Our air conditioning went out on 08/30 and the company was able to have techs out by 8/31 at 12pm. Robert and Ty quickly diagnosed the issue and now our A/C is back to fully functioning. Thank you for your quick and effective work.

I called All Comfort Heating & cooling company very upset that my A/C shut down days before and needed some service ASAP to have it repaired ( at 830 am.) They said they would have someone out to the house after 3 pm. I was so grateful for their quick response. Robert called early and asked if he could come sooner. Once again, I was grateful for my NEW Heating and A/C company ! Robert came and changed a bad part out and fixed the problem within 1 hour! Robert explained the problem and left me with the old part. I liked that. Honesty.... Robert also talked to me about a great program they have, to have the system checked 2 times a year with many discounts and perks. Our old company does not offer this type of program. I called my old company in town that we have used since we moved here and after spending thousands of dallors with them. They could not help us out for days. ( temp. Outside 90). So Again Thank you, Great Team !!

Our AC stopped working last night so I called All Comfort Heating & Cooling this morning at 7:30 AM. They had their technician Robert come just over an hour later at around 8:30 AM. He was professional, quick, and he did an outstanding job at targeting the problem and replacing the part for a very reasonable price. He checked all items relating to my temperature complaint and found other deficiencies that needed to be repaired to maximize the heat pump performance including cleaning out condensate drains. I purchased an A/C- Heating unit from All Comfort last year. The techs displayed impeccable customer service. Earlier this month I noticed that my unit was not cooling off my home properly. Since I called after hours, a tech was not able to come until the following day. Unfortunately, the pressure switch needed to be replaced. Aaron, tech explained that the part needed to be ordered but he was able to keep the satisfactorily unit the new part came in. Even though the temp outside was 90 degrees, I was comfortable inside. Amanda called me on 9/16 to setup the appointment for servicing around my schedule. Aaron came on time and completed the service to my satisfaction. He showed me the parts that had burned out. I know Amanda and Aaron by name because they are both professionals and always helpful. Once again All Comfort has come to my rescue. I have used the All Comfort team for many years on my properties. They have done everything from annual service to installing entire systems. Recently, a home inspection on a home I am selling described a piece of duct work as being “disconnected” from the vent. I called all comfort to come out and service my unit and reattach said duct. Stanton verified that the duct in question was not disconnected, but it did drop from its hanger. The reason why it dropped was from the recent hurricane wind blown rain into the ductwork from the foundation vents (who knew that could even happen!?). Needless to say, that was not the only troubled duct. Stanton identified 3 other ducts with similar issues that the home inspector failed too. Bottom line, trust that All Comfort Heating and Cooling will keep you system operational through all kinds of issues. Fast and friendly, HONEST service is what this team has always provided me. American Standard is junk - mine did not last 3 years - maybe because I found out by hiring another company to fix my compressor for the third time in 3 years that my unit had not been installed correctly. Once the new company fixed it I finally had the reduction in heating and air costs I had expected. The All Comfort technician that was sent the last time used my neighbors hose without asking to pour water on my unit. ????? When I complained Amanda was rude. AVOID this company at ALL costs! The reviews that are favorable on here are mostly written by friends. All Comfort is ALL TERRIBLE!

GREAT service and FAST. I called after-hours 6/12/17 after arriving home and finding the AC unit not working. When I called, I got a live person instead of a recording. She quickly set me up for a service call the next morning. Allen called ahead of arrival and was in & out quickly, fixing our issue. He was very kind & professional. He even fixed my water spigot next to the A/C unit that was leaking! This is great service all around....from the rep who took my call to Allen who came out to our house. This is an amazingly awful company. They installed a new HVAC unit with a 10 year warranty at my home and I never thought it worked quite right although with every annual service they claimed it was fine. Three years later they put a new compressor in it which cost another thousand dollars. Three months later the compressor went out again. They supposedly sent a tech but he was shady (maybe an unemployed relative?). He walked through my entire house uninvited and disappeared for 45 minutes of the 2 hours he was there. The remainder of the 2 hours all he did was take a hose and pour water on the unit. He had no tools and said he couldnt fix it. I was furious and called the company. They refused to send another tech on one of the hottest days in May. I called another company. They installed a new compressor and no surprise the unit now works great, better than it ever had. It continues to work well and my electric bill is lower than ever! They suggested that the unit had never been installed properly. AVOID All Comfort! The other recommendations were written be friends. Do NOT be fooled - choose any heating/cooling company but this one!!!! Short and long term this company is a LOSER and you will lose as well!PS I wrote a negative review earlier and I see they deleted it.

