Maintenance staff showed up on time. Acted professionally throughout the entire process. Promptly fixed the issue I reported and it remains fixed and in good working order. Thank you again for the quick repair.
The staff does a wonderful job at responding to all requests quickly. All of the front office staff are very kind and helpful. Never had a single issue living here. Highly recommend if you are coming to live on this side of town!
We lived here for two years and were so sad to go! Jalessa was amazing to us and treated us like family. Anytime we needed anything she was so helpful and always responded immediately. We brought our son home from the hospital when he was born to this being his first home and she always checked in on us. The maintenance team is always so efficient and very helpful! We never had any problems at all with this place. If we ever moved back to Wilmington I would 100% come back here!
I have lived here and just renewed my lease. The amenities are great. We love the pool every summer. The staff and maintenance is very responsive! Love that it is gated as well. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood for residents, kids and pets!
I have lived here almost two years! Love the location and when you have an issue it is taken care of immediately. My fire alarm battery when off twice in a two month period and both times they came right away which I appreciated because my ceilings are so high! Office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Would recommend it highly!
I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it’s very nice. They helped me move from out of state- site unseen and I was not disappointed. I did have a minor leak in my bathroom sink about a month ago and they fixed it within an hour! Great service all around and very friendly staff. The neighbors are fine but I prefer to keep to myself so I haven’t branched out. I will say the people all seem friendly to each other and will chat in passing so if you want to get to know your neighbors then it’d be pretty easy to do here.
I’ve lived here at willow glen for about a year and a half. Overall, it’s a pretty good place to live! The front desk is always helpful when I call for a concern, question or to get a package and maintenance is on top of fixing things as they arise. Overall, I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!
Ive lived here 2years and its been great! Office staff is always super friendly and maintenance is quick to fix an issue when they arise. My unit isnt updated but it is still really nice and gets lots of natural light!
Never had an issue living here almost 3yrs. Entire staff is super friendly n cooperative. I get lots of packages & they are great in securely holding it for me till I get to the office. The apartments are cozy n clean. The area is nice to take a good walk. Enjoy all the neighbors. School, Grocery store, is 10mins walking distance or 5 mins car. Its a great community & location to live. Comfort & Peace here.
I have had to call them twice for maintenance issues and both times they took care of my problem right away. And the ladies at the office are always very friendly and helpful.
I would advise nobody to move into these apartments, they are old with no sounds proofing between the floor joist. You can hear your above neighbors all day even the dogs running throughout the night waking you up. Spend the extra money in a newer apartment that has acoustic sounds proofing. It sucks not being able to sleep where you pay to live sucks............
Ive had several issues with my AC unit as well as having a light go out in my kitchen. Maintenance has always responded quickly. They are friendly and work to fix the problem as quickly and diligently as they can.We also got a kitchen upgrade for our 1 year renewal. The new faucet and light fixture look great and make the apartment feel very homey.
Had my bath sinks both start leaking under the sink during the holiday weekend. I put in a work order and the next morning they fixed the faucets. The bonus, they now work significantly better than before!Hey, thanks Maintenance!
We moved into these apartments in 2018. We lived there 2 years and watched the complex go down. It used to be so nice. Dirty with trash and drug dealings. We lived there through hurricane florence. Water leaked in our front door and French door. The office was notified and it is noted in our file. When we moved we were first contacted for our new address to send our deposit back. Then we received an email stating that we owed over 300 for new carpet and a light bulb!! We contacted them and asked to see pictures of the carpet. We heard no more from, no letter, no emails. We contacted them and was told it had been turned over to a collection agency!! They said they send us a letter but we never received it nor do they have any proof it was sent. I have always got my deposit back and took excellent care of the apartment. Just a rip-off, a way for them to make extra money. The new tenant that moved into the apartment said the carpet was not replaced!! Please think twice before renting here. It may look nice but look closer. If you notice most of the reviews are by people who have just moved in
Just moved in 2 weeks ago. Office staff is always attentive, responsive and helpful. Maintenance crew try their best to find you a solution. They also have a positive attitude, respectful and are willing to help you. Thanks!
The office and maintenance staff are awesome ! Quick, courteous and knowledgeable .
These ladies here are awesome! They answered all my questions and really made me feel welcome.
Service was quick and friendly. Second visit to remove wasp nest was a relief and timely. Way to go maintenance!
I miss Elizabeth and Steven. Since the change of management/maintenance, has taken place, Willow Glen, does not seem as sunny, it seems more like a corporation. The rent is constantly being increased, with nothing to show for it. We need a second dumpster because the constant overflow of only one dumpster is extremely unsightly and very unsanitary. There should be a monthly reminder about apartment etiquette and respect. I have not been able to really enjoy my 1st floor patio the entire time Ive been here. The overhead stomping and noises are ridiculous at times. I love my apartment, but inconsiderate tenants make it almost unbearable sometimes.
