Quicklane is subsidiary of the Ford motor company. They service all makes and models. Domestic or foreign cars are welcomed there, and the rates are very competitive. Their technicians are ASE certified and I have been bringing my older Mercedes to them, because I trust their repairs are done right.

This is a great place to go if your in a pinch, talk to Nick and he is your man. Good general service all around but at a convenience price. I feel like when Nicks gone this place will hit a 1 star rating real fast, but until then he makes it feel more like a family run business and less like a heartless chain.

I have been here before... always an easy process.... I got a coupon in the mail since I hadnt been there in a while...$43 for the Works...oil change and rotation....by the time all is said and done its about $51... They do go through the car and check everything so I should be good to go for an inspection sticker!

Went in for $800 worth of service for “water pump and alternator repairs” even though there didnt seem to be a problem with the alternator. everything was working fine when the car went in, just a humming from the pump. the radio stopped working during their repair and they claimed “it was our fault due to the alternator.” but we drove the car there (alternator ran fine) scammers

I accidentally overfilled on oil. Nick, who was on the phone, was very patient unlike another place I called that morning. Everyone I spoke with there was very congenial and when he looked at it and decided it wasnt full enough to cause damage, I left there without paying anything for the trouble I caused them. Seems like a great place.

I have been calling this place to get a wheel alignment for 2 weeks. Every time i call no matter what time of day the guy says “call tomorrow i will be here at 7am” so i call the next day and they don’t have time. Try to make an appointment and he says “no need, just call me tomorrow”. I still haven’t gotten In to get it done 2 weeks later! It’s a shame i live right down the street. Looks like i will be going somewhere else! Quick Lane! That’s hilarious

Up until about a year ago Quicklane in Holden had knowledgeable and experienced staff servicing vehicles. My experience during that time had been good and I never had any issues. Recently, however, this experience has changed and not in positive way. During one appointment that I had for my vehicle Quicklane actually caused damage and made me pay $300 thinking that they had solved the issue. Upon the problem occurring again, I later went to the dealership and discovered what Quicklane had done to my vehicle and that the real problem was actually a $10 fix. Later on during the year, I went to get wipers fixed on my vehicle and they left the plastic sheaths on and they scuffed up my windshield making me have to take time out of my day to have my auto glass repaired. Finally, I remember another customer having arrived at Quicklane one day indicating that he had been leaking massive amounts of oil because after the simple oil change that Quicklane had done they had forgotten to fasten the cap to the oil tank.Give all of the above, and the fact that they now have young and inexperienced staff and are downsizing, it would probably be more safe to go to the dealership. This is at least what I am doing at this point in time.

They need to change their name to SlowLane or StopLane. Dropped car off for a simple oil change at 7:10 AM on a Saturday morning and was informed that it would not be ready until that afternoon....for a simple oil change. You get better and faster service from the full dealership across the street. Needless to say, I wont be bringing my vehicles there again. There are too many other places within a 5 mile radius that will do it in a more timely fashion and for equal or less money.

Quick Lane at the Ford dealerships is a very good thing, you bring your car or truck in on the day and time of your appointment and they go to work on your vehicle doing your oil change, they also check and fill your fluids as needed and rotate your tires.

I have a photo of my car right before i dropped it off here for a repair. they dropped my car on the lift. worst repair shop ever

I was switching my tires from winter to summer (only 1 set of rims). The place I purchased the tires from said they would do it for free, but that was near my work and I had the day off. I went to my local Quick Lane. Assuming it wouldnt cost that much I guess I forgot to ask what the price was. After it was done, they handed me a bill for just under $100.00. I was upset by the cost, but all they said was you didnt ask for the price.I told them I would never go there again, but they didnt seem to mind losing the customer (Im assuming because they charge so much they could lose a customer or two and still be ahead). They made no attempt to keep this customer, so they wont get him back.

Got me in for a battery change and oil change quick before Christmas.

Not only did I make an appointment, but I dropped my car off 2 hours early and left it. Five Hours later, they hadnt even touched it. The WORST organized place EVER! Its hard to be without your vehicle, but to be without it, and it doesnt even get fixed... Insult to Injury! Heed the warning, go somewhere else!

I had an oil change on my car today and when i got it home i noticed that the leather door handle was full of grease. I had to clean it off since it was a beige leather it showed awful. I am surprised that the technician is allowed to get in a car after working on it the way they handle oil etc. Not a happy person to see this happen.