Very pleased with the service from All Comfort. Our AC broke in 100 degree weather. I called at 7:00 pm and someone was out by 4:00 pm the next day and had fixed the problem. All Comfort replaced my downstairs unit two years ago and just recently replaced my upstairs unit. They quote a very reasonable price and made sure I knew the benefits and drawbacks of my various options. Installation was done quickly and with quality. In fact, during the most recent installation, I had just worked a night shift and they were able to complete the entire installation while I was asleep.Throughout the years, All Comfort has always been great about getting quotes in a prompt manner, scheduling appointments, and providing honest service. Ive never once doubted their technical abilities and am glad they take the time to explain more in-depth questions that Ive had over the years (Im an engineer, go figure). Ill stick with these folks as long as theyre around, which I hope will be a long time.

The sixth company that has analyzed my replacement situation. By far the most knowledgeable and one of the few that did not try to sell me something. Most service companies now are more interested in selling you a yearly service as opposed to diagnosing a problem. They showed up within 5 minutes of the promised time, unheard nowdays, and were relentless in their pursuit of a timely execution. The only problem I had (have) is one of their installers left his sweatshirt behind and I dont know if he is ever coming by to get it so I continue to save it in lieu of tossing.

The Technician Aaron was amazing, he came out the same day we had problems...he was prompt (15 mins early) he was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. After spending 2 years with another company who installed our unit, the other company always told us there was no way to fix the 10 degree temperature from room to room. So I called All Comfort and spoke with Amanda who was so knowledgeable and got the team out to me the next day. They acknowledged the problem, came back out with their duct specialists and it was determined the existing duct work was too big for our needs. We went over the options and they offered their honest opinions including not re-ducting the whole house. Instead they came up with a solution that was pocket friendly, and effective. Brandon and Sequoia were here to do the install. Promptly called before they arrived, wore shoe covers throughout the house and were ever so polite. Technician was very professional. Explained what was being performed during the service. Recommended adding a primary pan level switch on the air handler. I chose to have this switch installed ( I have had a clogged drain line and resultant overflow in a previous home). Cost of the service including the level switch was reasonable.I would recommend All Comfort.

I needed my heat pumps replaced so I proceeded to get three estimates. I chose All Comfort Heating and Air because Allen listened to my request and answered my questions in a very detailed and complete manner. He did not act like a salesman at any time. He instead was very professional and displayed tremendous knowledge about all things HVAC. He quickly gained my trust and business. The crew showed up when they said they would and got right down to business. It was a rainy day and I thought for sure my house would look like a mud hole at the end of the day. But that was not the case because the entire crew was very considerate of my home and they were very careful not to make a big mess. I was also very impressed with the attention to detail that the crew showed. I also really liked how they checked each other’s work making sure there wasn’t going to be anything that needed to be re-done. So on day one they removed the old units and on day two they installed the two new units. I didn’t think they would be done in just two days but when they brought in so many guys for the install it’s no wonder they were able to finish on the second day. They also left the work area clean and tidy. It’s one thing to get the right equipment but it’s another to get it installed correctly. These guys were very impressive and very professional. Kind, honest, professional. I called, she asked me questions and told me how to troubleshoot it ourselves first before coming out and charging us unnecessary money. Another time they came out checked both systems, 1 stopped working, they told me the other was not working properly. They fixed both but charged me for only 1!

