Got the n fast. Yet my nails just dont look right. Not painted well.

I have been going there for long time until 2 weeks ago. I get there to tell me that I had an appointment for manicure only that if I wanted both o needed to come back when I had called for both. Mindy nave always been not friendly but I really liked Joanna that was the only reason I kept on going there. Not anymore !

This is the relaxing treatment I was looking for. First pedi and it was amazing. Friendly staff who did a great job on my toe and finger nails. Clean facility. Affordable pricing. Overall a great experience. I will be a returning customer.

I walk in and I am immediately greeted. Told the owner one time my name and she hasnt forgot it. The whole staff is pleasant and friendly. Very helpful in helping me get what I want.

I had a 5:30 appointment. Walked in and was not warmly greeted. Picked my colors, and in about 5 minutes was taken to a station where I explained what I wanted. The girl literally rolled her eyes at me. She put on my acetone wrap and walked away....for 30 minutes. My fingers started to hurt so I took the wraps off myself. She comes and says someone will be with you in a minute 10 minutes later Kim comes to get me and I have to move stations. Kim is funny and nice, but she only did 2 layers of dip so it is not opaque and I kid you not when I say literally every nail is crooked. SO DISAPPOINTED.

Ive been going here for years and everyone in my family frequents Nail Lounge as well. I have always had amazing experiences here. There is no such thing as a bad nail technician here. All of them are fabulous and have many regular customers!!! They has multiple color and service choices and they are inexpensive!!! Love, love, love this nail salon.

All the ladies were really nice & they got my sister & i in pretty quick even though they were busy but i showed the lady a picture of what i wanted. the color matched perfectly. the shape was way off. the picture showed square & she gave me coffin. none of my nails looked the same shape either. the coffin isn’t even at all. one of my thumbs is way shorter & skinnier than the others, almost like a baby gimp nail. i will not be back. i’ve been to plenty other places that did better. she asked me before she even started if i wanted coffin & i said no, i want square. extremely unhappy. paid $35. also i noticed the nail file she used was really dirty.

My new favorite! My manicure and pedicure was the best Ive ever had! The staff was friendly and the salon was incredibly clean (comfy chairs, too)!! I do recommend scheduling an appointment. Wonderful first time experience!

I usually have good experiences here. A few times Ive been in and made to feel like they dont have time to see me, rather than just tell me how long I might have to wait. Also they lock the doors before closing time, which can be a frustration because Ive tried to go in and buy a gift card 30 minutes before closing and they just stared at me as I tried to open the locked door.

The ladies working on Monday afternoon March 19 were extremely rude and unprofessional. When you give someone side eye and laugh its obvious youre talking about someone. This happened a lot during my visit. My daughters toes had polish on the skin. Poor quality. Its like they didnt care or didnt want us in there. No problem we wont be back.

Terrible experience, I felt rush during my service. My nails looked like someone who was in a rush did them.Prices were too high for half ass service! Definitely not going again or recommending it anyone!!!

When we arrived there they said it was a 10 min wait and after 15 min of waiting 2 other people walk in and went before us, with no appointment and then the lady came back and said it was another 45 min wait. Rude.

Would not go anywhere else. Mindy and the other techs are the best in town. Shop is clean and such a friendly atmosphere.

Love the dip nails, my real nails actually grow vs using shellac

All the nail colors were empty. No massages.
