The staff at Midwest dental are the sweetest and friendliest around!! My family feels so welcome everytime we go there. We had Shayla for our dental hygienist and she was absolutely amazing! She always makes my kids and I have a great time! She is friendly and fun. A couple of us saw other hygienists and they are equally friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Midwest dental to anyone! It is a great place and they get our whole family of 6 in and out in an hour or so!

I have gone to Midwest dental for years and am very satisfied!

First appointment and I was told by the hygienist that I needed a $1,000 deep cleaning. I had TWO other opinions and the dentists said I had no sign of gum disease and that this expensive, painful procedure was absolutely not needed.I met with a male, Dentist who was incompetent and asked another assistance for their advice.I am now at Chester Creek Dental and they give 5 ⭐ service.

Shalayh was great! Shes always so great with my kids teeth cleanings. She makes it less stressful bringing 3 kids in for a cleaning at a time. She interacts with my kids great, and makes getting their teeth cleaned a great experience.

The staff is always so pleasant and helpful, the appointment setting is easy and the work that I had done (3 small fillings) was painless and quick! I love going to the dentist; am I crazy? No! Midwest Dental rocks!

I recently moved to Superior and chose Midwest Dental for the location. My appointment was scheduled for a few weeks out, but I had a great conversation with Tanya regarding my preferred appointment times. A week before my appointment, Tanya called and said they had a morning cancellation and she remembered I preferred mornings so asked if Id like to take the cancellation. I couldnt believe she remembered! Tanya was great!My dental assistant, Peggy, was fantastic as well! She was very interested in my dental history and went through everything thoroughly. I cant say I enjoyed the cleaning, who does? But, Peggy was so professional, it felt like we were friends when I left.Thank you, Midwest Dental! Cant wait to see you again in six months! :-)

I am impressed every time I go to Midwest Dental in Superior, Wisconsin. Every aspect of my appointment is always a breeze to get through.... because every one of the employees treat me like I am special! TRULY! They are all beyond helpful and will take the time to go through anything I do not understand, or would like more information about. The insurance and payment process was a breeze! I dealt with Heidi and she knew my insurance requirements better than I did!! I was able to take care of it all, in one easy session with her.My dentist, Dr. Swartz, is top notch and Id trust her with my whole family... in fact I have! My granddaughter recently started seeing her as well... and loves it all (and shes not a fan of dentist offices). Every technician that Ive ever dealt with knows their stuff and is supremely efficient and qualified.My teeth and mouth and checking account have never looked better since choosing Midwest Dental!!

I just started going to the dentist here and I am very impressed with the knowledge of the dentists there. They take all the time you need so you fully understand your dental plan. The staff is so friendly and nice I will continue going there for a very long time.

Ive had all positive experiences with Midwest dental, seen two hygienists (Kim, & Peggy) both were very thorough. Dr. Schwartz was very professional every time and they took the time to check into future dental work that is needed to see what my insurance will cover and what my costs will be. Great and friendly office staff always asking me about my family. Both Heidi and Tonya are welcoming when I walk through the door.

WOW! My family was just in the Superior office for their clean and checks and I was blown away with the level of care we received. My kids were nervous, but after meeting with the staff they were completely at ease.I found it so very easy to map out our dental plan and options with Heidi. She walked me through my insurance coverage and what our plan would look like. She was understanding of our financial and dental needs.I am so grateful that we found a family dentist we can all agree on and trust. I am very pleased and will refer any/all to Midwest Dental in Superior!

Superior Midwest Dental is always amazing at listening and understanding my needs. Shayla is such a super dental hygienist, good listener and really cares about the patient. Dr. Schwarz is superb at what she does and they are very understanding when you want a more conservative approach to our dental care. They are the first place of many I have tried that is affordable and do not try and make us get unnecessary treatments. I love going to these visits every six months!

I have always been afraid of the dentist- even having to be prescribed a sedative before procedures from time to time. But at Midwest, especially with Dr. Schwartz- my experiences have been amazing. Im able to be calm just knowing that she is gentle and thorough. I highly recommend her and Midwest Dentals entire staff to anyone with teeth 😁

Had my teeth cleaned by Shayla today. She thoroughly explained what she was going to do and why. Even showed me pictures of what was going on with my teeth. She really got in there but my teeth and gums have never felt better. Very thorough! Very Professional! She is the third hygienist to work on my teeth there and they have all been great. Staff is always courteous and transparent. I always know where I stand and what I have to pay before they do anything. GreAt place!

My entire family was going here for years. Staff is great except when it comes to billing. This is twice they have quoted coverage and out of pocket costs to us and then billed us drastically different. This seems from reading reviews to be an ongoing Issue with this office lately. Extremely disappointed and our family will not be going here again. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.