The maintenance man was prompt and very efficient. He had the trouble resolved within an hour. Glad to have workers polite and at their work. Thanks.
They were very quick to respond to our request .Eric was polite and very neat .also very quick we are well pleased
In my lifetime when Ive needed an apartment, I have not encountered a office team better then at Willow Glen. In addition, the rates are great for the quality of the community that you will be a part of.This office team made me feel like they cared and not just looking for the rent check. If you want to find a apartment community that is updated, safe and a helpful office staff, you should check into Willow Glen.My stay at Willow Glen was easy and made finding a place while our home was being built as stress free as possible. I will never forget the staff at this apartment for their professionalism and care.
Great job by the office and maintenance staff, as usual!!Prompt and courteous service each and every time weve had an issue.
Great maintenance and office staff.
The maintenance guys were responsive and efficient.
I just signed my 6th lease, love my apartment. It is close to the beach, and not too far from downtown or shopping. The complex is safe and well kept. The staff and maintenence are knowledgeable, approachable, and go out of their way to be helpful, especially Elizabeth!. They plan many community events throughout the year, which helped me to meet many of my amazing neighbors. Love the pool, never used the gym or dog park, but I hear they are nice! I highly recommend Willow Glen Apartments.
Im going to give my yearly review on this place. Advise people on every place they rent every year after the year is up or your lease is up. Make sure you either want to stay or move out to where you feel better. Some places like this will raise rent just because you didnt give a notice. I dont believe you need to give a notice. Should stay at the rate you are at! Also be aware of every little small things.
Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not rent here. Absolute worst experience of my life living somewhere.
The entire staff are true professionals.Prompt service with quality work.
Maintenance department is great, prompt and courteous. Other than that, DONT DO IT!!!! This has, by far, been the worse rental experience I have ever had. Nothing but a bunch of power and money hungry snobs that, as soon as you sign the lease, show their true colors. Go somewhere, anywhere else! Youre welcome!
He arrived at the scheduled time. I needed a new fixture, which he said would be completed that afternoon and requested my permission to come in while I was at work. When I returned after work, my light was in and the light is now bright enough to warrant sunglasses. (Kidding)
Mostly young couples starting out or retired people in our building at least, which I love, because its pretty quiet. Our building looks out over the golf course and so we feel like were in the country most of the time. Its like 2 minutes from Harris Teeter and next door to an Elementary school. I generally feel safe, even when Im home by myself. Our neighbors are really friendly and even cat sat for us last month when my grandmother died. The maintenance guy is awesome!! He always does a good job and is really friendly, hes also quick to get your repairs done. Weve had to call him a few times and he generally gets there the same or the next day. Most of the people in the office are nice and remember your name when you come in and they do try to have fun socials so you can get to know people. Weve lived here almost a year and I love it!
Ive seen nicer complexes but this ones not bad. We wish the dog park had some sort of shade structure or some trees. The gym has very old equipment. The treadmill belt is shot and makes an awful sound when you run on it. The exercise balls are very deflated (not usable at all). But the people in the office are very friendly and helpful. There is always parking. The dog bags are almost always stocked. Lawn care maintenance suggestion: stop trying to plant grass in sand. It would be cool to see some new amenities.
The move in process was fairly easy. The staff is nice and helpful.
Nice people running the place but neighbors leave a lot to be desired. the Sheriffs have showed up 5 times since I moved in 8 months ago. Our Apartments a/c unit flooded and destroyed some of my valuables and furniture because a float switch was never installed. With all of these issues still one of the better complexes in Wilmington. Not as much of a college crowd thank goodness.Edit 6/27/16: Dropped it down to one star. The new staff does nothing to resolve issues. For example our entire buildings fire alarm started going off at 12:30 a.m. and after 6 visits from the fire department and it finally getting turned off at 7:00 a.m. we learned that someone was supposed to be making rounds every hour which was not happening. When we complained about this the person claimed that the fire department and we were lying. We saw the fire department, the first sign of point south staff was not spotted until 7:30 this morning. This is just one example of how bad this place is. Stay far away.
Great apartment complex. Spacious units, great property manager, office staff and first class maintenance team.
