I called and arrived 20 minutes after I called.Immediately I was taken to get my nails done which is awesome because I know how short-staffed nail salons can be. I asked for a very simple nail design and am not happy whatsoever with it. I tried to explain that I wasn’t happy many times and watched as the acrylic dripped off my nails which if you weren’t aware of shouldn’t be happening. When the tips were glued onto my fingers they kept falling off because they weren’t glued properly. The shape, process, and nail design is sad. I will be going to another salon from now on. Getting into the unprofessionalism. My nail tech didn’t speak to me at all and her co workers laughed and screamed in the background the entire time. I can tell this was a rushed job and am not happy.

I came in to ask if they do the old style glue on nails. I’m allergic to acrylic so that’s not an option. I decided to just do a classic manicure after they kept trying to upgrade me to dip nails and with my experience dip nails and acrylic have given me the same reactions. The lady who did my nails was very gentle but didn’t do what I asked at all. She grinded/cut my cuticles away, buffed my nails, and shaped them but didn’t push my cuticles back any. She applied a polish which was very sticky, I’ll give her that. The lady didn’t put any polish down near the nail bed or the sides and the polish is visibly thick in some places. I could’ve done a better job myself I think and I’m terrible at it. I hate doing my nails myself which is why I get them done at a salon. Thankfully it was only $15 wasted, I definitely will NOT be going back.

I have used this nail salon for months after I was introduced to them from a friends. Depending on nail tech Ive never had a bad experience, Ive been able to do several walk ins services. Until Tuesday I went in for a fill and eyebrow. I was placed at a nail station expecting my fill then got pulled for my eyebrows no biggie. I returned to nail station. The tech started on my nails then was pulled away to do appointments I was told someone else was doing my full 45mins later I was moved to another station for my fill my gel color was Los, I was not told when I arrived at salon there would be a wait, I was not offered any complimentary service like water or beverage, no apology for waiting almost a hr. My whole experience was almost 2hrs for a fill and eyebrows. If they hadnt already started in my nails I would have walked out

My nail tech, Lan, was very detail oriented and talented! They fit me in even though I didn’t have an appointment and they seemed busy, but she took her time and did not hurt my fingers like other salon techs have in the past. My nails look fantastic! (:

I go here regularly since I moved to the area and have been thoroughly impressed. Its clean, the staff communicates well, and when I went for a pedi today the man working with me put me to sleep with his leg and foot massage.

Second time going and very pleased my daughter and niece had Atheina and I had Tina love her she does awesome designs too. Loved our pedis as well

Ive always had 2 ladys do my nails Holley and Lynn they are very good I get gel nails and they last for about 2 months be4 I have to get them filled in and I get my eyebrows waxed as well they have always done an amazing job

Ive always had an awesome experience here. Its very clean and with covid they follow all the protocols. I would highly recommend you make an appointment as they are pretty busy.

I came in late one night and she stayed to do my nails and didn’t rush or anything. She also does the nail designs!! Very skilled artist when it comes to nails!! Ask for Tina..she’s the best!!!

I came in not too long before they closed, unaware of their closing time. They happily took me in and did a fabulous job on my nails, as usual! I was the last person there but the nail tech was friendly and did a wonderful job despite the time!

LAN is so AMAZING! Ive gotten my nails done for 15 years, she is by far the best! Everyone always treats myself and my family very well! Very friendly, accommodates our needs to the fullest! I get the pink powder gel, Ive never had one break! Ive even went as far as 6 wks and they stayed strong! My real nails are so healthy now because of LAN and the amazing job she does! If my nail breaks or anything before its time for a fill she fixes for free but that has never happened once! Shes fast, super friendly and amazing at what she does! Im so shocked to see these awful reviews because this is the best place in Winchester! Some people are just miserable and love to be negative! But dont listen to them try them out for yourself ! Ive went to other places in WV and VA and they never come close to her AMAZING WORK!

