Feb 2020 I took my car, unannounced, to their shop as they opened. Alex and her crew were sooo nice, said I did not need an appointment, and fixed the problem immediately, within a half hour I was gone and heading back home super satisfied; and guess what? I wouldnt go anywhere else for mechanical service. My entire family uses Viking and has for years. Normally vehicle repairs are such a huge burden and expense but not with Viking. I have never had a bad experience here!

***WARNING*** DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!I would highly recommend Viking Auto Repair. The team over there put in extra hours on a day off so I could get my truck back and get to work the next day. If that’s not first class service, I’m not sure what is. Not only that, I saved 20% on getting my A/C fixed over the other guys and he fixed the hesitation issue when accelerating. Go here and you won’t be disappointed.

Great place. guy knows his stuff. great prices, and sometimes he will let you bring the parts you need installed, if you can find them for cheaper. he just cant guarantee those parts. but never had any issues with that anyways.

Took my van in to have my starter replaced. Excellent service my car was ready in under 24 hours its running great.

This guy is not out to rip anyone off like most other mechanic shops! Hes not trying to find problems with your car to charge you for. Hes fair, upfront, honest & quick. I fealt really comfortable dealing with him! He figured out exactly what the problem was with my car, didnt charge me for the diagnoses, called and told me, asked me if I wanted to take care of any of the other things, I said no, he said ok, replaced the part that was causing the problem I went in there for, charged me a fair price, did it in a reasonable amount of time, and its been fine ever since! He even recycles the oil from oil changes they do by using it to heat his garage. Oh and when I walked in, the first thing I noticed was his Macaws!!! I just happen to love parrots, especially Macaws, so that was awesome!!
