This company promotes full service HVAC, 24/7 capabilities, along with electrical contracting services. I met with their supposed lead on electrical services, Erik. He surveyed the jobs, pledged a fast proposal, and I anticipated such. I never heard from him again, even after calling the company to inquire. Wasteful time spent on both our parts. As to the 24/7 part, I had a heating emergency and called the office. The call went to Eriks cell as I can only supposed he was the on-call person. I never received a call back and have yet to hear from them. Disappointing professionalism by any company, and especially by one of its supposed managers. There are so many choices in this service area. Choose someone who will deliver, NOT Moser.
They have bailed me out of a very hot house twice now in very short order and also replaced an older unit and new ducting to code. Also painstakingly troubleshooted another unit, finding the issue and saving me from an expensive purchase. I would highly recommend.

This company charged me $98.35 for an estimate for a new unit. Said mine was beyond repair. With these types of charges, this is not how you retain customers. As a result this charge I did not go with them for a replacement. I emailed, no response. I would recommend you guys go with Wilmington Air, quicker response, competitive pricing, and much better customer service.

Wanted to give Moser Mechanical 5 stars. After being evacuated from Wilmington NC during the hurricane upon returning home late Tuesday 9/25/18 we found our home very hot and muggy . Power to our home was on but the AC unit was not running. Moser was able to come out they found our system was fried due to electrical failure/ surge from storm. Justin the service tech. called office to see if they had a system in stock. They did the following day Service person Marcus arrived bright and early as promised to start the process of replacing. Felt very sorry for Marcus as I know the temperature in our attic had to be over 120. He worked very hard as he wanted to get the new system up and running the same day. That afternoon he called his office and had Service person Robbie come out to help speed the process. By dinner time both Marcus and Robbie had finished their mission and we had wonderful cool air. My husband and I cannot THANK Marcus and Robbie enough. Both men were very friendly, polite and professional. Thanks to all three men and Moser for doing a great job. The Vogt family

We recently had an issue with our heat pump. Outstanding response time, service and professionalism. Everyone from field service technicians to office managers went over and above to get our problem fixed. I would recommend Moser to everyone. They are a class act.

Great Company! I called them Monday Morning and they came out that afternoon. This co. was actually co. #3 that had been out here to fix my heat pump! I should have called them first. One co. never came back after causing the problem. The other co. said it could not be fixed and that I need a new heat pump. Moser fixed it within just a few minutes. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and just so respectful and nice. He took the time to listen and go over my paperwork and notes that I had made related to the previous parts replacements and current issues with the unit. If you want the job done right, these are the people to call!
Nick came to my house for a electrical inspection . He was very professional, well spoken and took his time to explain to me a few issues in my home and a few projects I wanted to talk to him about . He was on time he also called when he was 30 minutes away to remind me he was on his way when he got to my home he even put a door mat down and put shoe covers on to respect my home and my belongings . I would strongly recommend moser mechanical and electrical and look toward to doing work with them !

Had Brad and Jamie provide a estimate to enclose a Lanai. Told us they would match other bids and even add a minisplit unit for no extra charge. Kept asking for a written est and it took over a week. Had to call Jamie directly and he tells me we will get you the estimate and confident they would match other bid. Later that evening Jamie tells us that he can match and they cannot honor other promises. I would not recommend doing business with these guys very unprofessional.

The company I was working for was bought out by Moser Mechanical. I had a paycheck bounce two weeks before I was laid off. Jamie Moser ensured all employees whose checks bounced would be paid back. After showing up at the office to get my last check and the bounced check, I was told the bounced check would not be paid back. The lady at the front desk was very rude when I asked how to recover my lost wages and Bank fees from the resulting overdraft fees and bounced check fee. She replied, I dont know, get a LAWYER. Consumer beware.

We moved into our new townhouse 2 weeks ago and decided to evacuate due to Hurricane Florence. While away we received a call from Moser Mechanical stating that our air compressor had been picked up by the wind, twisted around and was not longer working as they were in our neighborhood repairing other units that had similar problems. They were at our home when we arrived home to help us access the damage and give us a quote. The next day they arrived in the morning with a new compressor. They were prompt and efficient. They needed to cut the sheetrock to make the repair and recommended someone that was able to repair the sheetrock and paint it that same day. Great service!
I dont want to give any star, but it wont let me leave it blank. This company is not worth working for. They messed over my brother. My brother lost his life and when his paycheck was given for the work he done it was for $800 out of a job he was supposed to get paid over $13,000 for. He lost his life on the way home from working out of town for a week and only had a little mudding to do for the job to be completed and all they say he was owed was $800. He would have never stayed out of town for a week and working hard for $800. He worked hard and everyone that knew him knew that. I pray that God changes their hearts because this world can be cold enough without people treating each other wrong. God is the avenger of all. God Bless You All
After evacuating to Raleigh for hurricane Florence, I learned from my neighbor about the demise of my HVAC due to another neighbors large tree. I contacted Jamie via phone and text messaging and within two days he had secured a person with a chain saw, removed the tree from my house, replaced my HVAC, had a worker put patches on my roof, and...wait for it...cleaned all the debris from my front AND back yard! With all the other damage I had to deal with upon my return, I cant tell you what a gift that was, to finally return home and see a cleaned up yard!Ive been using Mosier Mechanical for about 3 years now and they are very responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

If you want used equipment and an underpaid employee (if paid at all) avoid moser mechanical. I was recruited by the president (Jamie Moser) and the companys electrical manager to come to work as their only electrician. I was made many promises, to which none were kept.It was a regular event for me to be sent to a job with used material, being sold as new.They were all about speed and rushing, regardless of if quality of work was sacrificed in the process. They would always oversell and under deliver.Around the time of my 90 day review, a department wide meeting took place where the owner demoted the manager in front of the department, which at the time consisted of 4 men. He also informed us that they would be changing the way the department was paid, instead of hourly employees we would be paid by the piece, on a percentage basis.With much hesitation I completed the first project. I was only paid 90% of what I was owed, and was told I am in the computer as a bill under accounts payable, and would be paid the difference once the company was paid from the builder. That came from the vice president Eric McFetters. The second and final project I did on this new performance based pay they hid the project total from me and paid me less then I should have been paid. I confirmed with the builder the project total, so I know this to be accurate.Since leaving the company I had several customers of Moser reach out to me expressing that the company refused to come finish the work they started, saying they just did not have time. Every customer I worked with would speak for the quality of work I provided, but it appears once I left they could not fill my position.So if you are looking for a company that may or may not come back and finish what they started, moser is the company to get.

I lost my heat early today and Moser sent a technician out to diagnose the problem. They quickly found the problem and took care of it the same day. This is brutal cold weather outside and I appreciate them staying with the problem. They are also pricing me out a new Bryant unit to replace a Trane that has eat me out of my house with repairs. The Trane is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. Guess I just got a lemon, but no consolation. I was two weeks out of warranty when I first started having problems and Trane would not help. I can stop a Trane.

I would not refer this company to anyone because I done some work for them as an employee and the price that we agreed on before I done the job was way less when it came time for them to pay me so if they treat their customers like they treat the people that work for them they are not any good at all
