Their rates are more than fare I had them move my tool boxes recently and where every other company I called wanted a minimum of 150 dollars. Plus miles. Uh-oh towing still charges 65 to hook up to them and 4 dollars a mile

Customer service was very friendly and on top of things. I called around to get other quotes and was met with rude people and much higher prices from other towing companies. Jeremy and his company were outstanding. My daughters car died while she was away at school. We called Jeremy because uh-oh we needed towing. He was familiar with the auto shop, knew they were closed and that after hours drop-off was unavailable due to the shops perimeter fencing. We scheduled a pick-up for the first thing the next morning. He met my daughter on time and safety towed the vehicle to its destination with plenty of time for her to get to class.Being four hours away was slightly unsettling, but Jeremy went that extra mile to calm a mothers fears. Throughout the entire process, I felt I had just placed my daughter into the care of a family friend. Would recommend this towing service to anyone.

Tom (#3). This company is probably the best in Fort Myers. My car blew a tire in the middle of highway at ~9-10pm and Uh-Oh towing was the ONLY company in town that said that they can help me to tow my car to the nearest parking lot which was just 3 miles ride ( for reference: I called about 5 companies ). They have nice trucks and customer service is great! Special thanks to Tom for helping me and my friend during that night.

Wanted to write a review because I really appreciated the tow from Jeremy. This was the first business I called when needing a tow in fort myers area and they arrived within the hour. The price was great and Jeremey was professional/awesome dude. What I appreciate most from this service was upon arriving to my destination, as Jeremy was unloading my car he takes a look at my car and gives some ideas as far as what may be my current mechanical issue. That really stood out because it of course wasnt a part of the job but he took that extra mile. Considering the cost of my current anticipated service, any potential causes that I could investigate are appreciated. If it does turn out to be one of the issues, I will have ended up saving $400+ so fingers crossed. Highly recommend these guys. No hassle, honest, fast, and affordable. 10 out of 10!

Well I mean the only reason why I went there was because my car was totaled and it was brought there but the guys seem competent, and they gave us the name of a really good breakfast place, so really you cant go wrong with these guys.

I would definitely recommend this company! We called and a tow truck showed up within 20 minutes. The guy that can even tried to help us figure out what was wrong with our Jeep so that was really cool.

We blindly called for a tow and Jeremy arrived promptly, within 5 minutes to be honest. He was professional and friendly. His price was more than fair to our surprise. Uh-Oh Towing is THE BEST!! They came to my assistance late in the evening, well after normal business hours, without excuse or hesitation. In addition, their charges were very reasonable despite the lateness of the hour. To top it all off, the driver assigned to my call, Jeremy, was friendly and sympathetic to my untimely circumstances. My experience with uh-oh towing and Jeremy couldnt have been better. From the time my call was answered to the moment he got me and my truck where we needed to be, he surpassed all my expectations. Explained he had just finished loading up a car, had to drop it off but it was in route to my location and would be on his way to me shortly. He called me back when he was on his way. He arrived within 30 minutes of when my call was first placed (during rush hour). Jeremy was prompt polite and professional. I was/am truly amazed by the level of service in comparison to the towing companies Ive used in the past.

My car wouldn’t start and thought it was a serious issue (didn’t sound like a dead battery). Called Jeremy based on Terry Wynters Auto service recommendations and he was quick to respond, Asked to look at the car when he arrived and then hooked it up to a fancy battery starter and magic! I own an Auto Repair shop in Ft Myers Beach, Tom at Uh-Oh does all my towing, They are fairly priced, fast to respond and I have never had any problems or damage to customers cars. Tom can park cars he tows in better than most people who are actually driving them!!
