Great rental experience, professional staff!

I have been a tenant with CCM Rentals and they have been very helpful and responsive when ever I need anything ! My experience here has been great!

Great rental experience wish I could rent with them again in the future!!

Me and my girlfriend have been a tenant at there fall river complex for about 4 years, very responsive office, the maintenance crew takes care of any of our requests, we love living here, close to work and everything we need!

They are slumlords, not landlords. We lived there for years and nothing was fixed. We had water damage showing through the walls for months and they never fixed it. The water damage caused electrical problems and they never had a certified electrician come, just someone they knew. The laundry room is a joke. The machines would take our money but they wouldnt reimburse us. I feel bad for the next residents. This rental company is terrible.

My Husband and I, Have Been Living At the Complex, for about in Total 12-13 years. In Our 2nd apt Now. Due to Remodeling. When we First Moved In. We came with our Belongings in. A Uhaul truck. Had No where to live, relocating from Providence RI... We Did the Application, with in 2 days we Had. A Place to call Home Again. And Since Then Have Been living here. Never Once Have Had a Problem. Minor issues, but one call and The Office Would Send Someone to take care of it. Teresa is The New Office Manager, and Has been Nothing but Nice to My Husband and My self. Also, The Gentlemen They Have As Property Maintenance guys. Are Awesome. All Respectful, and On Point with Any Issues. This is Our Experience. Happy Holidays to All From CCM rental . Thank you. Been a tenant at your Fall River complex love my apartment!

Prior to my latest review I recieved a phone call from the property manager Teresa. Minus the issues with the other people, she has done everything she can to help us. She moved us up to a better unit when we were having issues with sleeping etc. She’s very respectful and will do what’s in her power to make things satisfactory and reassure you that there’s options. Thank you.

Very professional staff, seamless process obtaining my rental property!

Absolutely unprofessional. We were working with this agency to relocate a tenant. The process they have you go through is a mess. Futhermore they tell me our $1,800 check has to be a money order last minute when my boss is in Florida. We had previously paid the deposit with the same kind of check and that was fine. We were notified the qualifications for the rent check would be different. Also if notified prior we could have waited the 10 days (supposedly) it took for the check to clear. The manager Teresas reasoning? They were in touch with the tenant. Would really make sense if you notified the company paying of what is expected when making payment. I would avoid this rental company at all costs.

Never had an issue, it seems like normal practices to obtain a rental property, tenants should feel secure that they have policies in place.

Where do I begin!? Anyone reading this honestly it’s a warning these people are the worst, they don’t care about none of their tenants. They charge you hidden fees for things they are responsible to take care of, they never make any actual attempts to fix anything, but they’re always available for receiving rent payments. They are very unprofessional. How are they still in business is beyond me. They are a very bad company to invest your money into, save all of your emails and any type of info you have when dealing with CCM rentals.They are scam artists. If you are considering moving with them then good luck honestly I wouldn’t suggest it.

Had no Issues, Helped me get all set up when i moved over a thousand miles. Always were prompt if I had any issues. A+

I had no problems with this company helped me to get a rental when I was moving from out of state always fast when maint needed and rent was fair