Just had Allen come to the house to fix my air conditioner and he was as nice and polite young man with a great smile and attitude. He knew within minutes what my problem was and fixed it describing everything as he worked. Great service demands a return call for service anytime I have another problem.

Horrible experience! The woman on the phone was the “office manager” was rude and unprofessional. Kept calling my husband a liar and blaming us for why they wouldn’t fix our AC. Our system went out in February and hasn’t been on since. Their technician turned it off and left a valve open. She repeatedly told my husband he was a liar and recorded all calls. Then hung up on him twice. When he asked to speak to the owner she became the owner! She has no right owning a business. I have always used them but never again. Money wasted and a job never finished. We have been given the run around. Horrible people and company. Wouldn’t recommend them!

I do not know where to begin as the story is too long for a review. So here is the short version... All Comfort Heating and Cooling has surpassed our expectations on multiple levels. The quality of work, attention to detail, response time, fair and honest pricing and communication, is second to none. Wilmington is our second home so when our old HVAC system failed we contracted with ACHC to install a new system. Coming from a background of multiple residence, building our own home and business, and remodeling several homes over the past 30 years we know the ins and outs of these trades. We were experiencing high humidity issues that ACHC responded to promptly and respectfully. They even went so far as to purchase a residential dehumidifier to put in our unit until they could resolve the problem. Then they fast tracked a resolution and left us extremely satisfied customers. I would not use any other company for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend All Comfort Heating and Cooling and would give them more stars if I could!

One morning last summer, we unfortunately found ourselves with a 100 degree day and no AC. All it took was one call to All Comfort Heating and Cooling, to get us back up and running again. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous, professional, and compassionate. Within a few minutes, we received another call back that a technician was on the way to save the day. The technician arrived promptly in a professionally marked vehicle, was neatly dressed, and displayed a customer service focus throughout.This is the only service technician that have ever worn shoe covers while working in my home. We could tell the technician was knowledgeable in HVAC, as our unit was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Another unexpected business practice is that all repair costs were presented prior to moving forward. The complete experience from start to finish was exceptional. We have used other companies in Wilmington before and were not at all happy with their response time, business practices, and their pricing in some cases was outrageous. We are not full time residents in NC so when I received a phone call that the HVAC unit was leaking I needed an immediate response and an immediate response is what I got. This is the second time we called All Comfort Heating and Cooling and have had an HVAC issue that needed immediate attention. Allen, the owner, came to our unit and quickly assessed the problem. He found that this time the unit needed to be replaced. He gave us a good price, professional installation, and provided us with the most important thing, peace of mind! Everyone at All Comfort Heating and Cooling from the owner, the office assistants, and installers are honest, professional, kind, efficient, and prompt. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them!

It was a hot and humid August Friday and our AC unit decided to go on the Fritz. Got home from work at 6:15PM and immediately noticed how hot the house was. Flipped the breakers off and went out to dinner. Came back at 8:30PM, flipped the power back on and nothing. All Comfort inspected our house when we purchased and I thought they were very professional and savvy. I called Allen at All Comfort and he answered on the second ring. I was expecting weekend emergency rates, but he began to troubleshoot over the phone and gave me detailed instructions on what to do. I vacuumed the drainage hose outside for 10-15 minutes. It took awhile for the unit to respond, but it finally came on at 10PM. At 10:25PM, Allen texted me to see how we were. I was blown away. It is 10:30PM on a Friday nite, and this gentleman is genuinely concerned for my family and making arrangements to service tomorrow (he was guaranteeing Sat by noon). I was pleased to tell him we were good thanks to his advice. If you are looking for an honest and capable HVAC company, I would highly recommend ALL COMFORT 28405, specifically ALLEN. I had spring maintenance performed. The gentleman was on time and completed the service check throughly and efficiently. He made a couple of recommendations for me to condsider which I appreciated.

Absolutely horrible customer service and follow through. Installed a brand new system and even the owner didnt seem to care about the work that was done. I would never use this company again. Ever.
