The sign on the door says Walk in’s welcome but this is obviously not true. I walked in at 10:15AM and asked to get my nails polished only. There were 2 workers and 2 clients in the store. I was told no because they had appointments coming at 10:30. Thanks for nothing.

Always get amazing service here! Have been going to see them for years and they are the only salon I will go to, because they are the only ones who get my nails the way I want them

Very rude, lack of customer service! Very rarely do you encounter people in the customer service industry without an ounce of customer service! I went there twice, once as a walk in- which they dont allow. Perhaps take the sign down that clearly says walk-ins welcome. My second trip there with an appointment did not go well at all. I made an appointment, arrived on time and I was not seen because there was a lady getting her nails done..so I gave up. I refuse to beg them to take my money, awful place!

My daughter got her nails done in less than 30 mins. Only bad part is the are always booked.

I love them.... They have been my nail salon for 15 plus years only place in Wichita I trust... But please book an appointment in advance

Discrimination at its finest at this nail shop Im from California a very diverse State I can just tell the look on their faces they did not want me there these women are so racist. Its so crazy how segregated this city is

Mail store pretty good place

I have tried to go into this shop twice to get my nails done (the first time I thought they were just having a bad day so I went back again). The door says walk-ins welcome but when I went in they told me everyone has appointments and there was only one customer (at the time). I also wasn’t offered the opportunity to make an appointment.

The worst customer service....Heard they did great nails but apparently I didnt look the right way to get decent cust service. I walked in and was ask how could I be helped and I ask for a fill. It was two people waiting and two people working on people. Was then looked up and down by lady in tje front booth and told we full. I then ask could I make an appointment and was told it would be weeks bc thats full too!!!! The worst customer service ever!!!