The staff are very considerate of my needs, and do a great job explaining my dental care. The office is run in a very professional manner, and Ive been going to them for 5 years, and Ive never had an issue.

I was in last week for a cleaning (which was awesome) and a little filling came loose and fell out. I called and got in right away due to a cancelation. Dr. Schwartz and her staff did an amazing job of fixing it and didnt even charge me. That is great customer service. I was so pleased with the work she did....I highly recommend Midwest Dental!

I cannot recommend this office enough! As a parent of four children, trips to the dentist are expected to be awful. Instead, my kids BEG to go. They love updating the sweet front office staff (Peggy & Heidi), whom always make us feel important when we walk in, and take the time to explain co-pays and other confusing insurance stuff to me. Dr. Schwartz and the hygienists make the kids comfortable and are so patient, even with my son with special needs. She also helped me work through some dental estimates from a specialized office she had referred our daughter to, and explained what was necessary to have done, going above and beyond to help us save money and give our daughter the best care.This is the place to go for dental needs in the Twin Ports.

This place is just awful. They lied to my wife and myself about our coverage for services. Dr Palmer is a joke, when she was there she botched a filling so badly on my wifes tooth that almost a year later she has constant pain due to nerve damage. They claim it took 2 and 1/2 months to get an estimate for services from our insurance. Which was a lie, my insurance documents show they had it 6 days after it was submitted. They forged my records to show I had a filling done on the tooth that was messed up, saying I had it filled in 2010 and they refilled it in 2016, until 2016 I had NEVER had a filling in my life. Covering their butts much?! Stay away!!! other than 1 professional hygienist Peggy, the place is horrid. And Heidi the receptionist/billing/whatever she is, is rude, and clearly hates her job.

This place cannot get their billing straightened out. Before I leave, they REFUSED to take my payment when I know I had to pay something, then they call me a few weeks later asking for payment.....and after that!! They said I STILL owe money! I paid exactly what they asked, and I still owed. Sooooo what, you undercharged me, and now are looking to collect?! >:(

Terrible experience when following up with billing. Have been a patient of Dr. Conkrights for 30 years, he retired and we moved, needed to have records transferred to new dentist. Was put off and told specifically that it had been well over a year since films and fluoride done (for 2 kids) and new office would just need that info. Turns out insurance would not cover as it had actually only been 8 months. I called Midwest Dentals office and spoke to HEIDI (billing? office manager?) And she was astonishingly rude. I just wanted to verify dates and services of last appt. and inform them I had been given incorrect information. She immediately escalated the situation by asking in a nasty tone if I was just calling to vent and what do you think youre going to get out of this phone call! How about verification of dates and services and an apology would be nice! I wasnt asking them to pay the bill. You cant leave their office without them prying your wallet out of your purse, so I knew that wasnt going to happen. Seriously, you have to meet with someone in billing after your appt. before you can leave their office. EVERY TIME! So think twice before making an appointment with them, there are much better options in Superior.

When I first went to Midwest Dental I had a great impression. They showed me my estimated upcoming charges and let me know what I would be charged for each one out of pocket before my visits. I needed a root canal and they where able to refer me to an endodontics in the area. Midwest showed me what I would be charged for the root canal and the crown. About $400, which was not an issue, however the issue did arise when they did not make it clear that I would receive another charge from the endodontics. One can see how this might be assumed, which is why I asked pointing to the figure on the paper and said, this will be my total? Naturally they said yes, but they did not let me know that is only the total for Midwest Dental.I went and got my root canal done, paid $250 out of pocket after insurance and then recieved a phone call from Midwest saying they would like to schedule a crown which will cost about $400 out of pocket. I was shocked to find out that the $250 was not a portion of the $400. I asked the business office about this and they kept saying, we made this clear to you. Um hello, I never talked to you before now, and your staff did not make it clear to me. I work with numbers on a daily basis, and I never forget numbers when it comes to my money or what I was told I would be paying. They say to me it seems like the only thing that would make you happy is a free root canal.....how insulting to think thats my motive.What would have made me happy is to know that the cost did not include the endodontics. Is that so much to ask for....again we made it clear to you Im told. So clearly Im the idiot. Clearly I dont have a clue. How insulting Midwest Dental. What a joke, nice bait and switch. I do not do business with companies that mislead me. NO ONE SHOULD!

I was very disappointed my insurance covers teeth cleaning every six months and they wouldnt clean them because my teeth needed a deep cleaning and I cant afford that so they lost my business I dont understand why they dont clean my teeth like I asked them to there getting paid ethier way not going back there ever again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎😣

Ive been going to Midwest for over 7 years. Multiple dentists and dental techs. Ive had nothing but positive experiences. I almost look forward to going :)
