Love Kims!!! They always do such a great job!! They even do the dip nail polish which last such a long time with no chipping.

I was visiting my in laws and needed my nails done. I’m so glad I came here. The staff was friendly and they did an AMAZING job. She was fast and very focused on doing a great job. Prices weren’t bad either. I will definitely be visiting them again when I’m in town.

This is the best salon in Winchester! They take their time giving you the best possible manicure/pedicure experience. I never feel like they’re rushing, and they make sure their work is quality and constantly ask if you’re satisfied with your nails. They also use liners in the pedicure bowls and spray their tools with alcohol before use which is much cleaner than other salons. Prices are on par with other salons as well, mid-range with nothing being overpriced in my opinion! Highly recommend!!

I came to Kim’s Nail and Spa for a pedicure and was seated in Kathy’s chair. She was just wonderful! The whole experience was exceptional and Kathy was friendly and personable. She devoted a great deal of time to trimming my nails and massaging my legs. It felt very, very good. The other ladies working here were very nice and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Kim’s Nail and Spa to family and friends.

Thi was just great! I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my nails done! And Kim, Kathy and Angel were wonderful, too! Very friendly and easy to talk to! Kim’s Nail and Spa is absolutely the best place to get a manicure and pedicure. They have a fabulous selection of colors and options..and they strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied. If anyone is concerned about where our T from Magic Nails went after their closure, never fear. I found her here at Kim’s. What a beautiful salon! It’s very welcoming and relaxing. The chairs are awesome and they use large disposable liners in their tubs. And, it turns out, it’s family run as our T is Kim’s sister! I received the same meticulous care from T as I am accustomed to, and more, because at Kim’s they add an extra touch. Angel, a niece, did a wonderful job on my elderly mom who suffers from dementia. She was attentive and very patient with her. Kim is just as sweet and adorable as T. Angel is just a dear and Kathy, the baby sister, is a sweetheart as well. I’m thrilled with this salon and am really looking forward to my next visit.

I needed a pedicure and made an appointment at Kims. The spa was beautiful and very clean. They use liners in their pedicure bowls so I knew immediately it was clean. Angel was assigned to do my pedicure. While Angel was quiet, she was very friendly and attentive. My legs felt great after her massage. She was just wonderful! I highly recommend Kims to everyone. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Ive known Kim for years, even before her own Salon, and have always, always had excellent, quality pedicures! Thorough and detailed! With beautiful toe art! She is lovely and kind. Her salon is very pretty, clean and so nice, great chairs! I highly recommend this salon!

I followed T from the previous salon because she did such a wondeful job and treats me (and my friends) like royalty! I admire her strong work ethic, honesty and good sense of humor. Love this place! I usually hate my nails when I leave a salon or find things about them that I go home and change (file or repaint) but every time I go here, I never have a single complaint. I work with my hands all day and the nails last at least a month. 200% recommend!

They burnt half my face during a wax session! The lady blamed my skin for being too dry (my skin is NOT dry at all)She also had the audacity to charge me for the service!

Make an appointment, walk ins are not welcome. They were not very busy, however, my mother and I were told we couldn’t be served without an appointment. Atypical requirement for most nail salons, wish that was clear on their site and sign.
