Can’t get someone to answer the phone ever. If this is fixed my review will change

Truly the worst. When I moved in there was a giant storage pod behind my building and it’s so in the way you can barely fit in a parking space, I drive a 4Runner so I certainly can’t. Then they decided to put another massive storage unit right behind our parking lot which is already very small and difficult to park in. I’ve had toLeave multiple messages for maintenance to come and fix things. The latest being my drains backed up. Never got a response and had to spend my own money to fix the issue. Now the phones are down and you can’t even get in touch with them. Absolutely ridiculous. I can’t wait to move out.

I had the best experience living here!! The staff was always available when I needed help and so friendly. It was an added bonus that there were always snacks and a working Starbucks machine in the office. I could not imagine a better place to live in Wilmington.

This community is so cute, clean and accomodating. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to live come here!

Property is good, but the staff and community is AMAZING! Worth living here just for those two things combined. Pool and facilities (especially the gym I never use) are nice as well.
