Do yourself the favor and CALL SOMEONE ELSE! Rainbow did cover THE MAJORITY, but not all of the side of my house after a windstorm removed 1/3 of the siding the day after it happened. That is the ONLY positive. I asked them for a quote to fix my siding to send to my insurance adjuster; it took them 5 days and the quote they originally sent was incorrect filled with errors/over charges. About 3 weeks later, another storm came through and ripped off the tarp they had nailed directly into the good siding left (ruining the good siding forcing it to be replaced). Frustrated, we contacted the company lined up to repair the side to re-cover the exposed area. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! You can clearly see what a more professional job was completed FULLY in the pictures below.Since Rainbows $787 job did not hold up, we asked they considered a reduction in their price since we paid less for a better job from a different company. The head guy stated he would look into it and let us know. Two weeks later we received a phone call wanting to know when we would pay our bill in full. We explained we were told our account was being looked into. The company then told us we actually owed $200+ MORE than what the invoice we were sent said and if we did not pay within ten days they would send the police directly to our door to collect the money! After arguing we did not owe more, and we were simply waiting for what we were told would happen they eventually said we did only owe the $787 but still needed to be paid with 10 days.In conclusion, we have learned this company does not stand by their work, are not willing to negotiate when things obviously go wrong, are unsympathetic to passing along important information in a timely manner or correct information for that matter, and lastly resorts to threats and bullying when things do not follow their timeline. To further back our claims, I have included pictures of our house. The first photo with the blue tarp was the day Rainbow completed the job (note the top of the house and the corners under the gutters still show exposed plywood), the second shows how it is no longer attached on the sides or bottom, and the last shows the other company fully covering and looking much better than the ghastly ugly tarp job.Their website states, Happily. Even After. Rainbow International provides best practices with integrity and the highest of standards in restoration...Ultimately, we dont just restore homes and businesses; we restore value, stability, and peace of mind. Not in this case. Call someone else.
