Super clean and friendly staff! Great color selection. I thought the prices were very reasonable, they had different levels of service that are great for different budgets.

Best experience getting my nails done, hands down! 💅🏼🥰💜Really bright, clean, and spacious. My aunt treated my mom, sister and me to a pedicure and polish. The guys that did our pedis did a great job. Peter especially made things fun and enjoyable while we were getting our feet done. My sister and I returned later the same day for a matching manicure color. Peter did both of our manicures at the same time. He finished our nails in about the amount of time I’ve sat for someone to do just my nails individually. Both manis turned out super cute and looked great. My sister and I both agreed that we enjoyed this place the most for a few reasons. We really felt included and welcomed by the staff. The way they interacted with us and each other was like we were their friends and already knew us instead of being strangers. Also, previous experiences have come with being pressured to purchase more expensive nail sets. At MailTime, it was so relaxed. We simply left the experience feeling great instead of feeling there were things we wish could have been different to make it a better time. Definitely will be going back next time I visit Wichita again.😁🌻

I have been routinely getting full sets and fills for about the last year. Me and my friend have been going about every 2-3 weeks to a different place each time trying to find one we really like to stick with. And this salon is it!! It is so clean from the floors to the nail stations to the sink areas. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. And I cant say enough about how they organize and display their nail colors. Usually there is 1-2 baskets floating around and you either have to wait your turn or try and hurriedly rush through so the next person can use it. At this salon there was a spiral display on EACH station so that I didnt have to feel rushed or like I was hogging all the colors trying to decide. The prices were very reasonable and they emphasized that if there were chips or cracks to come back and they would fix it for free. Its been about a week for me and my nails still look just as nice as they did when I got them done. A plus also is that you can book online through their Facebook page instead of having to call in, perfect for a busy girl like me. A+++ salon!!

We were day off girls looking for a nice clean place to just relax for a while. So lucky we picked Nail Time. They got us right in, they were so nice and fun. If youre looking for a new spot, give them a try.

I was turned away for a pedicure 53 minutes before close. So much for “walk in welcome”Edit: in response to being “understaffed” I went elsewhere with one woman working who also was working on another client (30 minutes to close) and she had no problem taking my $100, even if it meant staying a bit past closing. No worries, it’s clear who wants business.

I love this salon. It was very clean and the service was fast but beautifully done. I came for dip powder and my daughter got a pedicure. Both services exceeded expectations. 10/10 definitely recommend!

My daughter brought me here to gift me a pedicure and it was an awesome experience! Tweety got my ingrowns out of my big toes, the massage was relaxing and fantastic, and she was perfectionistic about my polish, which is getting rare these days. She made sure every coat dried as she applied them... then even put my socks on when I was finished. Best pedicure Ive had in a long while...

SO clean. Great with special requests. I asked the person on the phone if they could make a note that I was in a hurry— and the nail tech had everything set up for me as soon as I walked in the door. This was my favorite place before Covid hit— and I’m excited to start coming back regularly.

This salon is always empty for a reason!I got a pedicure and fill. The acrylic on my nails was done by a lady who seemed pretty nice, she was fast and did a good job on the acrylic. The polish on my nails was done by someone else, named Peter, claiming to be the owner.I paid $83 for both services and tipped both workers $20 each BEFORE they finished the job.The worker who painted my nails, Peter, did not finish them with a clear coat. He also did not moisturize my hands after, but pointed to some lotion and told me to do it myself. A couple hours after I left the salon my polish was chipped on every nail.The pedicure was also done by Peter. I’m pretty sure he didn’t do everything that was supposed to be included in the Bubbles Pedicure.I messaged the business on FB for the refund policy. I was told that all they were willing to do was repaint. No apology for the terrible service. He went back and forth with me claiming to not understand the problem even though I sent photos of all the chips in my polish.The refund policy is the refund policy, I’m not arguing that. It was the smug attitude from a worker AFTER he took my money that was uncalled for.I want to be clear. Peter is the only one who I feel gave me bad service, Peter also told me he is the owner.

Very slow service, and a bit overpriced. I will not recommend this place unless you have 2 hours to wait for an expensive and basic manicure.

They were very kind and I loved the set up for the shop!! Loved how they took their time with my nails they look wonderful 10/10 recomend

This was a fantastic experience! First time here so I didnt know what to expect. When I walked in I immediately felt at ease. They take your health and Security seriously. Especially with Covid 19 impacting so many. The experience itself was GREAT! I enjoyed every bit of it especially the massage! Peter did a great job! I will definitely go again and recommend this place to my friends!

A great pedicure experience.Thuy has done great work both times I have visited.Everyone is friendly and welcoming.NailTime is my new go-to for pedicures.

I paid $41 for the bubble and didn’t get half of what I paid foes, as I watched my friend who got the same thing and the lady that did his was very detailed unlike the lady that did mine. I wasn’t pleased at all and they didn’t offer to make it right. They lady that done my friend knew I wasn’t pleased and still didn’t attempt to fix it. I would have given them a 5 if she’d done everything I paid for or the other lady would have spoke up to have it done correctly

Pete was extremely nice. I definitely will be going back. He was fast and he did my nails just the way I like them. I will be recommending Nail Time to everyone.

I was here 2hrs all I got were acrylics, and they still didn’t come out well I had to reshape them myself followed by the polish was uneven.

Had a great first time with my mom and sister. Very clean atmosphere and we had the best convo with Peter. He was hilarious and made it fun for us. So grateful for all of them.

I had a terrible experience here today, I asked for a full set manicure, and it seemed to be no problem at first but then I realized they didn’t ask me if I wanted a design or jewls or anything, so I asked if I could get a few jewls on some of my nails and the person doing my nails said they don’t do that, then I asked if I could get a design and he replied they don’t do that either, and my nails were bulky and I asked for coffin shaped nails and they’re not coffin shaped. I paid $40 for nails I hated and no one seemed to care even though I expressed that I wasn’t satisfied with them

I walked in to get a pedicure and the place was sparkling clean and had great equipment. The service was nice and efficient. I will be going back!
