First time at this beautiful place! Went with a dear friend who has frequented this establishment and I wasnt disappointed. Sophia or was it Sophie (either way I LOVED HER) did my pedicure and I absolutely loved her presence in general. She was thorough, asked what I wanted, and genuinely cared about client interaction while tending to relaxation needs, also she is personable/humorous and I loved that. I loved every minute of my time here, I will be back!

I really wanted to love this salon! They have great accomodations and an amazing selection of colors and services. There staff are also very nice! It was a busy salon and the $50 spa pedicure I paid for seemed rushed, as did the paint job on my nails. The staff also forgot to bring us drinks until we were over halfway through the service. I think Id give this place a second chance, the staff were nice, they just seemed almost too busy.

2nd time going & i was very disappointed. Went in for a new full set & the lady i got seemed like she didnt know what she was doing (she was very sweet) i had to ask her to make my nails thicker cause she made them paper thin & she said “your getting gel polish that makes them thicker” i told the cashier lady that i needed my nails redone because the lady left them lumpy, uneven, & thin. They had me come back 2 hours later to get them “fixed” & the next lady literally just filed & changed the polish. They charged me extra for fixing my nails & they still werent good.

The cutest lil salon! You wouldnt expect a place so nice to be in Everett quite frankly.. I love how fast they are without being sloppy. Quality services & quality treatment all while at a desirable cost.HOWEVER...As much as Id like to say everything was perfect I do feel as though I shouldnt exclude the fact that this one specific older woman, who did my friends nails, did them horribly! I mean so bad that she has to go back to see about having another technician do them. She had no idea what she was doing! Not to mention my friend had to incessantly endure a painful removal of her prior set with complete disregard to said pain even after her and I both told her over and over again that she was hurting her. She was supposed to do my nails incessantly then I guess didnt know how to do mine so did my friends instead & I thought to myself thank god shes not the one doing mine!Aside from that one lady though, I have had nothing but phenomenal service from them!

Clean, spacious, and friendly. They always make sure and ask if you are happy with the nail shape or their work. Ask for Michelle, she is the best!

I love how my nails turned out, but the process felt rushed. I had never had a manicure before and no one would help me understand the differences between the types of nails available. I will continue to go in as the facility was very nice and clean and now I have more of an understanding of how things are done. I would definitely recommend this nail salon!!

The manager was super friendly but the lady that did my nails didn’t do a good job. She scratched my fingers so hard and when she finished I had to peel off the gel that she left on my fingers. Some of the nail shapes are uneven as well. This is the second time I’ve gone there and they rushed everything and left me with scratches and bad nails.

Did the BEST job on my girlfriends nails, she was absolutely thrilled!! Made her week, very glad to see her have a positive experience after many bad ones in the area

I love Luna Nail Lounge, theyve become my regular place! Theyre always so nice and so fast and accommodating. Theres drinks and music and its just a great atmosphere. They do a great job and I highly recommend them!

First time at this place, looks nice and clean but my service was rushed and the nail technician cut one of my toes so that I was bleeding. She did apologize for cutting me but then proceeded to tell me that it happened because of the shape of my toes…? Like it was my fault! She was being rough due to rushing my service when she cut me. That a side, the work was not good, I asked for French tip and it was uneven and not shaped right. I don’t recommend this salon and will not be returning.

And Im pretty creative lol water bottles always available, all safety precautions taken during this covid19 stuff. You will leave with a smile on your face. Oh ya! There receptionist is lovely and can speak perfect English and is so friendly! You never have that creepy feeling like you are being talked about right in front of you.Just a really pleasant relaxing place to get that self care day in at.

First time here today, I called to see if they had openings since it was late on a Sunday and they said if I could get there soon they had an opening (luckily I live about 10 min away) I showed up they already had me penciled in, they have you fill out a paper with what you would like done so there aren’t any surprises at check out. I continued to have the BEST MANICURE AND PEDICURE I’ve ever had (and I’ve been getting manicures since I was like 15) prices are right on point with other salons, they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with all the temperatures and pressure during the massages, and they offer drinks I had a simple water but I saw other customers with mimosas and soda. Will def be going back, will most likely have to go to every other week because it was so great. I had Koi who did my pedicure and Linda who did my manicure. Absolutely amazing!

