My first place is excellent!! Through the entire process Melissa was great, we did every interact online due to COVID but everything was flawless. The prices and location are great and the staff very friendly and new to the complex but they came in with a bang. The neighbors are somewhat friendly (Im new so I get it) and the complex is very quite...ALL DAY!!I only had one complaint and that was parking but in apartment complex without assigned parking this is common; however, a month later it issue cleared up and the staff started towing non-operating vehicles (GREAT MOVE!!). I like having Rent payment and Maintenance request online...they also have walk-in payments at Wal-Mart, you can even text the office staff.Theres not a lot children hereI only wish I had storage closet and assigned parking maybe in the future. Hopefully the gym will open soon as its one the perks I wanted. I have no plans on leaving for a couple of years or maybe move into a two-bedroom.If youre looking for affordability, location and peace...this is the place for you.

Management here is awful the new company that took over does not care at all about the resident that pay them here. Toilets clogged and tubs don’t don’t drain water constantly. you can place maintenance tickets but they say they never get them. It takes then months to fix anything at all or even to look at it because they don’t fix it. When we had one guy doing maintenance things got done now with a crew of 10 nothing at all is being done how is that possible. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. And lady down below waiting on blinds we also have been waiting for months for those also since the window company came out and broke them all.

I’ve been here since 2016. Been through so many changes within this time. The best change I’ve seen so far is the new company that came in and redid everything! Now everything is like it should be great staff! Awesome place and best part we finally got a play ground for the kids!

Very convenient location. I Have not met the latest staff in-person, but they are prompt with email. Complex is working on aesthetics, coming a long way!

The absolute worst rental company Ive ever delt with! I have been asking for blinds and other things for months. Im being ignored. I can honestly say I cant wait until my lease is up!

We just moved here. Great Community! Office Staff is so kind. The only problem I have found is there is not enough maintenance for the work orders.

Its a very down to earth complex pet friendly human friendly clean and quiet

This is a older property and it needs some work, and they property manager is great at getting things fixed. The only issue I have is the neighbors some are loud, some dont clean up after their pets, some dont look after their kids. Otherwise I feel safe and I feel that the rent is a good value.

My husband and I have lived here for 19 yrs. They have always been real great, even through tough times and thank you so much for getting is a great air conditioner

Love living here. Property manager is great and is always good about taking care of any problems. The community is very close and there are monthly events for the residents. Love all the recent updates.

I have lived here for 4 years and I seriously could not think of a better place to live. Ive lived ALL over Winston Salem and nothing compares to this place, it is the best hands down! With the electricity included in the rent and how large the apartments are, are only two of the best things about this place. If youre debating on moving here, debate no longer, this is it!

Lost $300 worth of food due to refrigerator going out. They will not compensate me at all for my lose. There has been other issues that took longer than I would have expected to be fixed. My wife cannot ride her bike around the complex without being harassed by other people living here.If you plan on moving in here plan on going to the laundry mat. The dryer does not dry your clothes.There have been three different people running the office in a matter of a year.I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is cheap but not worth it.
