Hospitality, cleanliness, professional courtesy and super-friendly staff and establishment!We got pedicures and nails for 5! (Also got some chair massage and leg massage!)My girls and my wife loved it and we left feeling invigorated! I’m a guy and got a pedicure and I’m not gonna lie, it was nice!

This is a very good salon. Ive been going here for about a year & so has my 16 yr old daughter. Its amazing to find all 5 star & 1 star reviews! I think the 1 star reviews are mainly the fault of the nail technician as neither my daughter or I have ever had a negative experience in here. The girl that does mine is very nice & she speaks excellent English. Shes more difficult to get into as she only works one or two days a week. The girl that does my daughters nails also speaks excellent English & is very nice & my daughter always has good things to say about her! You hear that people never write reviews unless theyve had a bad experience & that is probably the case here as well. This could be the fault of just 1 or 2 of the nail techs theyve got in there & a polite complaint to the management could possibly resolve it. Go back and try another technician!

I was surprised of those bad reviews! I have been going there for about a year now. From day 1 all of the workers have been so friendly and funny! Not all the nail techs are as talkative as some, but that doesnt mean that they are not friendly! I would highly recommend this salon over many here in Wichita. If you dont like your nails or something doesnt look right they will fix it. Having said that I have never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone! Oh and the salon is very clean and chic, which is a plus! :)

I would never recommend this nail salon to any one. When I first arrived to the salon it was great. The front desk girl was very nice. Now when it came to the nail tech, she was very rude and unprofessional. Ill give her some credit, she did make my acrylic nail thin on top, Which I loved, but when it came to the length, shape and color for the nail, she did a horrible job. She cut my nails way shorter than I asked, I asked her to round my nails (oval almost) and she squared them. When she applied the shellac it look like it was shriveling up, ruining the color and coat of polish. When I took my hand away from the lamp early (45 sec timer) she said Why dont you put your hand back under the lamp? now, its not what she said, but how she said it. I did try to explain that the polish is not working properly, she completely ignored what I said. After she had gotten done and wanted to see the hand under the lamp, as soon as she saw the nail polish she said *UGH! Why did you move? Dont touch the lamp bulb on top! I was very angry and silent at this time. So when I showed her my other hand and how it did the same thing, and explained that the nail polish isnt working properly, and I hadnt moved. She then just became very quite and asked if I just wanted another color. ( I picked a plain black.) I told her no, to just take it off completely and I would go else where. Oh and if youre looking for a clean nail salon, youre wasting your time going to this place. I saw my nail tech get up to go to the restroom, I heard her flush and thats it. She was in there for maybe 20 second at most, she came out still straighten her skirt! Terrible service I recieved for my first visit.

I just saw my friends nails and they look absolutely horrible. You can see the difference between the first coat and the second in the color. They havent even been done for 48 hours! Her nails are cracking and bubbling and she says her nail tech was horrible impersonal and rude. What an unfriendly environment. If you arent a regular there, then dont go! You will get horrible service!

I was SHOCKED when I read the two complaints. I have been going there for years and have had nothing but a fun experience with very professional people. I have recommended this place to many of my friends who are now regular customers

I went in for a pedicure and my technician was very rude. She rushed through the pedicure and made several rude comments about needing to take care of another client, despite my having an appointment. I will not be going back.

They cut my finder. Horrible job, they were on so mean to me . They were rushing me cuz the next Clients was there . Don’t go there it is terrible.

I go for all my pedicures here. I have used several of the girls and they all do a great job at a fair price.

The lady that did my full set did a horrible job my nails started coming off in two days and she hurt me buy cutting my cuticle with the electric sander she did a horrible job u will be upset if u go there
