The customer service is great and the technician we had, Rusty, he was excellent. So I could tell Rusty really knew his stuff. He wasnt just there to do a job. he was knowledgeable. I had All Clean Chem-Dry clean the carpets in 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways and a living room. They also cleaned my Kitchen/Dining Room tile and grout and sealed the grout as well. Gave me a 10% discount for doing both jobs the same day...very honest people! They were at my place for almost 4 hours and did an AMAZING job. My nose hasnt been stuffed up once since they did the carpet cleaning so their claim of removing 98% of the allergens is 100% truth! I would gladly recommend them to anyone who wanted carpet cleaning. If I ever need it in the future, I wont call anyone else.

All Clean Chem-Dry of Winchester has done the carpets in my home since we bought it. When we first moved in, there were dog urine stains from the previous owner and after they cleaned it, you would never have known there had been a pet in the house. They have also picked up and done an excellent job on my oriental area rug. They are phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone.

All Clean Chem Dry is the best floor/upholstery cleaning company I have ever used. We use them for quarterly cleanings at Body Renew Fitness on all carpeted and tile areas. I also use them to clean my carpets at my house and when I had a pipe break and my house flooded they came out immediately after hours and extracted all the water from the carpets, treated it for mold and mildew as well as left dehumidfication equipment. I would never consider using any other company for my floor cleaning needs. Call them you will not be disappointed.

We had just bought a couch about 2 months ago and we noticed that our older dog had gotten on the couch when we werent home and leaked all over the cushions. Our cat may have added to it, but the cushions were awful. I tried everything at home to get then clean and after a week of trying, I finally gave up and called All Clean in a last ditch effort to save the cushions. I was told they couldnt make any promises, but they would try and get them clean. I dropped them off and when I got them back, they dont have any trace of urine left. All Clean did an absolutely amazing job and Im thrilled I dont have to purchase new cushions for my already brand new couch. I contacted All Clean Chem-Dry in the hopes that they could salvage my carpet. I honestly thought that I would be buying new carpet. White carpet - what were we thinking?? This carpet had been cleaned before, but some stains couldnt be removed. Plus, we had lots of new stains. It was not a good situation. Unbelievably, this company was able to remove every single stain - every one! I dont need new carpet. My carpet looks brand new!! The job was not only done miraculously well, but the gentleman was on time and highly professional. I definitely recommend this company.

They did a There were these weird black streaks around the perimeter of the bedrooms in our rental and Chem Dry got them out, no problem. Looked like the marks were never there. I was impressed. I was actually very skeptical but they surprised me. We will be calling them again. Oh, and the best thing is that they are actually on time. That alone is kinda amazingly shocking!

The service is absolutely, ridiculous and completely poor. My landlord hired this company to clean the carpets in our rental home. The carpets smelled of dog urine. Despite promises to clean the carpet until the odor was resolved, Cheryl chose not too. What is more, they promise that their P.U.R.T allows the most severe urine damaged areas to be saved and I can assure you, the same does not hold true. So, if you are looking for a reputable company to clean your residential or commercial carpets, please continue looking. You will not find resolution with All Clean Chem-Dry.
