The apartment had a closet for the washer and dryer. One of the doors was completely off the track and laid to the side. I go to shave and the only plug in the bathroom doesn’t work. I turned in my checklist to the front office and told the manager about the door and the plug. Well it’s been a week and nothing. I fixed the door myself and I guess I’m just out of luck to have a plug to shave and dry my hair with . Very inconvenient.

Excellent moving experience, very friendly staff; including maintenance. Very quiet here & have met a few neighbors who have lived here for multiple years. Small community with a homelike feel. Just beware🐊... I don’t want to see one of these guys.

He is a very good part of our Antiqua community. I will always recommend him to all my neighbors. Thanks again Mr. Donald, Wendy Willis

I understand accidents happen...but to have a small drip leak be fixed by a roofer, only to result in an accident done by one of the maintenance staff that resulted in an inch of water in my kitchen was awful. And to be told on day one that the roofer would be there the next day, and they didn’t show up...resulting in me losing 2 days of work...awful.I’m glad it was resolved, but it was not ideal. And then to be called by an office staff member the same day as the flood to let me know my payments were behind...WITHOUT A SINGLE MENTION OF THE ISSUE or AN APOLOGY was simply unprofessional and rude.

I’ve lived here for less than a year and already my dishwasher has broken twice and never really worked. The sink leaked and ruined an entire freshly bought bag of cat food they won’t reimburse me for, even though i gave a receipt showing it’s new and it’s soaked in dish washing liquid and water. the neighbors have yelled and attacked me for my disabled friend using the disabled parking spot with no repercussions. the office lady hit my neighbors motorcycle and then told her insurance company she didn’t when my dad got it on camera and she told the cops that yes it was her car that hit it etc. there’s a long list of why i’m going to try for tesla park next year instead. Tribute Properties are great. i love how pet friendly they are to my pit. But Antiqua is not the Tribute property for me. Tesla Park it is I can’t wait til May.

Wonderful! Cant say enough good things about living in Antiqua. Brian and Jess have tremendous patience fielding questions, and they go above and beyond to fulfill requests. Chris and Joel are exceptionally efficient and talented at maintaining the quality of the apartment complex. Work orders are handled immediately. My apartment is beautiful! It has new stainless appliances and laminate plank flooring. The dog park and grounds are well-maintained. Parking is easy. The community is safe and quiet. Come on over and take a tour.

I have lived at Antiqua for over a year. I feel like I have grown with the staff and am learning to trully be independent with the help of amazing employees such as Jesse, Chris, and Don. I will be honest I do miss our previous office manager Brian. Brian worked with the residents on financial plans for those of us struggling. On several occasions Brian and Jesse gave out Covid goodie bags with some essential items for when the pandemic first hit. The Covid crisis has put a lot of us residents behind on monthly payments and he would have helped us plan out a schedule. Since the new manager has been here I have recieved double late fees on accident which still havent been removed and two other late fees. Not to mention a eviction notice every month for the last three months. One of my near neighbors has lived at Antiqua since it opened and he was behind on rent once and he got an eviction notice. I understand that this is a buisness but there seems to be no compasion or care for the residents here. It is upsetting that the owners of this property are showing no compassion for those dedicated residents. I was told that the residents have less than a minute to talk to staff and then we are to be sent away. It is to keep us from socializing with the staff. That is one of the main reasons I have stayed at Antiqua is the great staff and that is all changing. I want to stay at Antiqua and it is a great location and property and for the cost of living it is very reasonable, but the changes that have happened since Brian leave me knowing that eventually the great staff members Jesse, Chris, and Don will eventually leave to go somewhere they are respected and appreciated for their hard work and I will be left here getting late fees and eviction notices. I am terrified that I will get kicked out and be left homeless even when I am working two jobs just to survive this pandemic.

This is a great place if you like living in a shoebox with mold/mildew, maintenance staff who will enter with no warning, and not leave any note stating that they were there. A fire starting in your A/C unit, a soaked floor from the dehumidifier that you had to repeatedly ask for. Brian is the current manager and he is not friendly, or sympathetic to hundreds of dollars of brand new furniture and household items that had to be thrown away due to being saturated by mold. I lived here for 2 years. The first year went by without a hitch before it was taken over by Tribute Properties. After that, it was a nightmare to live in. Its cheap for a reason. Dont move here, espcially to the studio apartment unless you like mold.

First Jennifer (Manager) and Mr. Paul (Maintenance) are great staff makes you feel great to live here and get to know personally just pop in the office to say hi have a cup of coffee. It is a wonderful hide-away place, stores and beaches not but a stones throw away. The pool is great for a quick dip or walk around the pond.Second if you have any problems Jennifer and Mr. Paul are quick to respond to the issue.

It is a slum. All of the apartments are infested with roaches, they never call pest control and are aware of the problem. There is mold in all of the walls. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The maintenance staff, is nice enough until you need something fixed. I lived there for over a year with a clogged shower and sink in one of the bathrooms. There are affordable places that are run by better property managers around town. Its not worth the degradation. My neighbors were amazing-it was the only reason that I stayed as long as I did. However, I have witnessed people selling drugs while I was waiting for my child to get off the school bus. If you do decide to take the risk, make sure that you document everything-in writing and with pictures. They will do everything they can to take advantage of you after you move. They will tell you that you dont need a move out inspection-do yourself a favor and demand one.

The office manger Jennifer and the head of maintenance Paul are the best! I used to live at Antiqua for a few years and while the apartments are clean and I had no complaints, they are on the small size, but if youre looking to save some money for a year or two or simply down size, then the people who work there will make up for the size difference. Whenever issues came up, be it maintenance or disturbance, they would always respond within 24hrs and then follow up. I had a very good experience living there.

I have lived here since September 2016 and it has been a very good experience. I always feel safe, even at night time walking to and from the on-site laundry mat. The ladies in the office are super nice and organized. The pool is nice, wish it was deeper though! The apartments are pretty nice too, very cosy and have a great amount of space for the price. The maintenance guy is also very nice, always asks How you doin!? There have been a few instances of bugs (like one roach and one waterbug), but what place have you never seen a bug? And the windows are a little dingy/cheap, but I dont really care about windows. Overall, I have enjoyed living here and definitely recommenced it!

These apartments are falling apart. Something is always broken and requiring repair. Every apartment that Ive been to in this community, including mine, is infested with roaches. Roaches and filth everywhere. The apartments are run down, yet they keep raising the rent. Neighbors arent as upstanding as they used to be when I first moved here. There are always some pretty shady people hanging out at night in the parking lots. We never feel safe and rarely stay out late because of this. This place is rarely quiet at night.Van loads of people come and use the pool, people that dont even live here. Ive lived here for almost 3 years and have only been to the pool once because of this.Jennifer, the office manager, is outstanding but that doesnt out way how run down this place is. The company itself needs to do something. They just built brand new apartments a block down the street so we are assuming that they have just given up on this place- even thought they obviously have the money to overhaul the whole complex.Im thinking about moving back to Crosswinds.
