Drying Machines arent really wanting to take coins on the left side right now. . I wish there were a couple more fans because it gets so so hot in summer. But its a nice little laundromat. :)

Very quiet and spacious! Can be hot in the summer only two fans, but overall a good place to do laundry.

Was not their 15 minutes and my detergent got stolen!!! a whole bottle! Had to go buy more.. . Washed king size Comforter! In largest machine, Wasted $8.00 half worked didnt put in enough water in the tank, Need to wash again somewhere else!!! Then one of the two small $3,00 washers didnt get weter in the tank!so got to wash Went next door to the convenience store to complain! and have manager to check the cameras for the thief who stole my detergent! He had walked in to the laundromat earlier! may be even he took it.. .as he was the only one around my washer far as I remember! But not shure who took it! I cant stand a pettyThief!!! Almost forgot! boughtDetergent from dispenser machine for a $1 each! Wast dried into a block.. . Could not get it broken up in time to feed the machine The detergent it for it was out of wash cycle!!! Poorly poorly managed!DONT RECOMMEND this LAUNDRY MATT at all!!! ITS A NIGHTMARE

Convenient location, clean but machines need some attention. Most especially the dryers, they dont get hot enough requiring more and more money to dry my clothes.

A very clean laundromat. I would recommend this place to anyone. You cant ask for anything more really. All laundry machines were in working order, washers and dryers. Plenty of space, big tables took fold clothes and chairs to sit and wait. Change machine, basic laundry supply vending having, drink vending machine, game machine and a TV. Security CCTV monitoring too, which is nice.

The best laundromat here in Dallas GA so far. I stopped going to Laundry Room Laundromat on merchants drive. Be Aware Dont go there. This Is The Best One. I never see the owner, but he always have great dryers and washers. Been going for a few months now and me and my husband has been satisfied. Keep up the good work J&M! A lot more space and cleaner..

I called to see if the place was open for business. A woman answered with a moan and groaning voice as if I woke her up. She didnt address it as a business. She simply said, hello.I dont know what laundromat the other reviewers went to, but it wasnt J&M. Maybe it was clean 9 months ago. However it was filthy a few days ago. Yuk! One of the worse Ive seen in a long time. The bathroom was horrific it was so dirty. I think I could have caught a disease in there if I had used it. Thank God my mom taught me as a child to never sit on public toilets. ( thats for men too)Yes, it was well lit, but the floor, the washers the walls, the countertops were dusty. The machines were dirty too.The place was empty. There werent an attendant there. Which remind me of why the woman sound as if she was in bed. She was at home in bed! It looked so abandoned from the parking lot, to the business itself. There is a disheveled Chevron gas station right next door. It isnt a safe place for a woman to be alone doing laundry. Thank goodness I wasnt alone.The prices are right with most prices to wash clothes in a coin laundry. I did find it to be unreasonable. However, there werent very many large washing machines to justify the price. I will never patronize this place again. Dont waste your time unless you down mind the secluded feeling and the filthy place. Also if anything goes wrong with the machines, there isnt anyone there to help you. Ive forewarned you.

Its been a while since Ive gone to a laundromat so i dont know if the prices are average market rates. However, they do seem a little high. There are more cameras than in the city bank, so that helps with safety. Its getting your clothes dry after theyre washed that earns this one star rating. The dryers dont work, and you will be there half the night and out another few dollars trying to dry them. Maybe spend some of that camera money on getting dryers that actually work!