I cannot begin to describe the level of constant harassment we experienced while living in this complex. They office staff constantly sent out nasty grams and threats to residents about everything you could imagine and never did any homework to find out if tips were accurate. We were accused of not cleaning up dog poop even though we did not have a dog. We also were told we could keep our boat in the parking lot and during our first few months of living there we were told we couldnt have a boat that took up more than one parking spot. When we signed the lease we told the staff how big the boat was and they said, no problem, we have plenty of space. When we moved out our daughter put our kitchen pots and pans back in the cabinets and we forgot them. When the cleaning people found them, the office called and told us we left them and said they would put them aside for us to pick them up. When we went back the next day to get them they couldnt find them. We checked back two more times and were given the same run around. Today I called and got no returned call so I went to the office and confronted one of the staff and in a nutshell she told me they must have gotten tossed. She proceeded to tell me that anything that gets left becomes their property and they can do whatever they want with it. If I were in the rental market I would steer clear of this property or any other Tribute owned property. These are shady people and apparently have no regard for common decency. One more side note - there was a boat stolen, a utility trailer stolen, and the entire complex was hit by thieves that went through every unlocked car in the complex while we were there. Im sure other stuff happened that I dont know about. Security was horrible and to my knowledge no one was apprehended for these incidents.
Got the repair done quickly and was polite.
Fast response...
😡🤬. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, Willow Glen - Tribute Apartment Living!!!!!! The property is not kept up the way it should be, especially considering how much they charge in rent. Also, when the surrounding apartments, even one with shared walls, end up with BED BUGS they do not inform you. Worst experience ever with a rental!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE. I am at the point where I would rather sleep in my car than live in this place for one more day!!!!!! COME ON MAY 2020!!!! #willowglenapartments #tributeproperties
Office staff is horrible. Elizabeth, the manager is so rude. I’ve had multiple problems in my apartment and Elizabeth keeps ‘forgetting’ to tell maintainence. The office staff was great before they all quit. Now they have HORRIBLE office staff. Living on a golf course is great but not worth the money because of the hoops you have to go through to get something fixed. Multiple residents have had problems with Elizabeth. Advice: go elsewhere for an apartment.
The absolute worst apartment complex!!! We tried for 2 months to have someone sublease our apartment and the office people kept denying the potential renters due to credit. Mind you my boyfriend and I are 19 and 20 and had NO credit when we moved in but that was no problem to the office. Point South hates helping people out and only wants to charge you ridiculous fees.. they send out final notices for things you havent even been informed about. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS A JOKE!!!
Actually the name has changed. Its now called Willow Glenn. Not sure why. Nice apartments with clean grounds next to a golf course community.
My mom lives here, its nice with a lot of room in her apartment but they have too many residents to only have one small pool and small playground.
Point South Staff does a great job in helping to resolve any issues you have. This is a nice pleasant quit area to live, tucked back in of the road!
Great apartments, beautiful site and warm management, lived here for over a year now and loving it.
Such a nice staff...great place to live!
Visited as guests of family members who reside here. Good location, but management needs to update all apartments for the price.
Really great team that are willing to listen when you have a problem and very nice apartments!
Very efficient and nice
If I could change my review down to 0 stars I would. This place was great while living here, however as soon as you leave, they will attempt to charge you for something. Going into turning in my keys I knew wed be charged for blinds due to our cat. I made them aware of a crack in the tile due to a Pyrex dish falling out of the fridge (if that doesnt tell you the lack of quality you will be living in idk what will). They started they were going to send a maintence call out while we still had the keys. They then turned around and said they needed a vendor to come out. 2 days later, they wanted to replace the whole tile just due to one broken tile.. (sounds fishy? It gets better). After multiple calls to their corporate office (which is a joke you will make 50 calls and get maybe 1 returned). They ended up deeming it their negligence because the tile shouldnt have cracked During the phone call i of course was alighted because I was not replacing their cheap tile on my expense. In the same breath, SHE THEN TELLS ME that my carpet is severely damaged and has extreme pet odarNow this one sent me over the edge.1) she didnt do a walk through with us upon turning in the keys (they will tell you its policy so be aware its them finding a way to charge you for things)2) this was not mentioned until AFTER the tile was no longer our fault3) she still hasnt sent pictures of proof or when I asked to come back to see the odar they are talking about she declined4) THEY REFUSED TO ATTEMPT TO CLEAN THE CARPETS FIRST WHICH IS REQUIRED BY LAW.So please learn from my mistake, I am now sitting here with a bill for $320 and will be contacting my attorney, the BBB, and their corporate office tomorrow. Oh but dont worry they accept payment plans 🙄
This place is awesome and has great places/homes
Wonderful place!! Beautiful apartments and very well kept community!!
Nice units, I dont live there, but I was impressed visiting.
Brandon was great!
It seems like a nice little community
Ive lived here two years and will be renewing for my third.
Absolutely horrible. My stay and my attempt to get out of lease, were one and The same. The folks arent friendly and living in an apartment on the golf course doesnt make you fancy. Lets get serious and stop playing games.
Excellent and repairs are fixed quickly
Best place to rent.
Great Staff and everyone is friendly.
Excellent, quiet, gated community
Very nice and clean
Yuck
Your average apartments
Okay apartments