I usually love getting my nails done here and it’s typically my first choice in salons. I usually request Teresa or Rachel. I did a walk in visit and didn’t get neither of my favorite ladies and I am quite disappointed with the final product. I am actually quite embarrassed to show my nails because there is nail polish on my skin and my nails didn’t get shaped very well and they’re very bumpy. The final product isn’t salon quality so I am honestly quite shocked and very disappointed. My toes look great but my fingernails look quite embarrassing. The staff is always very friendly and nice. And the place is very clean. I’m giving this place two stars because due to inconsistency in services.

Went here for the first time today. Took in a photo of natural nails and asked for one nail to be silver sparkles. I wanted shorter coffin style acrylics. Made an appointment online, super easily appointment was confirmed via text within 20 minutes. Upon Ativan I was greeted friendly offered something to drink and taken to my seat right away. My technician, Tina I BELIEVE, was super sweet and continued to check throughout the process if I was happy with her work.The salon is JUST as beautiful inside as the photos.For those who care RN everyone was masked up (staff also wore gloves) and they gave you hand sanitizer before they started your appointment.Also would like to note, the manager Luke, has amazing customer service! I’ve been a customer of his at a different salon and his service is top notch here as well.All in all an AWESOME first experience.

The girls were super nice and the work was well done. They even noticed and fixed my wifes toe nail that hadnt quite dried. She got a pedicure before they start on her finger nails. When we got up to leave her big toe was missing half its polish. I got a very pretty design on my nails and super happy with how they turned out.

This is a great place to get your nails done. They were prompt, had great attention to detail, and after a year of not getting my nails done due to COVID 19, they made me feel really relaxed! They have a lot of great services to choose from, lots of colors and it was bright and vibrant! Holly and Sarah took good care of me and my nails- I have definitely found my new nail place after moving up here from Shoreline.

The lady who did my nails was quite rude and she was more focused on talking to her co workers then doing my nails. I got a full set of acrylics and there were many gaps in between the acrylic and actual nail. The nails were shaped very poorly and some were crooked. However it was a nice environment and the guy at the front was very friendly. But poor quality of the actual nail service.

Luke at Luna nails is amazing! Ive been seeing him for a few years and he always does amazing work. He takes great pride in the work he does and always takes care of me if I break a nail between my appointments. Thanks Luke!

I went for mothers day. Their prices are good and my manicure was good but my mother-in-law and two daughters, 9 & 4, got pedicures and they are already coming off. Also they cut my oldest daughters little toe. I wont be going back there.

I absolutely LOVE my first Dip Nail from Tom. The salon is gorgeous inside and they have excellent customer service. Very spacious and it was so easy to get an appointment.

I would give this place 5 stars if my nails didnt break after only a week and had to ask 5 times for another beverage that was being paid for. I normally go to another place closer to my house but a friend treated me to this salon. I will be sticking to my regular place but from now on. Im not saying I wont ever go back but I prefer my regular place.

I went in to get a full set of acrylics with art, and a pedicure. I felt we where just rushed through the whole thing. My full set had uneven nails the art was horrible. My daughter got a pedi and manicure with shellac she totally hated it they hurt her hands. The paint job was horrible not worth what I paid for. Never going back again. From what I saw in their profile I had high expectations. I was very disappointed.

Got their luna organic pedicure and it was soooo good! My feet have never looked better and the woman was very sweet and professional. The hot stone massage almost had me falling asleep in the chair. The salon has a huge selection of colors for you to chose from and are very clean and punctual. I’ll for sure be coming here again.

I asked the lady that I wanted a French v tip acrylic nails and she gave me a sloppy like if she was practicing. And my mom got a shellac acrylic but when they finished on her, her hands were all dirty and the nail polish had bubbles. My mom asked her for their opinion but she just ignore. And when we were about to pay we told them that we didnt like it so they did it all over again. But when we were about to leave to pay our total was $111 they even asked for tip even tho we wasted our time they didnt do their job correctly and they keeped pulling out hands they are not nice. IM NEVER COMEING AGAIN!!!

She was the most detailed nail technician Ive had work on my nails. She seemed to really care about what I wanted and took her time shaping and forming my acrylics. Ill definitely come back!

I had an appointment for 6:15 pm to get a full set of acrylic nails with just regular nail polish. I showed up on time and ended up sitting there for 45 minutes. At 7:00 someone came and put foils on my fingers then left and said someone else would come finish doing my nails. I sat there till 7:20 and nobody had come to finish my nails. During the hour and 5 minutes that I was sitting there waiting, multiple people had come in and gotten their nails done, and left. People that had come in after me where being helped while I was still waiting for someone to come do my nails. I ended up just walking out because they closed at 7:30 ( despite the fact that they were still helping 8 or more people at that time) I don’t recommend going here.

