Used to go to Nails Today and although they did a good job for awhile, quality has gone down.The Nail Lounge is much more relaxing, customer focused and sooooo worth the money.Spent twice as much here today as ever have Nails Today.This is my new nail salon!Although I dont have the prettiest toes and fingers, photos of The Nail Lounge & Spas excellent work.

I absolutely love this place, they are always super friendly and do an amazing job! I definitely recommend coming here for a mani/pedi or even just getting your nails done!

My mom and I both came and got our nails done. She got a pedicure and massage and said the lady wasn’t even massaging her and rushed through her service. Her feet were rough afterwards and she was not satisfied. I got a full set and had to ask the lady to fix my nails multiple times and even after showing her the photo for reference and multiple others, she still did not do a good job. The shape was horrible and the polish was messy and chunky, and the service overall was very expensive. When I asked her to remove the polish so I could leave she left gritty acrylic residue on my hands and polish all over my fingers and underneath my nails, then just applied oil over top of all the grit and polish. I was very upset by the end of the service

They were super nice but didnt listen to what my daughter or I wanted for our nails. And the price was ridiculously high. Definitely wont be going back.

Lovely atmosphere with friendly and talented nail technicians. Went in with my daughter to have a mother daughter day and get our nails done they did a phenomenal job on both of our nails definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :) thanks again

We have been here twice now and they have done an absolute terrible job 2 times now.. Then we ask them to fix it and they make them worse and talk bad about you being picky.. Will not ever ever go back to them ... They are in such a hurry they dont care at all .. F+++ Save your TIME and MONEY ...

I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life!!! I almost fell asleep in my chair lol I’ve been here 3 times now and and every time I’ve gone my experience had always been pleasant. The lady’s are very nice and TAKE THEIR TIME! They do not rush any of their services! I will absolutely be going here from now on 💖

They were able to get me right away. The guy I had was so sweet (had one earring in left ear). Highly recommended. I love my nails. I went in a little over a month ago and my nails are staying strong.

I tried the s place out for the first time, It was horrible they didnt take care of my cuticles nd said it was an extra 10$ .I also got a flower design that was horrible !!! Never again will I go to this place!

Needed my nails done badly!! I called at 4:30 on a Sunday (they close at 5) and she said to come on in! The salon is decorated so nice and welcoming! The nail tech I had was very quick and efficient! One nail was a little crooked, but she noticed it right away and fixed it! She informed me of their gel polish, shellac, and other services, but was NOT PUSHY about it nor did she try and talk me in to anything. She did exactly what I wanted!! I appreciate that very much!I received a punch card to use at future appointments... and I sure will use it, as I WILL be going back!!Fast and convenient! Loved it!

Overall a decent experience but I probably wont go back. I was a walk in one morning for their royal pedicure and a simple manicure. The whole experience felt pretty rushed, even though they werent that busy. I didnt really get a massage on the pedicure ( bummer, because thats my favorite part) also she only use the hot stones for about five seconds :( My manicure came out pretty Streaked and un-even. Good selection of nail colors though! I wish the service was better because it is so handy

I went 30 mins before closing time. I called ahead to see if they would still do a pedicure, they said yes very nicely over the phone. Jennifer was AMAZING!! She still took her time to care for my horrible feet LOL. I really appreciate good customer service! This will be my nail salon home!!

Helen is the face of this salon and whenever she doesnt do my nails my service is poor. The lady who did my nails took a phone call and made a video call. I had to ask her twice to correct her work. She was incredibly sloppy. I have nail polish on my skin. She took my cash and walked off. ( assuming I would tip and didn’t give me my change back) Just ask for Helen.

I followed Helen to The Nail Lounge & Spa. She is terrific and very knowledgeable. The salon is clean, relaxing and well appointed. All manicurists are professional and friendly. I highly recommend!

After my last experience that i unfortunately left upset with, the manager called and apologized and offered to do my nails again. She did a wonderful job and i was so pleased with her customer service and great work! very nice of her :)

Walked in asking for liquid gel, they said they have it but used powder gel on my nails, all of them uneven, crooked and different lengths. Got charged $50!! We were visiting from Canada but I would not go back.
