Took my call promptly. I was told they would visit the same or next day. They did so. The tech was superior in every way....communication, experience, right equipment, explaining their protocol and process every step of the way. I knew what the system required. He concurred after his system inspection. Pricing was fair and transparent. I am in the trades so I understand how things can/should go. This company and this tech were an A+ all the way. I would definitely recommend and definitely would call them again.

Kenny Fowler Heating and Air replaced our HVAC in the midst of a huge heat wave and attendant humidity in eastern North Carolina. Both the salesman and installation techs (Phillip and Jay) made our air conditioning install a huge priority. Im so appreciative as Im sitting in a cool home that isnt a jungle of humidity. The techs were polite and helpful and made sure that our 2 skittish cats were safe with them working here. The price didnt break the bank while the service was absolutely excellent. I highly recommend and we will definitely having them back for service and regular maintenance.

I am so happy with the results of my recent interaction with Kenny Fowler Services. My system failed due to it being a filthy mess. I have breathing problems and relayed this too them. They were here within the hour. Technician Frank showed up and he was polite and professional. It took him several hours to clean all of the vents, coils and outside unit fins. All of it was obviousley necessary.The third day Technician Dale came out.. He diagnosed the problem and actually showed me the holes in the capacitor and relay as a result of overheating...He did not charge me a service call, repair charge or charge me for the replacement parts. I was blown away. Being a retired M. Engineer. I recognize the top echelon of technicians and craftsman. Dale is at the top of this list. I would highly recommend anyone to them that needs service. My system is running better than then it ever has. This is the third time I have used them over the years. Would think of using no one else.Thanks Guys!that to them and they were here within an hour. Technician Frank spent two partial afternoons cleaning all the ducts, internal coils and all fins on the outside unit. It was a big job that obviously needed done.

My home ac unit stopped working. I spent all day trying to find someone to come out to the house. John G. was able to get to my house the next morning and figure out/fix my unit in a timely & professional manner. He was very patient and explained everything I needed to know in a way I could truly understand it. I wont be using any other company in town. They are the BEST!

Our second time using Kenny Fowler and both experiences have been fantastic. They serviced our old HVAC before the summer and warned us that it was on its last legs and could go out any day or possibly last a few more years. We decided to pay a small amount to service it and hope for the best, but fast forward a few months and it died. We called 5 companies to get estimates on a new system and scheduled appointments for salesman. When Chris from Kenny Fowler heard that we had no AC, he prioritized us and reworked his schedule to come see us ASAP. We received one other estimate and it was $1000-1500 higher than what Chris gave us. We agreed on a price and cancelled all other sales calls. Within a few hours Chris called back and scheduled our installation for first thing in the morning and offered to bring us a portable AC tonight to keep us more comfortable. Amazing service from start to finish and I strong suggest using them for any HVAC needs you may have

I called because of good reviews here. They said they would try get someone out that day, and they did. He was here within a few hours. The problem was diagnosed, and it was a bad Hard Start Capacitor. He replace it and the system was fine. The price for the capacitor was $180. I paid the bill and was supposed to get an invoice by E-Mail, but it didnt show up. I was surprised at the price of the capacitor, and searches showed that the Trane capacitor listed for $41, and many generics were in the $10-20 range. The capacitor that was installed looked like a generic, and in fact was a little smaller in diameter, and didnt fit tightly when mounted. I have no issue with installing a generic and am not concerned about the fit. The capacitor tested to specs and resolved the problem. My issue is being gouged for $180 for a $40 part. I called to request the invoice that I had not received, and to express my concern over the price of the part. I was told that she would have the lead technician call me to discuss. After several days and not getting a call or invoice, I called back. She was nice and said that she would remind the technician to call me. A month went by with no response, so I called back again, and got the same result. It has been 2 months now, and I guess they arent going to respond. I didn t want to post a negative review, and gave them several chances to address this issue, but they dont seem to care.

All was well until our unit stopped working, it is less than a year old. Its labor day weekend and tried the secondary number for service after hours. After one ring the line goes dead. So that how it goes. After owners response, a service man came out and repaired our system. I was also contacted by salesman/mgr Chris to rectify the situation. All is well now

John did an outstanding repair of a leak in my system. He generously talked by phone to my daughter because I needed her help to know to go forward. That meant almost as much as having air back on I thank him for such good work ethics You are fortunate to have a five star employee

Service technician John Garris was outstanding. He took time to explain in detail what had caused our unit to fail. He is professional, very knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciated his care and time to take photos with his cell phone to show us the problems inside our unit. The photos enabled us to understand how our unit works and where the problem was.Dispatch was very responsive in getting service to our home the same day I called. I received calls/voice mail and text to keep me informed of the schedule and when our service tech would arrive. I am impressed and will recommend Kenny Fowler Heating & Air to friends!

