My first experience with them solidified us as a customer. When calling around to check availability, Time wasnt able to answer on my first attempt. Instead of me having to call them back, they promptly returned my call simply by using their caller ID. What a great example of a company who cares about their customers and the service they provide. Keep doing what youre doing Time and thank you!

Excellent service, reserving equipment is easy. Any problems with the equipment are quickly resolved. Pleasant folks to work with. Prices are extremely competitive.

Poor Customer Service and Follow Through. (1) star for an easy online booking experience and email confirmation. Next day we received a phone call stating the online emailed confirmation and quote was not correct and requested payment for the difference ($20.00). We will NOT and do NOT recommend any company that will not even apologize for the misunderstanding nor stand by their websites apparent malfunction.

Absolutely horrible service. Worst buisness Ive ever dealt with in my entire life. Hated everything about the experience. They dont even know what theyre selling and apparently sitting around doing nothing all day means their in too much of a hurry to accurately explain what they sell so when you ask for a lawn trailer to take to the dump they give you a dump trailer that you can not drive anything into.They literally do not know how to listen and are in too big of a hurry for people whos job it is to sit there and wait for me to pay them. They need to slow down and listen to what theyre customers are saying.

This is an awesome company with great prices even better customer service. When we had an issue with a piece of equipment we rented they went above and beyond to make it right. Cant ask for more than that and its always refreshing to work with businesses who stand behind their product and conduct themselves with honesty and integrity. We experienced all of that with this company, and will definitely be coming back to them in the future for our endless landscaping projects!

Excellent fast service. I have only bought a few loads of gravel and fill dirt from them but they will be my first call when I rent some equipment this summer, even though they are 8 miles further from me then some of the other rental places. When I find a place I like that treats me good I tend to stick with them.

Time Rental is very easy to work with. They seem to always have what I need and their prices are fair. Also, their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. They have become my go-to equipment rental shop.

Above and beyond!I was pressed for time in the middle of a plumbing nightmare scrambling to resolve the problem when I called and got Tanner on the phone with answers. I wasn’t really thinking of traffic on such a gloomy Saturday afternoon and found myself running late when my phone rings. To my absolute surprise it was Tanner from Time Rental checking to see if I was going to make it. Shocked I looked at the time it was closing time, relieved I assured him I was moments away and expressed my gratitude for his concern. Impressive!

Everything we have rented from Chris and his crew (excavators to smaller tools) is clean and has worked perfectly! They have saved us money and days worth of work on our new home construction. The guys here are always so friendly and helpful. Im a middle age woman who is an avid DIY girl. Im sure Im not the normal customer who comes in renting things like a scissor lift or a concrete floor sander, but they always hook me up with what I need and are super friendly, including the dog. Today when I was returning equipment I told the guy I wasnt very good backing up a trailer because my dad died before I could master it. He was so nice, he gave me a lesson and walked me through it and I learned so much! Great customer service!

They were amazing to work with. We needed to rent a dry wall jack on a Sunday. Chris ran down on his personal time to rent it to us. Much appreciated! Will continue to use them for all our rental needs

The guys at Time Rental are always helpful. They come through in a pinch and never disappoint! The equipment is always in good working order when it arrives. Have never had any problems that werent resolved with a simple phone call!

Ive been renting from these guys all summer, and theyve been great. Extremely fast, friendly and honest. More than one time Ive returned a trailer before the end of reservation period, and Ive gotten an email about a refund for the leftover time before Ive even pulled out of the yard. When I show up to get a trailer, I never even need to get out of the truck to hitch it up because theres a guy headed over to back you in and hook you up as soon as they see me pull in. Top notch.Also, the online reservation system is super convenient and easy to use. I ended up renting here in the first place because I could browse equipment, see the exact price while reserving in advance, and not have to spend my time on the phone with another rental company while they searched through their system for 10 minutes. I couldnt recommend these guys any more.

Time Rental is under new ownership and their new focus is customer service. I had an issue with the compressor when renting a pneumatic post pounder. Not only did they give me another day free of charge but they didnt end up charging me at all. These guys are really trying to revamp the business. They are all honest, hardworking people who care about their customers. Ill certainly be returning.

The National Museum of Forest Service History is engaged in an effort to develop native plants on part of the Museum area near the Missoula Airport. We received a generous donation (rental fees for equipment) from the Chris Jarrett. We received great service from the owner and men that worked there, along with good advice and help loading and unloading. We’ll be back.

Best rental place in Missoula. Good prices with great explanations as to how to use equipment. These guys are patient, friendly and dont make you feel like an idiot if youre unfamiliar with something. A great store.

My husband went to rent a powered drain cleaner. I had rented it a few times over the years. We live over 30 miles from their location, but its the closest one available. We picked it up Friday as were going to be in the area, even though we wouldnt be available to use it until the next morning. My husband had them look up our past rental and they couldnt find it. Long story short, we ended up with the wrong size and it was too big for our drain pipe. So we could not use it. We headed back to the rental store arriving right after they opened, hopinng to trade for the right one. Thinking we could exchange for the right one and get it back to them before our rental time was up. But No...they gave us back $56. Of the already paid $126. Then wanted to charge another $104. To rent the other one. Total would have cost us over $170 This is the same drain cleaner Ive rented in the past for $45. Not a good way to treat return customers. Id rather replum and install a closer clean out than deal with Time rental again.

We rented a riding lawnmower for $160.. 15 minutes in the oil plug blew. They came and picked it up: no refund, store credit only which is worthless to an out of town business. Total waste of time and money.

I won’t ever rent from them again. The equipment worked great, but the unfriendly and unprofessional customer service is not worth wasting your time with these guys. Waited around for 30 mins to get my receipt, I was then reassured that It would be emailed to me the following morning. Note durning this time the four workers had no idea what they were doing with the computer. Next afternoon comes around nothing, so a call is put in, told it will be sent. Next day comes still nothing, so I call them being I live out of state. I’m then told “that if it was such a timely matter why didn’t I call or stop in.” Being told that statement from a company that makes money on time is absolutely absurd. I don’t have patience with stupid. PERIOD!

I will never use this place again. Their equipment was faulty and only partially worked for the first 3 hours yet they took my money for the whole day and were not nice about it. I feel sorry for the next guy who goes there. I went to the competitors and found it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Called them to rent equipment I was 10 minutes away and they closed in 10 minutes. Would not stay open even 1 minute late for me. We lock the doors at 5...... I took my business elsewhere, very rude
