Kyle is amazing! My oil pan cover came off and he was able to get me in almost immediately. The best part was it was fixed free of charge! You guys just earned my business for oil changes and repairs.

I stopped in because I had a concern regarding a noisy front tire and was heading out of town. They were so kind to do an inspection and even drive it to determine that is was safe for my travels. Wouldnt charge me a thing. Peace of mind! They were knowledgeable and gave me recommendations about needed fix (not immediate). Kind and professional! I will be back.

Absolutely amazing!I was skeptical going to an auto shop connected to a gas station but I’m SOOO glad I did.I blew out a run flat on an AWD vehicle in the evening not long before closing time. I called several large chains who specialize in tires closer to my flat location who all told me crazy things from “they didn’t have the equipment to take my tire off and they’d have to cut it off and replace it with a regular tire” to “I could play for a regular set of tires then but a set of run flats when they ordered some” (aka pay for two sets of tires).I called North Oaks Auto Service at the urging of a friend. Josh assured me they could handle my tire no problem and waited for me to arrive despite the fact he was getting ready to close.While they didn’t have 4 tires that would fit my car they were able to get 4 tires in first thing the next morning and have me on my way by 10am!Amazing service and customer service. Competitive price. Super friendly team. Would completely trust them with my car again.
