Our tire came off our axel, the guy got me in right away, saved the tire and did preventative. Low cost and friendly. Id recommend this guy any day. My dad was a mechanic but he has some complications with his diabetes and even he gave this guy thumbs up.

My car stopped working about 4.5 months ago while driving down the highway. With the help of my insurance agent I got a list of mechanics that were close by. Frazers was the closest, and I was not 100% sure if the tow was free, so I chose them.There were multiple things wrong with the car (1 major thing) and they quoted me somewhere between $1,000-$1,300 (I dont quite remember). I about fell over. HOWEVER ~ my father has an old friend with a mechanic shop who does very good work, but is MUCH more expensive than everywhere else. When asking him if this was a fair price for what was being done he let us know that it was very fair and with the condition of my engine WAS worth spending.So a day or two later I picked up my car which was running beautifully.Yesterday morning, car quits working going down the highway. Due to their fairness and quick turn around last time I was towed to them again.It ended up being a defective part that they had replaced 4.5 months later. They fixed it early this morning already and are not charging me. They also assured me that because theyve ran in to a few defects for my model of car, that the parts were under warranty for a year from today again. I think that most places would do a 1 time only warranty and try to charge me if this happens again.Thanks again, Gary!

I told Gary I needed my very old mini van to last till my son was out of college. He assured me he could do it and it HAS! Im almost to 200,000 miles. So appreciate the great service we always get there. Thanks Gary!

December 2012. Apparently this place has changed owners since the previous reviews. My college kid brought an admittedly on its last legs minivan in. I told them I did not want to spend much as the car was not worth much. We were charged $100 for diagnostics which I expected. They recommended a tuneup to get past diagnostic errors. I was hesitant, but being so far away and the reviews here were good - we bit. I wish we hadnt as the car did not start the next day. My daughter relied on friends for rides until a mechanic friend got back in town. His opinion was that the work done was not needed and that their next step of what may have been causing the problem was not correct either. Needless to say we are not happy that we spent well over $400 on a car that still wont start!!!

I had trailer brakes that didnt work. They replaced wiring and put a new braking system in... that didnt fix it... then rebuild the brakes... that did fix it.... charged about 800...i also had some scratch off winners in the visor... about 20 bucks worth.. when I got the truck back there were no scratch offs but they did leave me a 5 dollar bill... i wont go back

My family has been going to Frazers for years. We have always been treated like family. They tell you whats wrong with your car without any BS. Great place to get your car taken care of. 💘💘💘💘💘

Ive never felt motivated to write any manner of review for any business in my life, but I feel that my experience with Fraser warrants it.I was replacing my brake pads on July 4th by myself, and ended up breaking the very first rusted bolt holding my brake caliper in place. With no stores open to acquire spare parts, and a day of work looming the next morning, I had no option but to break down and take my car to a shop. I would typically attempt any repairs on my car myself, because there is just too much trust required to hand my car over to someone who would more than likely screw something up or attempt to rob me.So, the next morning I started calling shops in the neighborhood. Fraser was one of the first places to be open in the morning, they had the most personable and intelligent people to talk to on the phone, they gave me the quickest turnaround time, and gave me the lowest estimate out of all the places in the area.I limped my car down there, and told them I only wanted one wheels brake pads replaced with the pads I had already purchased. They didnt give me any trouble trying to convince me there were extra BS things they needed to do, they did strictly what I asked, no more no less.Yes, I still have more good things to say. I had expected to sit around the shop for an hour or two as they worked, but to my surprise they offered me a loaner car free of charge for the whole day! The only stipulation being that it needed to be returned with a full tank of gas.They kept me posted on the status of the work being done every step of the way, and even offered to stick around the shop after closing time if I couldnt get out of work on time to make it back to the shop by 5pm. When all was said and done the final price for the work ended up being less than HALF what they had estimated. Ended up being 50 bucks.My only regret about going here is that I wasted some time looking in to other shops in the area. I no longer worry about my high mileage car breaking down, because I know that if fixing it is beyond my ability, there is a 5 star shop right down the street.Summary: theyre helpful, smart, honest, speedy.
