I took my grandma here and they were very friendly but there were a few things that were a bit questionable. For one, my grandmas pedicurist was late by a good 15 minutes. Also, the lady doing my nails used the same tool she had used on my nails on her own to pick off a hang nail right in the middle of our appointment. The experience was a bit satisfactory, but in the end my grandma enjoyed it and my toes got painted.

Theres nail places all over, but my wife & I go out of our way to go to this specific spot. I just go for pedicures but they seem to take a generous amount of time on each person. I feel like the pedicures are better & longer here.

James was friendly and gave me a wonderfully relaxing hot stone pedicure. The business is quite and clean environment that all ages will enjoy. There are special day rates for various groups such as seniors, teachers, etc. I definitely plan to return. Highly recommend.

Treated my daughter to a pedicure for her birthday. They did a wonderful job and did such a good job with my 10 year old. It was such a good time together! The massage was amazing and the pedicure was beautiful. I have been here with a friend before and I will be back again.

I was not impressed with this establishment. I had to wait almost an hour when I scheduled an appointment and the staff was rather aggressive trying to get me to spend more money. The only reason I would go back is to have Christina do my nails. She did nieces and she did a great job and took her time to make sure they looked great!

Beautiful and friendly. The first time I went in they were absolutely friendly I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in right away and they didn’t charge for mask which was great because I went to another nail salon (Fashion Nails) made an appointment arrived 15 minutes early and was charged $2 a mask and still never received my service. (But that’s another review) At Vivid nails I have had my Nails, Pedicure and Lashes done at an outstanding price. I love the work of Julie and Annie all of the staff there are friendly, courteous And professional. Thomas is great and very welcoming and makes sure the place is clean with a relaxing atmosphere all they are missing is offering wine lol but I highly recommend this place!

Fi you want an amazing staff with friendly staff who listen to what you want, go here! You will not be disappointed! I left my nail salon after YEARS of being with them due to their failure to listen repeatedly. I was driving 40 mins to go to my old salon. I found this salon on Google and tried it since it was close to my house. I am disappointed I did not give them a chance sooner! Beautiful salon, funny and caring staff and several services are offered here! Check it out, you will leave feeling amazing and looking even better!

They didnt do anything I wanted, they took two hours to do a full set, she didnt ask what designs I wanted, I told her repeatedly to make them shorter and she did not, I left in tears -100/10 never come back.

Wonderful Salon! Cute and clean environment and the staff was so friendly! I had a Dip Manicure and they look beautiful. Took the time to really shape them how I wanted and didnt leave any weird edges. This is my go to Salon now! :)

If I could give negative stars I would. I am new to Wichita. I had never been here before. Vivid nails has good reviews on here, so I went with it. I called on a Monday and made an appointment for the next day, Tuesday afternoon at 1. I arrived at the appointment time and no one was available to do my nails, but I wasn’t informed of this. I was just told sign in and someone will be right with me. So I sat there for 20 minutes, before I decided it was ridiculous to continue waiting for a business who clearly didn’t care I had an appointment. Total waste of my time. I have to hire baby sitters for my baby so I can get my nails done, so this place has wasted my time and money. Also, the floor in the waiting area just grossed me out (I took a picture and I will post it if I can figure out how) . I’m not sure how this place has gotten such high reviews at all.Vivid Nails was a terrible experience so Ill definitely be giving my time and money to a better place. Though it’s on the other side of town, I’ll always make the drive to go to Princess Nails on Rock Road. So friendly and fast, even without an appointment. I’ve had both Annie and Nina do my nails and they are both fabulous. And their place is so clean and much more relaxing environment.

Very clean, very knowledgeable, very professional very friendly. Made us feel as if we were at home hanging out! For me thats a great nail experience!

Was great service I am pregnant and told my mom I was a little hot, and her nail artist got up right away and changed the thermostat and mine went all the way to her car to grab me water, they went above and beyond. Also massage was great and nails still look great.

Made an appt...arrived on time only to be told the owner read the clock wrong. told to return 2 hours later. arrived on time, put with their newest employee, a student fresh from school. as the service progressed, the owner was yelling in his native tongue to her that she needed to hurry up. very apparant based on her facial expression and the rest of his employees. Senior couple arrived, gentlemen wanting a pedicure, waited and waited...owner yelled at my girl again...finally owner started the water and left the senior man to sit and wait and wait...meanwhile owner periodically yelled at my girl still working on me. Finally got done flirting with his customer and sent my girl too work on senior and said he was going to polish my toes. I was SO UNBELIEVABLY EMBARRASSED and felt SO UNWELCOME! I finally mustered up the courage to tell him I was ready to pay and leave...he chose to try and make a scene while I was putting on my shoes... WOW!!! Made sure I paid what he told me I owed...His business must be good and he must be happy with his current clientele because new customers are not treated good. I tried to leave a message on Facebook since that is where he has a PERFECT score and you cannot post anything but positive...he has the rest shut off...I reserved this place based on posts on Internet...BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