I’ve been going to Bella Dolce Nail salon since I was 15 and as soon as they opened Bella Luna I started going there as well and I absolutely love it. Luke is very kind and walks around making sure every customer is well taken care of. All of the nail techs are friendly and I have Kim do my nails almost every appt. She is very caring, pays attention to detail and remembers exactly what I like from nail shape down to design every time. I definitely recommend. :-)

Bella did an amazing job and was really sweet.

I went here because this salon came highly recommended by some coworkers. When it comes to acrylics they did an amazing job, the shape was perfect and the nails were very thin and I was very impressed. However I showed them a picture of a sunflower design that I wanted and the told me they could only do it in gel (I had picked normal polish) I told them that was fine however they needed to do it. Once my nails were finished being painted I had to wait 20 minutes (give or take) for someone else to do the simple sunflower design. When she was done it looked absolutely nothing like what I wanted. Then when it came to pricing my full set was originally going to be $33 plus whatever the extra for the design. She initially went to put $10 for the design which is what I expected since it would typically be about $5 but they had to use gel polish. But instead she changed the set price to $38 and design price to $5. It didnt matter to me because the total was still the same; however they tried to play it off like they were giving me a discount (probably not realizing that I saw her change the price) and said normally it would be $10 for gel but since it was only one mail we charged you $5. Again, I didnt have an issue with the price ever at all. I knew roughly what Id be paying before I even got there. But why lie and try to act like Im getting a discount? Overall they do a great job shaping and filing. But the designs and customer service sucked. My friend that was with me also had a similar experience with her design.

I had a very good experience here for the most part with a couple exceptions. My mother did not like the services she received and didnt feel as well cared for as meant my daughters. They did very well in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and required masks to enter. I did run into an issue with a lady using latex gloves after I stated my allergy to the lady at the front. The information was no shared as it should have been. Upon realization she was wearing latex gloves and my allergy she very quickly and apologetically did what she could to rectify the issue. Ill definitely return.

This is an amazing salon... from the moment you walk in the door until the time that you leave you feel pampered and treated so well. My SNS dip nails were done today by Bon and I just have to say Best Nails of my life !!! He is truly an artist :-)

I have been going to Luna since they first opened. Everyone I have worked with has been super nice and attentive. Luc is an amazing manager who keeps the salon moving, and is personable with everyone. It is a little pricey compared to other salons but the aura, cleanliness, and service of the salon makes it worth it. Tom is my man ;) and is one of the best nail techs there. I call him Ombré King. He does an amazing job and knows what you want and gets it right every.single.time. Nothing but compliments on my nails. I adore this salon and the employees. I’ve never had a home salon but it’s safe to say I do now ❤️

Not happy about my first pedicure experience here. I was there for not even an hour and paid $33 just for the pedicure oh and to my surprise an additional $18 for shellac polish...! Like that is outrageous. See my picture and tell me if that $51 worth. Its hard to find someone who cand do a good job for what they are being paid for. The lady didnt care about my toes she just slapped the polish on and then had to keep fixing and my hot towel at the end was cold because she brought it before she needed it and left it on the little table next to her. I do not think this is acceptable. I will not be coming back to this place.The only positive thing about this place is that the interior and decor is very attractive.

Tom is great!! He took care of my ingrown toenails! I have been to other places for my ingrown toenail and it was painful and uncomfortable, sometimes I live the other places with more pain thinking its part if it? My second time to see Tom and I will plan to continue to see him for my ingrown toenails.

This is not my normal place. Paid for pedicure but did not get a full pedicure. Brought to the attention of the technician but she said oh sorry. Then she proceeded to put cold water on my legs. I will now have to spend more money to go get another pedicure from where I normally go.

We had a wonderful experience here!! Vivian did my nails and she was awesome! She made me laugh and was efficient and kind! I loved that they offered me a tasty beverage! The massage chairs, ambiance, decor, and staff were lovely! It is clean and doesn’t smell of polish remover! Love the waterfalls and huge TVs! Wow can’t say enough about this place! Im very torn on this place. Sometimes its great, but other times (like my experience yesterday) it is not.I get dip powder every 2-3 weeks and usually go here. First, I HATE soaking my nails in the bowl of acetone to get the dip powder off. It always dries out my hands a ton and half the time the nail tech forgets to give me cuticle oil and/or lotion. Other then that they usually get my nail shape right and I leave happy.I got my nails done yesterday and the nail tech cut a few of my fingers pretty bad and Im still in a bit of pain today. She never apologized and she sloppily applied the next step and it BURNED. My nail shape isnt right on some fingers, but I didnt say anything because I was already in a lot of pain and didnt want her to file them more. I have been coming here for months and It definitely makes me afraid to come back.

