My daughter and I had to move in with my mother and noticed that my daughter & I have been sneezing and coughing a lot. I’ve noticed molding in my bathroom ceiling in which the fan is suppose to dry out the moisture. There is only one Maintenance guy who does a great job when he’s able to get around to fixing whatever problem you have but there are deeper issues that need to be seen and worked on. They just touched up on our balconies which was great 👍 but it’s the vents for me. Upgraded needed!!!!

I lived in Pebble Hills for 9 years. The 1st few years I would get water in the apt after it would rain. The problem was eventually handled and it never happened again. Maintenance issues were always handled in a timely matter for me.The price really didnt increase much in all those years. I was really please with the new management, Gloria was always so pleasant, a ray of sunshine after the lasr manager.I will miss Pebble hills, the area was quiet yet surrounded by so many conveniences.

Our parents have lived here for a couple of years. It is an old building but they keep it pretty good. Service staff does a nice job.I Am Really looking forward to new owners or management to upgrade .It is cost competitive .I wish they had handicap Ramps.I also hope for new management to keep up with cleanliness in hallways and common areas.The location is excellent .

They care very little about your & your maintenance needs. Maintenance takes their time and are very disrespectful. They literally just patch over things instead of fixing issues. They advertised free water when I moved in here, and then made me sign an addendum saying I was responsible for water costs. Overall, bad experience. You can tell the manager your issues and she will pretend to care, but doesn’t fix issues or concerns. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