Will never go back! Went yesterday to my get nails done, which was a birthday treat and the paint job was absolutely horrible asked for it to be fixed, which it looks better but still is bad. I couldve done better myself and saved the money. Convenient location but I will definitely be going somewhere else next time.

My mother and I both use this salon. They turned me on to getting gel nails. Gel nails are studier and last longer than other types I have tried. Lan is our favorite tech! The entire staff is friendly and fastidious. I would highly recommend US Nails.

I’m here now getting a pedicure. I have to say this is the best place I have ever been to to get a pedicure! I can say I finally got a real pedicure! It will be the best $31 I have ever spent! I will be back for sure!!!

The worst nail salon ever! Will never be returning

Some of the people are great! Unfortunately, there are a handful of people that do not listen to you, and do what they want. I had a man the other day, and he cut my nails so short, he was filing my skin afterwards! He cut them so quickly, It was too late for me to say anything.The paint job was crappy, and I can’t see myself going back there again.The way they remove the gel from my nails has ruined them. They are too rough, and file the top of the nail which strips it. They now are paper thin and easily break.It’s too bad really.

When this establishment opened it exploded with business. It was designed, painted, and decorated nicely, like a spa, and felt like a spa experience. I frequented this business until just recently. It is looking very tired and run-down. The interior needs cleaning, painting and redecorating. Filth is building up on the walls and floor boards. Their price list sign is broken and taped together. The window tinting is ripped and bubbled. The employees are warm, friendly, and work hard. I am sorry to see this place fall in such a state of disrepair and fear they will be losing a lot of business... and may already have.

Must have recently raised their prices...charged $27 more for same services as two months ago..OUCH! Also, ground off my cuticles to the point of pain on most (raw) & blood on two, this despite me telling her to please not remove cuticles. My thumb nails are very different lengths & shapes. My toenails are very different lengths from one foot to the other. Definitely time to find a new nail salon!

Came here a month ago for a pedicure and a gel manicure had a horrible technician she was more concern on what was going around her and everyone else, then trying to take care of my needs. When it came to the massaging my legs or my arms she barely touched my hand or my feet. Part of the experience is the massage when youre getting a pedicure or manicure. It was my first time there so I had a credit card did not know that I could charge the tip on the credit card I was going to tip the tech because Thats just the way I am... (sucker) they only except cash for tip I didnt have any. Its like the universe knew.. my intentions was to tip but thats the way it worked out.... on the plus side she did cover the whole nail with nail polish.

I have had many experiences at US Nails. This experience though it’s not as well, I had to get my toenails done by Nancy She rushed through my pedicure, and I ended up having messy toenails. She did not deserve a tip, I am not happy with how my nails turned out. I do not recommend going to Nancy.

I went there the first day my nails were ok but later my nails look like i had them for months the nail polish came off she didnt even clean the interpart of the nail and they chipped when i was asleep and they were very very easy to come off my nail broke when i was asleep and when they came off my finger skin came off my actual nails look bad and look like they were cut off half way so please dont come here if u wanna be in pain and she also wasnt careful she drilled my skin with the drill filer and they didnt last for a week with out chipping and coming off they people are very nice put they dont keep there area clean stuff is every where dust and they didnt shape them even i asked for a sertin length and she put them extra long and got mad when i pointed things out well if u was paying attention i wouldnt be calling simple things out.

I would give much lower than zero! Spent the entire holiday weekend with sore and bleeding nail beds. Thumb nail has a visible indent in the acrylic where it is varying in depth. The sides of my fingers are raw from filing off a sloppy acrylic job. So sore. This is crazy. This place needs sued.

Always friendly and always perfect nails

Horrible experience! I went in for a fill and the guy who did my nails messed my nails up. My fingers felt like they were on fire when he filed them and put me under the lamp. You could see lines from the previous nail job and my skin got nipped in several places. I wasnt able to get my nails done for weeks because they were so badly damaged and I ended up having to take them off for my nails to heal. Would NOT recommend them!!! If you want your nails done properly, go to Fancy Nails on Berryville Ave and ask for Tony.

