We have needed Aire Serve of Coastal Carolinas services on more than one occasion. When we call, both Kym and Marsha are very understanding of our needs, quick to answer any questions we may have and work with us to get a technician out as quickly as possible. James is one of the technicians that has come out to check our AC. He is very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He will take the time to correctly diagnose the problem and will explain in detail what is wrong and what it will take to repair the unit. In the middle of the summer when it is so hot, it is nice to know we can rely on this company to come out and get the AC repaired in a timely manner.

Provided very good, conscientious service and kept my 22 year old AC going and delivering nice cool air during this hot, humid summer. Even when AC parts were ordered, the company called me twice to make sure if everything was OK with their temporary fix. It was fine but I appreciated the company calling to check on their elderly customer. Their permanent repair is working nicely for me.

Absolutely awesome! Each time we have our unit serviced the technicians are friendly, polite and know what they are doing. When we did have an issue, it did take twice for them to correct it, but they stuck with us until they fixed the problem. Great customer service and several of their technicians are prior military so they definitely give our disabled Veteran respect!!

I had the pleasure of having Alan Cobb come to our home to do the routine tune-up on our AC unit. He was very professional and courteous. Alan took the time to explain to me how I should gradually modify the temperature on our thermostat to a comfortable level to help decrease energy cost. He also explained to me that it would be a good idea to keep an eye on the condensation that flows to the outside. This would help identify if theres a blockage. I can honestly say I learned something new about how the AC unit works after speaking with Alan. Thanks Alan! He is truly an asset to the Air SERV team. I highly recommend AIR SERV!

Our AC unit was not cooling (would be mid-80s) and our home warranty company assigned Aire Serv. They came out multiple times and fixed things here and there but never solved the problem. They said the problem was that we did not have a zoning board. That was not covered by our warranty, so we paid out of pocket to have that system installed. That still did not fix the problem and our house was still mid-80s after paying all that money. We have been calling back for months for them to make it right and tell us what would actually solve the problem, but no response. Aire Serv does not respond promptly, and they do not stand behind their work. I tried to get the company to make it right after we spent money for a part that did not solve the issue, but no response. They finally decided to decline the home warranty request, so hopefully a different company can actually fix the problem. I do not recommend this company.

Alan and Kyle worked at our home for a day and a half cleaning ductwork and went the extra mile in so many ways in addition to being professional and courteous. The home office (Kim and others) are always so great to work with. Highly recommend the team at Aire Serv!

We had an amazing experience with our Aire Serv technicians, Perry and James! They were so dedicated to fixing our broken compressor and came multiple times to help us get our AC back up and running. We had to order a new compressor and it arrived defective, but they made every effort to get it to work. When it couldnt, they stayed on top of the problem (shout out to Bill!) and kept us in the loop when they heard about the status of the compressors shipment. They were so kind and caring, and Lindsey (front office) was genuine in empathizing with us over not having air conditioning for two months (our AC was broken when we moved into the house, and it wasnt caught on the homeowners inspection). I cannot say enough about Aire Serv and their professionalism, persistence, attention to detail, and the time they took to truly make sure everything was running smoothly before they left our house. Thank you to Aire Serv for being so incredible! :)

I noticed our AC went out around 1pm, I called and they had someone at our house around 4, Im sorry I forgot his name, but he was able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed that evening so we were able to sleep comfortably that night. He thoroughly explained the issue which was helpful since I know nothing about AC units and the price seemed reasonable as I know sometimes AC repairs can be quite costly. I would definitely use again and will recommend to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

The service technician did nothing was not helpful in any way!! He told me I needed a service which later his boss called and told me I infact didn’t need and would be a waste of money!! Wouldn’t recommend I also asked him to look in attic at my ac which he Did and said oh it’s fine. I got a company to come put after him to later only find out the cover to ac was not put on properly nor screwed in. This company didn’t do the original work but was called in to fix problems and didn’t even go look at the unit a waste of my time and money

