Not responsive to customer questions! They performed regular maintenance activities. They continuously monitored and measured the pressure to check on leak in the system. They identified no leak for over a year. After a regular April maintenance, something went wrong, they forgot something or did some mistake. After a month, they suddenly reported 50 gallons of coolant need. That is suspicious.I asked the questions what happened? why you did not see this in the previous month inspection. No clear answer and recognizing the fault and try to provide excellent customer service. They dont care about customer requests. We still dont know what cause to them decide for adding that much big volume (50 gal) coolant in a month time frame ? They can send you the receipt in one business day without answering your questions for couple months.No respond to email or phone calls. Bad experience.Please use another company in Wilmington Area.
