We purchased our heat & air system from Reeves about 5 years ago, and had it under a service contract with them the entire time. We needed one repair made, and they came out right away and took care of it, including replacing the part at no charge to us (we did pay for labor under the terms of the contract). We have since sold the house and recommended to the new owners that they continue working with Reeves. Top notch company.

If you need work done on your AC this is the company to call. They are by far and away the most professional company in Wilmington. Demarcus the tech who serviced our business location was simply the best. We had other AC companies looking at the system who were flat out deceitful and attempting to rip us off. If you call another company it will be at your own peril.