Ive only had to do laundry here twice, mainly as I was in the area visiting relatives. They are okay in a pinch, but the other laundry facility in my reviews, on South Cobb is much nicer. This laundry mat really needs some work! I dont know if I just happened to be there on an off day or what, but unfortunately, on both occasions, within several weeks apart, we found this to be one of the dirtiest laundry mats we ever been in. The bathroom was in very bad shape, with a rocky toilet, (an injury waiting to happen), the entire place seems to be in dire need of renovation, and the floors and trash cans seemed as if theyve not been swept or emptied in weeks. Just a very dirty place. The AC never came on, in the middle of a hot day in June, truly unbearable in there. We sat in our car instead. The dryers just would NOT get our clothes dry, on our last trip there, and I lost several dollars in their machines there. I want to say however, that the young lady that works in the little quickie mart type store adjacent, (in the same little strip mall there, aka Little Bear), was an absolutely beautiful spirit. Such a bright ray of sunshine, ...such a sweet, caring, helpful person! I met her when I entered the store to ask for more change after the dryer ate so many of my quarters! She could sense my obvious frustrations. It took me several hours to get laundry finished there, that usually took me half that time. She refunded me several dollars, without my even requesting it. Evidently, the facilities are all owned by the same people. Therefore, it would be very nice to have that pleasant experience in the mart carry over into the laundry mat. Just a little more effort in that other area would make a world of difference! Any renovations and cleaning needed over there, I would think would be a minimal expense well worth the cost to greatly improve your ratings and increase customer base traffic and revenue for your laundry service!UPDATE: RETURNED TODAY ON 07/26/17, AND ONCE AGAIN, THE FILTHIEST LAUNDRY MAT I HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT INTO!!! The Change dispenser wasnt working, so went next door for change. Lost over 4 bucks in dryers that just would NOT dry! I asked the owners for a refund and they looked at me like I was crazy! The woman there at the register at the Little Bear store next door, (they own both) stated no one else has ever complained and I must be overloading the dryer. I said No, I am not. She absolutely would not refund nor credit me and upset me to the point I just told her never mind forget it and I walked out. I said before I would never step foot in that place again, but I did, mainly because my relative frequents there very often and lives nearby. But now I truly will not give this business any more of my hard earned money! Its the principle of the thing! I spent $40 in there today, (it took me 3 hours to get my laundry done! It takes me twice as long and twice as much money, than any other mat!) I think asking for a 3 dollar credit is not a unreasonable request ! This company does not value its customers at all! The place is disgusting, nasty, no improvement at all from my previous visits! The washers smell very badly, the aroma hit us when first walked in even. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet still a hip fracture waiting to happen! We absolutely will never be back here!

Word of advice, dont invest your time nor money at this facility. Be prepared for dust and dirt everywhere with trash left on the folding tables and on top of the machines. The machines are not maintained nor are they cleaned AT ALL especially in the detergant dispensers. Lets also take into account all the Not In Order signs that are more than often taped on the machines and if you so happen to choose a fortunate machine that You Think Is Working comfort yourself that you might invest $6 on a 23 minute machine that only properly washes your clothes for 10 minutes or even washes your clothes at all and as an added bonus the machines leaves multiple RUST STAINS on your clothes. The Owners who also owns the gas station and convenience store next door are very polite and more than willing to give your money back, however, they do not reimburse you for the laundry detergents thats wasted in their poorly functioning machines. They plaster WARNING SIGNS all over the walls that gives you a heads up about how they are NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Definitely worth the investment right? Keep in mind there is only 1 unisex restroom in this facility that does not offer any sanitation value. It reeks of urine with graffiti on the walls, no hand soap, no paper towels, no hand dryer, and 90% of the time doesnt have toilet tissue. The pavement in the parking lot is horrible with huge potholes everywhere that they simply put fillers in or poorly patch up for a couple of weeks. ATTENTION LADIES: Please be advised that there is a homeless shelter or halfway house down the street at which Men comes and PREY on innocent Women and Children. Ive had 3 different experiences with these Creeps and my Husband was there! These Men have no discretion, they will stare at you and your children undergarments and undress you and your little girls with their eyes. My Husband refuses me to go there without him and he almost got into an altercation with one of them. This facility offers no real security or safety. There is not one person from their staff that is monitoring or maintaining this place at all. They literally have cameras just to make sure their property is not being damaged, however, offers no real support for the every day customer who uses this establishment and keeps them in business. I understand that it is located in a small rural town but that is no excuse for the lack of management of this business. Ladies be safe and keep your kids close to you if you dont have any alternatives. If so, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The washers are alright but you have to be careful because sometimes there is no sign that they are not working. Owners work next door and are very helpful.

This laundromat is basically clean. I only saw one machine that was out of order. I dont use laundromats very often at all so it seems pricey. But on the other hand, I dont have much to compare it with.

When are the washers didnt even put water in my load of clothes I was like $5 another one of the washers didnt take any of my quarters after I put in all my detergents and stuff so I had to switch machines on that and theres no way to call somebody to get a refund

I pay a 6 dollars machine and my clothes came out with a lot of soap, I try to call the phone number but only a fax machine answer. There is no one there to help you.

This place is the worst!!! Clothes never get dry and they come out stink . I rather wash my clothes in a tub and hang on a liner before I go back to these crooks