(The company we normally use cancelled on us this morning at the last minute due to one of their technicians testing positive for COVID). Excellent customer service from the Aire Serve receptionist who took my call. Greg McGowan was the service professional who came out to our home to perform the work, and he was OUTSTANDING! He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and super courteous. He performed the service and gave service tips that other companies we’ve used in the past never pointed out. The photos he showed me of our flex were helpful in observing damage and the need for repair. This was our first time with Aire Serve, but it will not be our last! Great experience. Had a problem with AC so I called Aire Serv as I have been using them for several years. Stephen Ward arrived on time and after introducing himself went right to work to solve my problem.He was very polite and professional. When he discovered that they would have to order parts to fix my AC, he explained everything to me and said when the parts came in they would come straight out and fix my unit. All of my experiences with Aire Serv have been great. Everyone I come in contact with is caring and professional.

Every time our air conditioning has gone down for whatever reason they have always been quick to find us an open appointment (usually same day) to get a technician out to get us back up and running. I really appreciate speedy air conditioning service in the south. The techs have always been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I am not happy when there is an issue with our AC but I am happy to have found a company that we can rely on to fix it.

I was connected to Aire Serv through my home warranty company. They were quick to reach out and schedule an appointment, the technicians (Matt and Dylan) were very polite and professional, and they made sure to continue system diagnosis until all issues were resolved. In the end, I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was also pleased that someone always answered the phone promptly when I called and I received great service over the phone. Our A/C had gone out and it was already 80 in the house. I had gone down the list on google and called several heating and cooling companies and no one could send a tech out for several days. I called AireServ and they came out same day. They were courteous, professional and fixed our A/C at a very affordable cost. We were so pleased we signed up for their annual program to have regular maintenance done by them.

The Aire Serv staff has been nothing but professional. We first had a maintenance checkup on our AC. A week later, no cool air was coming out of the unit, and they came right out, trouble shot the problem, and a new part was installed. Two days ago there was no air again, and they were able to give us an appointment within a day – a day earlier than the original. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, with no charge. The staff was very receptive to our needs. I would highly recommend Aire Serv for all HVAC needs.

I like to program I have. the technicians are always polite and explain things well . the staff always takes care of any issues I have. I had a few things replaced on my unit and still had a leak with the Freon. A tech came out and seen they made a mistake and replaced the Freon with no charge. nice to have honesty

Being a first time homeowner, having a professional and gentleman like Stephen showed that my warranty definitely chose the right company in assisting my major problem while in the summer time. There’s not enough good I can say about him. He was courteous, respectful, and clearly knew his job and was more than willing to show me the right way to prevent issues to continue. Stephen was extremely patient and did not once lose any kind of a genuine interest in making sure he left me in a much better mood, considering my A/C had been out for 3 days. We have used Air Serv many times for the maintenance of our HVAC. They are pleasant, on time and have done the job very well in keeping our heat and air conditioning working.

We contacted Aire Serv because they’re one of the few HVAC providers in the Wilmington area that supposedly operate 24/7- unfortunately, after calling twice and leaving a voicemail- we never heard back from any on-call technicians. So frustrating! If you’re going to claim “open 24 hours” and offering emergency services on your website, at least live up to those standards or change your hours of operation online. Do not recommend- and will not be using in the future.

We first dealt with aireserv through the warranty company for our house. Since then we have used them exclusively for any HVAC issue. They are always prompt and keep in touch through texts. The techs are professional and thorough, the pricing seems fair. We have had Matthew as our tech twice and he has been great. He and his helper stayed until 8pm to ensure the job was done correctly.

I called my home warranty about my heat not working in the morning. The same morning I received a call by a very friendly lady to schedule a visit for the afternoon.The service tech was on time. He wore a mask and had covers for his boots so my house wouldn’t get dirty. He placed a tarp down underneath the area he was going to work. He was professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.I was lucky because he had the replacement parts in his van so my issue was resolved the same day.Overall, I am extremely satisfied because they met my expectations which in this town is rare. I honestly couldn’t ask for better service.

