Reasonably quiet community, lots of families so some kid noise, but totally within reason. Everyone is pretty friendly considering covid, so many keep to themselves more than I think they would under normal circumstances. No pest issues, work orders resolved quickly, friendly managment. Star lost because theres no guest parking. Can use Walmart parking during the day, but not overnight and the street/neighborhood is crowded. Overall happy to live here. Would recommend.

Ive been a tenant for about 3 years now, and I have nothing bad to say about this place. The complex is very quiet and Ross keeps the area neat. Jennifer has been very helpful, and easy to reach. I can tell that she really cares about the apartments and the tenants.

Trask Apts is a good place to live. Family friendly and relatively quiet. The mgnt office and maintenance staff are friendly and I have never had an issue when something needs to be fixed or updated.
