Been to several nail salons.This one impressed me right out of the gate.Cut back cuticles before shelac, very careful with polish, not the rush job that Ive experiences with other salons.Also, provide helpful advise on nail care even if it meant less money that day. Earned a loyal customer for longer term revenue.

Please never get regular nail polish I don’t recommend this place is super expensive and they even messed up on mine and my cousins I recommend getting shellac it’s just really expensive

Good customer service. Ive been in the past and loved it! But this time I wasnt 100% satisfied with my pedicure. The Polish wasnt smooth my feet could have used more scrubbing.

Genny does a great job on my nails!!! I get the dipped nails and they are beautiful!!Pedicures are fantastic, I lost my big toenail due to an accident. I didn’t know what to do. They put a fake nail on it and it looked like nothing ever happened!!! They are wonderful!! I highly recommend 4 Seasons Nail & Spa!!

First time Ive been here and will DEFINITELY be back!! Annie is wonderful!! I love how she takes her time and makes sure your nails are beautiful and just the way you want them, not like some places that rush through just to get as many people as they can. The place is clean and pretty. Cant wait to take my daughter!!

Long wait even though I was the only customer (however, it was late afternoon which is about the only slow time in a nail salon and that usually equals lunchtime).The person who did my nails seemed VERY competent (she obviously knew the acrylic laying portion of her job very, very well) but was slow (over 90 minutes for medium length coffin shape) and 3 of 10 nails were slightly crooked while 4 others were obviously crooked. I needed to do a lot of correction work at home.Also she did not dull the edge of her file (you can do this by rubbing the sharp file edges against a buffing block) so several of my fingers got cut by the file. It was also obviously not a new file. Its easy to tell when files have been used for wayyyyy too long and the file that was used on me had been used so much the grit was nearly gone.I dont necessarily care about reused files if theyre barbicide soaked but it obviously wasnt and since it cut me numerous times it made me nervous to wonder how many other people had been cut by this same un-dulled file before I got there.They were kind though and even though it is a small place its a much nicer salon than some Ive been in here in Wichita. Their pedicure area looked fabulous and were it not for the cuts, reused files, and crooked nails, I would definitely go back.

Love this salon. First time I had been there. They are so friendly and welcoming. I have tested out a few other nail salons in town and my nails were crooked, uneven and rushed. Nikki took her time and did exactly what I wanted! I can be picky and like my nails to be perfect and thats exactly what she did! Made my nails perfect!! Thank you!

I came to this location before and recieved great services, however today was not so great. I actually felt discriminated. There were two ladies in the shop and one of them just finish two of the clients. Im thinking great I came just in time, no Just as soon as the previous clients left I was told 10 min before they could get to me??? 10 min?? There was no one in the store but me. At first I waited only to see the workers disapper to the back and the other one picked up her cell and started making from what I see personal phone calls.. At this point I quietly got up and said thank you and left. They didnt appear to care that I was leaving, she looked at me and said okay. I know I wont be going back there nor will I suggest others to go there either. It was not busy and there were two workers who could have assisted me. Needless to say the worst experience ever.

This by far was the worst eyebrow waxing experience ive ever been through. Whoever waxed my eyebrows had no clue what they were doing. She ripped the top of my left eyebrow off and then had someone come help her & they both began to wax my eyebrows over & over making them thinner when all i wanted was a clean up. After they were done they told me i had a scar on my eyebrow before i came in & they claimed it wasnt their fault. Im sticking with Platinum nails/North Rock Walmart as far as my eyebrows. Its been a whole month & a half & im still trying to grow them out. Will NEVER be back here again.

Was referred here by my hair stylist and will NEVER be back. Horrible customer service and my fingers were bleeding and burning after having shellac taken off with a nail file only! I left mid-manicure before it got worse!
