with me. If this is the case, Im sure management sucks, since that seems to be a chief complaint with most apartment complexes.

Management here does not care about anyone. My fiancé and my friends dog have been attacked and nothing was done. I have photos and witnesses. I have called the courtesy line numerous nights in a row to report loud noise until 4AM and recorded videos and emailed them management, nothing has been done. Management does not care about your quality of life or right to peace or SLEEP. If you work a job that requires you to function, if you need sleep, or if you want to avoid being bit by viscious dogs, avoid this place at all costs. I know many families that have paid to break their lease for the safety of their children. Owners do not pick up poop and the gated neighborhood is actually a high traffic area/cut through for many people avoiding Winston traffic. Gate code is shared upon the Winston population. Stay away.And to respond to my apartment complexes reply below: it’s sad you can respond to reviews faster than emails and Voicemails. Secondly, if you would have taken action when the dog first attacked another dog and had a complaint filed with animal control, my fiancé would have never been attacked. These dog attacks are ENABLED at this point. Safety should come first.

Unsafe locatuuhere my truck been broken in three timesMy fire extinguisher been broke almost a month new neighbors in unit don’t need to follow rules called management numerous times to be ignored and fill lies we are being attacked due to an American flag in my window yet the new neighbors can have 6 people living there with three dogs and no leashes and leaving the dogs poop in front my window and they’re 5 cars leaves with a parking spot at niteRecommend keep looking do not recommend this place

Terrible...The receptionist at the front office was very rude and i did not feel like visiting this place again.