Went for a post COVID pedi and was nervous about patronizing any establishment that does salon services so soon. However I was pleasantly surprised and at ease when I walked in and saw they had everything properly protected and as it should be. Pedicure went great, turned out perfect and I felt comfortable knowing they take all the recommended safety precautions. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a relaxing experience

I was here one other time and the gal was very professional, took her time and did a fantastic job with the color and trim of my nails. Yesterday I came in again with a family member to relax, but the whole time the techs were chit chatting and pausing their work only to chat again. The whole experience felt rushed, inconsistent and not relaxing. However, the color on my nails and trim again looks great. So there is that plus.

They always do a fantastic job with my nails. The staff is super friendly and I love how they greet me when I come in. I have been to other salons where they yell across the room to greet you. Here a staff member comes over to welcome you in and check you in for your service(s). They do a very good job of keeping the place clean. While you are there, dont be surprised if the staff shows their hospitality and offers to get you a drink. They care about the customer being comfortable while waiting or having the service that they came for. Best of all-the prices are reasonable. By the look of the place with all of the sparkling chandeliers and glitter you might expect high prices but they are much lower than some of the other local salons.

My aesthetician suggested that I check out Luna Nail Lounge and I can’t thank her enough for letting me know about this wonderful place. I don’t get my nails done on a regular bases, but that might change after my experience here at Luna. Kim was the nail tech who provided me with my first DIP experience. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she was also extremely sweet and made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I have went here a total of 3 times. My first experience was on point! The second one, the staff were very unorganized and also rushed on my nails. I get S&S and the people who greeted me at the front of the nail salon knew I had my real nails on except one nail was a tip. Since the lady was in such a rush she started cutting my nails off and I had to stop her and tell her to STOP. I was really upset about this and everyone apologized and the lady actually got up and went to the back somewhere and someone else came to do my nails. After the horrible experience I told myself let me go back, because the nail salon is beautiful and super clean and I must add that they have a variety of colors. I will also add that if you are a frequent customer they know you by name and speak to you more than others who aren’t. They also will acknowledge their appointments first and forget the other people who have been waiting forever. (Very unorganized) This final and last straw I had was on super bowl Sunday! The place was busy and they also had tons of appointments that continued to walk in, they were all out of order and also in such a rush. My nails were done very nice I did have to wait for an hour they also sat me in a chair and I waited another 30 minutes. The next day one of my nails broke and I went to get it fixed and they charged me for it and it also took 45 minutes to get ONE nail fixed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I went for a pedicure. They told me to put my feet in the water completely cold. the girl told me that she forgot to put the hot water. Instead of changing places, they preferred to remove the cold water little by little and thus place the hot water. Very bad experience after the person who performed the manicure did everything fast and badly done. in the end she just stopped and left me sitting there. Then another person came and told me that I could use my nails and they are badly painted, my skin is stained behind the nail. The truth is if you do not have time to do quality work better, you should not make appointments. I do not return

I have come to this place a few times when my regular is too busy and the service was okay. It is clean and nicely decorated and the staff seems nice but I went in last night for a shellac fill and my nails have never looked so terrible. They are uneven, one pinky nail is longer than the other, there’s a clear arch in the nail, polish is bubbly and has lifted in many places and I have had two nails break in less than 24 hours. My cuticles were cut so bad they were bleeding and sore while I was there. My first few times were great but this past time is enough to make me not come back or even give another chance. For a $35 fill I would expect much better service and the shellac to not peel or nails to break in less than 24 hrs.

Went with my 3 daughters for a birthday pedicure. Short notice call before we arrived and were great to get us in. Nice decor. Beverage offered. Prices are reasonable. Nice job on the nails. Well be back.

This was my 2nd or 3rd time goingn too this nail salon, always went back because service is great. BUT this time i got both pedi & mani shellac & its been ONE week & the shellac started cracking & now has completey chipped off. My toe nail one came off completely. Everything felt crowded within the work space of doing my toes and hands. Lady who did my hands did a poor job.

Kim is the best! She’s my go to lash lady. Always leaves my lashes looking fluffy and full! Won’t be going anywhere else, anytime soon.
