If I could give zero stars I would. We couldn’t get an exact day of when we could get the dumpster. We run a small home improvementBusiness where it’s essential to have a plan for our customers and we were told we get it when we get it . They were rude and we canceled and went with a more expensive and more professional company . I guess because they’re the cheapest they feel like they don’t have to worry about customer service. . You get what you pay for .

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Didnt not drop the box on day and time scheduled. Called Tto see what happened and Greg said I just wanted to make sure I get my money Yet we were waiting with a check as he instructed. After pick up..Same attitude, demanded another $135 later that day from his office because he said we had tonnage overage, sounded fair. I told him Id submit a check request to the company. He said he could pick up or we could mail it. He called the next day demanding his money but the accountant already mailed it. He was very annoyed that we didnt call him and demanded to speak to the accountant. back bay Boxes did not provide any invoices or receipts for the accountant either but we still paid They are not accustomed to working with businesses and they have combative, nasty way of communicating. Will not subject ourselves to this kind of negative and inappropriate treatment. We have contracted another company to finish our work. Back bay Boxes is NOT RECOMMENDED.

GREAT SERVICE !!!! We had a problem with Hurricane Dorian out of town. I had to make 3 trips to Hatteras while we had the dumpster. Greg worked with me and allowed me to finish my cleanout in V. B. Also, delivery driver pointed out a ground bee nest that we would not have seen. We planed to weed that area that day. Boy, do they hurt, bu no stings, thanks to him.Thank you BBB.
