Fully recommend the Residence at Justison Landing. The river view is breathtaking, access to Starbucks and five star restaurants in the Wilmington area. The apartment design is easy to arrange furniture to give you that glamorous feel. Very rich in culture. Pet friendly and the IMAX theater is around the corner. Kids touch museum and trampoline park in walking distance. Staff is professional and smiling everyday. Very conscious on each tenants needs.

The apartment community is nice and super convenient for those working nearby. Riverfront area is 50 steps from here and is one of the best places in Wilmington!The apartment is a bit pricey for the size but convenience and safety compensate for it. The apartment complex is well maintained and the any maintenance issues(rare) are addressed immediately. The sound proofing is also good, I never hear any footstep noises from above despite the fact that there are kids in the above apartment.

Not only is she professional, and caring…… she is also seasoned with expertise at her craft. She is knowledgeable, informative, and displays exceptional welcoming customer service that makes it delightful just to be in her presence. You do not find people like her every day. I absolutely love living at the Justison Landing building. The riverfront is a great place to live in Wilmington. Its close to many places to eat, drink, or see an IMAX movie. The new walk path for running, walking or riding is a nice scenic walk. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!

Three years ago, I was visiting the Riverfront in Delaware and fell in love with the lifestyle. I told myself that I was going to move to the top floor and call that my forever home. Beautiful views, great restaurants, the city life I love. The following year, I did just that.Tonight, I am packing up this beautiful apartment to move in with the absolute love of my life. River front is fantastic. Residents there have second investments. Trump must take out deduction can on property taxes. He should also tax when these investments make profits.

As a non-smoker, it has been an awful 5 months of having the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke pouring into my apartment through the ducts. Management and maintenance say there is nothing they can do about it. There is also no sound proofing. I hear every time the neighbors slam their toilet lids or practice guitar. Starting to look for a new apartment today. I will break my lease in an instant and never, ever look back.

Justison Landing is my home sweet home! I was new to Wilmington and nervous about finding the right place for me. The property manager was super helpful and worked with my budget and comfort zones. Not to mention- the entire staff knows everything about anything and will go the extra mile to help you with any issues. The customer service is really great here and I have been and continue to be very pleased with my decision to make this my home! And who doesn’t love a Starbucks in their lobby.. just sayin’ !!!!

What a cool place to live, clean, nice people and a beer garden that doubles as a ice rink in the winter! oh and the WhyFly internet is AWESOME

More than once the maintenance staff walked into our apartment without knocking. Once, into our bedroom while my husband was still sleeping! They didnt have a clue how to make the inefficient air conditioner function. We spent 5 months in room temps above 80 degrees.Handicap parking: they have the number of handicap spaces required by law, but they are all around the entrance near the concierge desk. If you live at the end of the hall on Madison st. you would have to walk one block to the elevator and another block to your apartment. If you have any assitive device you couldnt park on the second floor entrance to Madison st because of the stairs. They designated ONE space handicapped parking on the second floor then posted a sign it was for one resident only who had a form from a doctor. ALL handicapped parking cards are issued by the DMV only with verification from a physician. Im sure the ADA would not condone this.Finally, the rental ofc staff knew for months that we were moving as soon as a place became available that could accommodate my husbands failing health. We had a physician statement that the move was necessary. We werent refunded our security deposit because we failed to give 90 days notice in writing.So if youre retired or have mobility issues or simply want a comfortable place to live where ALL the appliances function properly.....look elswhere.
