Currently living here, apartment is spacious however maintenance is terrible. They take too long to get back to you and/or they just dont get back to you. We have a water leak in our ceiling and they actually said to put a bucket underneath if water come thru until a roofer can come out. They literally spray painted the mark on our ceiling to fix it. Hope you have good insurance if you live here. No estimate on time just a good luck.

It was very nice living there while we did but right when our lease was up the office ghosted us completely. The day that we moved out and after I locked the keys in the apartment I realized I left a few minor things. I attempted to contact the leasing office SEVERAL times leaving SEVERAL messages only to be ignored. I am aware that the office does have caller ID because in the past when I needed something they would pick up really quick and great me by my name. I moved out at the end of May but for some reason they decided that it was okay to charge me for the month of July, although they knew that we had moved out at the end of May. I do not recommend moving here if you look for good management services. When new management took over Ridgeview became a nightmare....

I am really surprised to read some of the negative reviews on here, we lived here for a little over a year and are in the process of moving out, but it has been a pleasure living here. We had a difficult time finding a rental to suit our family and were working on a time crunch due to our home selling ridiculously fast! I continue to be grateful for Audrey and her willingness to get us in quickly and smoothly. Our neighbors were very friendly, it is both child and pet friendly, maintenance was always punctual and Audrey in the office has been exceptional! We had to extend the lease quite a few times due to house renovation delays, but they always pulled through and were very pleasant to work with. We will miss this community, it has truly been a blessing.

This apartment complex is very nice and clean with very friendly and attentive staff. When we have brought concerns to the staff, they are always understanding and willing to fix the problem. Our neighbors are very friendly and there is a big population of doggies (which we love).Shout out to the leasing specialist, Renee, she is just amazing.

I live at Ridgeview apartments now for almost 2 years and I love it the people in the office is so nice and if you have a problem they are fast to fix the problem I came from living on a 100 acre farm and I thought I would have trouble adjusting to living in a apartment but it became pretty easy to get use to.. It is nice to live here because you are so close to stores and doctors and etc.and all the time you are close to being in the country,

We were unfairly charged for a carpet replacement upon move-out when there was absolutely no reason for a carpet replacement - no damages to the carpet at all. When we moved in we were told they would be replacing the carpets anyway when we moved out but since the person who told us that doesnt work here anymore, we have been billed unnecessarily. We have tried to contact Harbor Management about this issue with no response. Completely unprofessional.

This place only cares about weaseling money out of their tenants. The customer service is horrible. They sent me threatening emails and a court notice about a 2 day late rent payment without even letting me know that I owed them any money. The late fee wasn’t on the monthly statements so how would I know that I owed them any money. Look elsewhere, you will be much happier

The women in the office are very nice and professional. They go above and beyond trying to get any issues solved - making you feel at home when you move in.

I do not recommend living here it it totally not worth the money. They charge residents for trash removal but do not do anything about the surrounding neighborhoods dumping trash in the dumpsters so the are always over full. They do not cut the grass in the summer until it is quite high, I have made several complaints of visitors parking in reserved spots sometimes you cant park in front of your building making it hard to unload groceries, and lastly there is broken glass in the parking lot near a pet station that I have asked to be cleaned up and two weeks later it is still there I do not feel this is a pet or child friendly environment cant wait until my lease is over.

The space is great, neighborhood is nice, but dont expect peace and quiet. Whether or not your neighbors are respectful of noise depends completely on luck of the draw. You can hear conversations sometimes with people in the apartment below and above you if theyre talking loud enough. Also our upstairs neighbors dog barks at everything she sees when his screen door is open. Considering I work from home, it sounds like she is in our living room every time she barks and it is starting to affect my work and conference calls. I am starting to feel like the office staff find this to be just an inconvenience but it genuinely affects our quality of life. I am very frustrated as I feel we have no options for dealing with it other than trying our best to ignore it, but forget opening our windows when the weather is nice. We are looking forward to expanding our living options when our lease is up later this year. On the plus side the maintenance team is great.

With the exception of the being high, I find it a nice place to live. However the snow removal sucks. I find the apartments safe and secure. A hundred dollars more than they are worth, however they are the best apartments in Westminster.

Lived there for a few months last year. They management was very helpful, nice secure area. Quick response to maintenance issues. Very flexible with lease options.

Personable and accommodating rental agents. Beautiful pool..Very clean unit.

Recently asked for an outside light at the back door of the building, and it is a big helping going to and from my vehicle in the dark.

Very disappointment with the customer service. Information was inconsistent. Does anyone in this organization get any training at all?

This place is horrible. The management is not helpful, there is no privacy due to them recently cutting down all the trees and bushes in each circle, and they do not let more than two pets live there at a time (even though there are many people with more animals). I would not suggest moving here.
