Update*** 8 months into living here STILL LOVE IT!!! It’s probably my favorite place I’ve lived! Also the office peeps are the best!!! Love them! Tabitha always has the best attitude and is so welcoming. I’m always asking questions and shes got all the answers! She really seems to love her job and this little community!

Staff was attentive and incredibly helpful. Never had a more welcoming experience or a kind staff. Excited to be settling in to such a great place.

My service request with my dryer was taken care of quickly because he was well trained on the GE product.

Kayla was amazing! She helped me through every step of the process with finding the apartment that was a great fit for me. She and her coworkers were very accommodating to me and my dog! The welcome package was very thoughtful, and they were able to address a few tasks for me within 24 hours of move in! The property is beautiful and everyone I have met so far that lives there is pleasant as well. Very happy with my apartment choice and with property management!

Arboretum West maintenance always quick and knowledgeable. Theyre awesome!

We have not even moved in to Arboretum West and I do have to share the incredible experience we have had so far! Kayla, the Assistant Community Manager has been unbelievable to work with. We are planning a cross country move and she has been there with us every step of the way to make sure we have the best experience possible.We are truly counting down the days until our move because of her and the wonderful resource she has been to us through the entire process.Thank you, Kayla!

I am relocating to the area and have been on the search for an apartment. I have toured many apartment complexes. I stopped in to get a brochure and was met by Tabitha Ricci in the leasing office. Little did she know what she was getting into. Over the next few weeks, Tabitha and I chatted over the phone and she was more than helpful in finding me my perfect apartment. She went above and beyond! She took pictures of apartments for me and then we FaceTime so she could walk me through several apartments together. Her energetic personality and professionalism helped put me at ease with selecting my new home. In just a few short months, I will be heading south to start my new adventure. Best place to live in Wilmington! I have lived in Wilmington for 8 years and this is by far the best community by far. The apartments are very spacious and modern, very pet friendly with two dog parks (one is set up like a beach ) and the clubhouse has all the amenities one could ask for including a golf simulator. The staff in the office Kayla, Meg, and Daniel are amazing at their jobs and make everyone feel welcome, they are always looking for ways to improve the residents experiences and always there to answer any questions! Highly recommend you check this community out if your moving to the area or your lease is up!

Ive really enjoyed living at Arboretum West so far. The amenities and neighbors have all been great and the office staff is incredible. Daniel, Kayla and Meg couldnt be doing a better job!

The amenities and details in the apartments are top shelf. Better yet is the care the staff shows residents, especially Daniel, the assistant manager. I have lived in many places across the country. Arboretum West has done it right! I highly recommend this community. I am not one to post reviews. But this community and the staff deserve high praise.

Our experience has been amazing so far! The units are extremely clean and beautiful - all the appliances are brand new and finishes are super high quality. Ive also been very impressed with the construction at the complex. I work from home and was worried there would be a lot of noise with the construction going on, but its been very quiet and peaceful. Daniel and Meg have also been very friendly and helpful with our move, and have made us feel very welcome here! Couldnt be happier with our experience at Arboretum West!

Guys were curtious and friendly. Identified issues right away and fixed them quickly.

The whole staff at Arboretum West made the whole lease and move in process a breeze. Very helpful every step of the way and even after moving in they are very responsive answering any questions. The apartments and amenities are fantastic and I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better complex in Wilmington right now.

Had a great move in experience! Everything went smoothly. I had an issue with my refrigerator when I moved in and Daniel got it fixed immediately! Very happy and loving my new apartment!

Everyone has been so helpful! Kayla has been so responsive and answered all of my many questions. I agreed on a apartment and then changed my mind and she literally listed out other options and let me pick a whole new building. I couldnt say enough nice things about this place, and I havent even moved in yet! Looking forward to July 1st. :)

They were very prompt in fixing the issues. All extremely pleasantHowever Not having an on sight 24 hour Manager for maintenance To deal with emergencies is very short sided. Calling the main number to get routed to someone Not on sight and wait till they get here is not efficient .Using my teacher analogy. (Fight breaks out in my classroom, call principal who stays off campus)Really?