We needed to replace our heating/cooling system so after a lot of research and getting multiple estimates, we decided to go with Kenny Fowler Heating & Air. I am so glad we did! They were competitive, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick! The sales manager Chris never made us feel pressured and answered all of our questions. The service techs that were sent to us for our install and service were great, respectful and knowledgeable. They were clean, didnt leave any trash or parts behind and made sure to lay down covers over our floors before starting. Every interaction we have had with this company has been excellent. My a/c wasn’t working. I contacted my landlord and he called this company to come. From the time the guy got out of his van until he left he was rude and huffed the entire time he was here. He even left my gate propped open so when my dog went out back he ran down the street. That was an awesome experience considering I’m 5 months pregnant trying to chase my dog down the road. I’m not even sure if it’s fixed considering it won’t cool below 75 degrees. I’m very unsatisfied with my experience I had with the service technician.

John came in and was great! I knew there was something wrong with it (the heating unit) but I didn’t know what. He came in and diagnosed the issue. In addition he found that I had a mold problem (in addition to other things). He checked the entire system. In short he fixed everything. Working with Kenny and his team was seriously nothing but a fantastic experience, so thankful I got a second opinion from them. Im in the Hampstead area and the first AC company I called told me within 20 minutes both my units needed to be replaced which to me was tough to believe. Kenny and Chris personally came to look at my units to give me accurate replacement estimates but Kenny still sent his diagnostic team that day to give me a second opinion on potential repairs.They were actually able to repair one of my units which was huge and sent me a replacement estimate for the other the same day. Within three days the new unit arrived and was replaced. Kenny runs an honest business, has excellent communication and above all has exceptional employees working for him. When it comes time to replace the other unit I know who I am calling.

I called today at 4pm. My A/C was not blowing cool air. Justin and Dale were at my house by 4:30. I have a 17-year-old system and was afraid it was history, but those guys fixed the leak, refilled the refrigerant, and were done by 5:30. These guys have worked hard in this 100 degree heat to get my air fixed as quickly as possible. Everyone, including the lady that coordinated the visits, to the techs that worked on the unit, were very pleasant and great mannered. Everyone was very knowledgeable in their job and attentive to any discussions we had, which was also appreciated. What an awesome installation operation. Kenny Fowler Heating & Air installed a new Amana heat pump system to convert our home from a single zone to a two zone heating and air conditioning system. This project involved moving the air handler into the attic, reconfiguring all of the air ducts, moving intake vents, moving condensation drain lines and more.Casey did a great job outlining the proposed job, then he kept in good communication with us throughout the project. He was awesome!But this was an install job and that is where Fowler’s operation really shines. Dale and Mikey were outstanding! From designing the final system to every small detail of the installation, Dale and Mikey were thoughtful, creative, thorough and precise. Even the small things were great. I have never seen a cleaner work site after they finishing cutting, sawing and installing. I can’t say enough good things about them, except THANK YOU - our system works great and you guys are the best! This job was not inexpensive, but it was well worth it.

Thanks to Kenny Fowler H&A!! Our initial experience with these folks was excellent with the purchase and install of our gas pak (Goodman) which led to another purchase from them later. A recent issue with the gas furnace was met with sincere concern for getting it fixed. Our repair guy came out in the dark, cold and rain and stuck with it until diagnosed. His followup with an interim fix and subsequent part replacement kept us confident that we a glad we chose Kenny Fowler and his group for our H&A needs!!! Ill be back!

If you need reliable, trustworthy service pros...call Kenny Fowler. We had another company come in and tell us we needed to replace our coil. Not wanting to spend the $1k without verifying we called Kenny Fowler. The first service guy came out and found nothing wrong with the coil...he called the lead tech who came out the same day!! He also verified nothing was wrong with the coil and saved us all that money. Topped off the refrigerant, swapped a sensor and all was good.These guys will troubleshoot it all the way out, no guess work and no assumptions when they show up to your house.

Kenny worked with us to install an HVAC system in our house that was built in 1931. The house had never had HVAC. He had to deal with plaster walls and tiny crawlspaces to install ductwork and vents, and single-pane windows and little to no insulation. He told us what he thought we needed, and his team installed the entire system in three days. They did not leave a speck of dust behind, it was as if they had not even been there. They came back several times to just make sure everything was running the way it should and make any tweaks that might be necessary. They installed the system in the fall, so this summer is the first true test of the system. I truly cannot believe how controlled the climate is in our old drafty house, and it is always cool. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend to any and everyone needing HVAC services.