We lost all HVAC cooling on possibly the hottest day of the year so far. I called to have a technician come out and see what was wrong, expecting to hear that everyone was booked and a tech wouldnt be available for two or three days. Much to our surprise we had an appointment for the same day only two or three hours after we called. Our technician, James, showed up on time with a mission on his mind. Him and his partner, sorry I didnt catch his name even though he threw it, got right to it and literally within minutes had my problem identified and fixed! We are so appreciative of their hard work! Their skill and knowledge was above reproach! I am sticking with these guys from hear on out for any issues I have!! If I could give these guys 10 stars I would but only stuck with five!!

I HAVE AIRESERV ON SPEED DIAL. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE, EFFECTIVE AND EXPERT. AIRESERV was assigned to me after I requested a work order from my home warranty company at 1230, Friday, 16 July 2021. At 1315, Friday, 16 July 2021the scheduling staff told me the earliest appointment was 29 July 2021 – OK, I am certainly not the only person in Eastern North Carolina with HVAC concerns. To my most pleasant surprise, at 1330, 16 July 2021 I received another call from AIRESERV indicating a technician was near my home and enroute. The technician, Blake W. arrived at my home within ten minutes, immediately diagnosed the issue, and completed repairs within thirty minutes. He described the problem, was amiable and friendly, and was in all ways admirably professional. I CAN ONLY CONCLUDE HE MUST BE EXPERT IN HIS WORK AND ELECTS TO WORK FOR A COMPANY WITH A SIMILAR ETHIC. I was so impressed with Blake and his expertise that I signed up on the spot for yearly maintenance with AIRESERV.

This company was sent by my home warranty company. They called me the first day and the technicians came out very quickly. (2 days) to be able to assess the needed repairs around my schedule. At our winter maintenance visit, James paid meticulous attention to cleaning the HVAC coils and checking every electrical connection, outside and inside the house. This is the second service I’ve had from this company. The first was through my home warranty company and was challenging as I was left with no AC for 27 days in the middle of July. The ultimate issue was a lack of communication on the home warranty side. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and just plain NICE. When the ad for dryer vent cleaning and hvac tune up came I called and immediately had an appointment for the same week! Kyle was on time today. He was thorough. Very knowledgeable and professional. He did find some areas of concern and He did recommend additional services but was not the least bit pushy. He showed me the photos to back up his recommendations and they were included in the follow up email detailing my service call. I will absolutely recommend AireServ of Coastal Carolina to anyone!

Called for a service call. Upstairs AC was blowing hot air. I told the receptionist the issue and I mentioned I installed a new thermostat since we thought the old one was the issue and please have him check that the wiring was correct. When the tech got to the house my wife told him from the start to check the thermostat to see if it was done right. He spent a long time checking everything else then my wife brought up the thermostat again. He finally checked it and one of the wires were installed wrong. Thats my fault and I accept it. But to charge 276.00 for wire tracing? I knew that I needed to pay for the visit and the labor, but that much to move one wire to another slot? I dont know if he had to to justify the time he spent at my home. He said hes on day whatever of 13 hr days so I didnt complain to him anymore and that it was the company that made the charge. At the end of the day I appreciate them sending someone same day. Reception was polite and the tech was courteous.

It was late in the day before the technician could get here. With a great attitude and professionalism, James had our AC working in no time. Gauge was the technician who diagnosed our compressor being out, he was very thorough with his review and also gave wonderful guidance about what to look for in a new AC unit. Richard and Daniel came out to do our in home estimate for a new system, they were both very thorough measuring the entire house to make sure they quoted us for the right product! The quote they sent was very detailed. On install day Kyle, Allen and Davis showed up promptly at 8am and began working. They work very diligently all day until the unit was installed and functioning properly! Everyone at Aire Serv including Marsha the Operations manager was very friendly and explained each step of the process and answered all my questions!

The crew of three (one in training) showed on time and got to work right away. I showed them where the components to my A/C units were located in the house and they went about their business. First were floor runners to keep the dirt off the carpets. EXCELLENT. Then they wore booties on their work boots, taking them off and on each trip. EXCELLENT. their work was quick and relatively quiet, even though they had to vacuum out the pipes and the dryer vent. EXCELLENT.

Company response time was great...tech had little knowledge of what he was doing. Removed parts, which he never put back to the original state, and this is after the Warranty Company had them come back out . So, after two visits, no definitely not pleased with so call service provided.
