I am a current resident and I wish I had an option to give zero stars. The maintenance service of late has been pathetic. They are understaffed and take 3 to 5 days to fix any service request. If management is reading this, the current level of support is really spoiling the experience of residing at your complex.
They are very unpolite and unprofessional. I just send them.application they didnt check properly and when I call them I saw they are very rude. If you like rude people you can choose there:(
Been staying in this apartment for a year now it was pretty good in first but now it’s worst. Maintenance requests takes forever to complete reason short of staff which has been the case for more than 6 months. Washer n dryer are broken and no one cares to repair. Stair cases stink and they need to be repaired well it takes forever. I wish management would take serious steps to resolve all the issues else will soon lose customers. I request management to give courtesy calls / acknowledge tenants if the maintenance have addressed the issue or not.
I have lived here for over a year now. The apartments are convenient, clean, quiet, and well maintained. I have been very happy with the management and especially Laura in the leasing office. I recently had an urgent maintenance issue and she expedited the maintenance staff seamlessly! Maintenance was prompt and took care of the matter very well. Laura has been kind, professional, and goes out of her way to accommodate tenants!
I lived there for 2 years. It was ok in the beginning, until things started breaking down, the place was getting dirty, AC leak, hose leaking, bad odors. They would randomly shut off the water, sometimes all day, to fix an “emergency“ problem without advanced notice. Elevators would always break down. Office staffs were extremely rude and act entitled. The only plus side, maintenance staff were wonderful and accommodating. Did not have pleasant exchange with Kelly. She was extremely rude. For the price, would not recommend.
Management is Great!Always responsive and gets things done.Office and Maintenance staff always very professional. Weve had a couple of minor issues here since we moved in about 1.5 years ago, and they were always very helpful and proactive.Keep up the great work guys!Definitely recommend renting here!!
Awesome place to live! From top to bottom it is Great. Any negative reviews on here make me laugh. Sheri Worthington was my agent and I cant say enough compliments about her. Thanks Sheri! As a Dog Owner this is the place. Other residents know your pets name first. Like a family. The Apts beyond quiet. Laundry is so clean and available.
Fantastic apartment building! Very safe, very quiet. Older, stable crowd. Some kids, but great mix. Pool is nice in the summer. Accessible to highway & downtown.
For those looking to move into an apartment, I highly recommend Brandywine Hundred! I had moved from a larger house and looked at several apartments in the area. I am so very glad I chose Brandywine Hundred. There is a true sense of community, wonderful, friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff and the building is kept in utmost cleanliness. The staff is like family and always responsive to whatever your need. I enjoyed my stay and really cannot give enough compliments to this community. Do consider.
The management, location, space, and facilities are all above and beyond. Stayed in a studio with a balcony - plenty of space yet cozy. The walls are also pretty sound absorpant so it’s nice and quiet all the time. Highly recommend!
Have lived here going on my 2nd year. Best apartment complex I have ever stayed at. Very pet friendly, quiet, staff is great. Any repair requests are handled in a timely fashion. And I like the grounds. Plenty of woods and a little creek.
I love this complex. Staff and maintenance are caring and effective. The apartments are beautiful and the pool is great. The residents are also a wonderful mix of interesting people.
I called to listed number the other day to gather some information and received a very nasty response from Laura. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I decided against moving forward with possibly living here.
New management is great. The grounds are always kept and problems are taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this complex.
Great place to live, annual pool party picnic, well-kept property, very friendly people. Ive lived here for 4 years and have a great commute to downtown Wilmington. Near Alapocas Park and Rt 202 corridor shopping. What more could you ask for?
Nice building and residents; safe location; responsive and kind staff on the property.
Stayed here last summer and moving back for the coming year. Everything’s upgraded since the Management changed to AJH Management. Kelly and the team have been helpful in making our move smooth and delightful.
I enjoy living at Brandywine Hundred. The staff is very capable kind and efficient. Everyone is on the same page to make this a pleasant living experience.
Recently moved in to Brandywine 100 Apts and the staff has been very helpful. Moving is a very stressful time but the team here really made it very easy.
Thanks to the maintenance staff for a job well done with the snow removal this season, roads were clear before leaving for work in the morning and follow up from melt off and icing was continually attended too...Great Job!
Theres nothing not to like...Maintenance,safety, great environment, gym, everything is well managed.
I love this shape of pool! Had a similar swim once at the Kenilworth in central Florida.
Nice place, great management and very supportive and efficient support staff.
I have lived in Brandywine Hundred for almost year, am very happy in my apartment, and will be extending my lease for an additional 8 months when it expires. You cannot beat the location if you need quick access to I95, 141, and/or 202. This is a great North Wilmington address, yet you can be downtown in the city within minutes. Its also walking distance to the Fairfax shopping Center if you cut through Deer Hurst, the Independence Mall, Wawa, the Brandywine Branch of the NCC Public Library, and Talley Day Park. Theres even a sidewalk almost the entire route. But aside from location, the apartments themselves are very spacious inside with super sleek modern kitchens (if you pay for the upgraded Modernista style) that have plenty of counter and storage space as well as stainless steel appliances. The balconies are big and most of the apartments have lovely views of the meticulously maintained grounds. There are lots of trees, a running brook, and the symphony of cicadas for those who love nature. The pool and pool furniture is always clean and well maintained, as is the gleaming, upscale lobby/reception area. Even though the apartments are older, once you get your furnishings and decorations situated, you barely notice it. One drawback is not having a washer and dryer in the units, but with communal laundry on every floor, it is rare to have to wait for a machine. Just save your quarters whenever you get change and youll have enough to do the wash on a regular basis. The on-site fitness center is super convenient and well-equipped.If I had to nit-pick Id say they need to put new computers in the business center and makes sure they update them because they run super slow and use really old versions of various software because no one ever seems to update them and residents arent allowed to. Forget about using FB or any other graphics intensive social media. They barely run well enough to send an email. I wish theyd just stop using the fact they have a business center as a selling point if they arent going to actually make it a useable feature of resident life. I also wish they would fix some of the crumbling concrete infrastructure like the steps on the sides of the buildings. Im embarrassed to let visitors come in that way because of how shoddy it looks. Honestly, the side entrances look like theyve survived a war and are still standing but badly in need of maintenance. The concrete is deteriorating badly. But I digress. But back to the good: The staff is very prompt about responding to service requests (especially if you call them or go the office in person--emailing and using the online service request form doesnt seem to work as well), they treat everyone like family, and are always courteous and eager to resolve any problem that is brought to their attention. They and the long-time residents give Brandywine Hundred a homey rather than a corporate feeling. I have compared notes with friends who rent or rented in other complexes in the area and all wish they had rented here. Its not the same as owing your own house with a private yard and a personal garage, but it sure comes close, and you dont have the hassles or extra costs that go with home ownership.
Comfortable facilities and very helpful staff!
Quiet place. Purely. Decent people.