I came here for years brought my friends here and the pedicure lasted 20 minutes. They are in a hurry not willing to take their time. We paid full price. Plus after a week it started to come off. The clear coat was only one quick coat. I will never go back.

This is a luxurious top class experience. They have 3 flate screen TVs with movies, lots of magazines, and wonderful pedicures. Excellent shaping and work on gel nails.

Enjoyed the pedicure

I was in Winchester visiting a friend and we decided to get pedicure. My girlfriend raved on this salon so I was excited to try it. When we came in they greated and seated us right away which was awesome. Once seated they tried to sell us the most expensive pedicure and I just wanted a basic pedicure. At home a basic pedicure is thorough and lasts about an hour. Here I recieved a basic pedicure and it was BASIC -lasting only 20 minutes. The nail technician barely massaged my legs/feet hard or long enough for the lotion to rub in. My big toe even had polish on the skin-which I didnt even ask her to fix because she obviously didnt care. I got home and still had wax remninants on my ankle. I will not be back to this salon. I feel bad writing such a negative review but dont want others to waste their time. I usually OVER tip but did not feel this was justified as my technician did not try to provide ample service to justify a $31 nail painting. My girlfriend stated she usually got the basic pedicure and it was much better so Im not sure what happened.

Probably the worst (and one of the most expensive) mani/pedis Ive ever gotten. The technician was rushed, she cut my toe, and got polish all over the skin around my nails. The massage was merely a two minute rub on the same spot of my legs. At the end of the massage, the tech felt the need to punch my shins as if it was something that someone should enjoy. Needless to say, I wont be giving this establishment anymore business.

If I could give them negative stars I would. This place has gone down hill in the last couple months it’s sad. They will never get mine or my families business again. My mom got her nails done there 4 times and her last two times they’ve had someone new do them and they’ve lasted not even a week and it was a completely different process, aside from that they looked terrible. I stopped going because my last couple times my fingers hurt and my nails looked like my dog painted them for me. Upon trying to resolve the issue with management he made excuses and told her maybe she should get something else rather than trying to resolve the issue, stay far away. Not only is the work horrible, so is the customer service. Two thumbs down!

This place is a rip off!! Usually when you get a gel fill the color always is included but not at this place!!! They charge 15 more dollars to use gel Colo 9n gel nails.. they are totally rip offs and I will never go back. It cost me 45 Dollars for a regular gel fill!! They lost this customer and anyone else I can tell!!

I was not impressed with the customer serviceI received when getting a gel manicure! From the time I walked into the door until the time I left It was terrible! This was my first experience at this particular salon, I do have to give credit where it is deserved the gel manicure is very good and clean! Although due to the customer service I will not be returning!

Went in to get a nail fixed and a color change with a design (red tips with black lines under & design on ring finger). I paid before she started painting. She fed the red, then design but forgot the black line & when I mentioned it she got very angry, and started getting loud. I understand she may have not charged me and I would have been ok with paying more if that was the case. Then when I asked for a manager, no one wanted to let me know when one was going to be in. The manager showed and was just as rude and didnt help at all. He turned away and ignored me. Wouldnt answer any questions and had no reguard for his customers concern. I will not be returning. Ive NEVER experienced something that unprofessional before and have NEVER had any issues in the 10+ years Ive been having my nails done. Dont know the techs name because they kept saying they didnt know her name.

The lady that did my nails shaped them unevenly, did horribly on the painting and cut my cuticles so much that my nails were bleeding and burned every time she touched them. So cut them so short that I was still bleeding after 40 mins of leaving the salon. I will never go back.

I would give zero stars if possible my manicure is horrible. I got the gel nails with gel polish I paid $65 for the worst manicure of ever gotten. Some of my nails are extremely thick some are very thin all of them are uneven!!! horrible!!!!
