Excellent service from W. C. Carpets Care who cleaned my carpet. They were efficient and trained and did a fine job. The carpet looks like as if we just brought it from the shop. The price we paid was reasonable. Thank you very much for your good work. Absolutely excellent service!!

W. C. Carpets Care, their call center staffs and servicemen altogether is an amazing company. They made us very happy with the result of their work. You can really tell that their employees are well trained, cant thank them enough for the awesome job they did on my carpets. Five stars!

When I requested a quote, W. C. Carpets Care gave it to me ASAP. Everything went well, from the scheduling up to the cleaning process. The tech who came was really professional, I saw that he really know what hes doing. I really love the results, plus their price is reasonable. Im giving them 5 stars for it!

I had my carpet cleaned today and was assigned a worker from Hartford Carpet Upholstery Cleaning although I had called the number for W.C. Carpet Care. The person came the same day I called and did a good job cleaning, given that there were some difficult spots, although not all of the spots came out despite several tries. When it came time to pay, he said that if I paid by check, I would have to make the check out to him, not his company, so I said I would charge the amount. He got very pushy about it, particularly when I said I wanted an invoice with the amount and asked why his name and address were not on the invoice that I finally got. As a result of his attitude, I did not give him a tip which caused even more unpleasantness. I would not recommend either company.

This is the second time weve used W. C. Carpets Care and will continue to use them in the future. Chapstick, oil, dirt, anything kids can do to a carpet the tech has been able to clean up for us! Professional and a joy to work with! Thanks you so much. Absolutely amazing customer service!!!

The two young men were very careful in moving all the furniture and putting it back, professional and did a great job in making sure the rugs were perfectly clean when they left.Thumbs up!

The tech gave us some excellent information to maintain our clean carpets, and its best to get them cleaned every 6 months...no comment on how long since the last time.We are excited for our newly cleaned carpets. and will be sure to schedule again.
