Great overall. Did great during the Pandemic. We were late a couple times because of it. They worked with us effortlessly. Neighbors are very polite and courteous. Id recommend these units to anyone, really.

Not nearly enough kind words to say about Elaine and the other front desk staff, they were absolutely wonderful with keeping me informed and answering all my questions throughout the process. I have been living here for about two and a half years. From the very first call about openings, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the management team. They are all very responsive, and take concerns seriously, and I have nothing but appreciation for them! The maintenance team is quick to address problems, and has a 24-hour emergency line. The neighbors are mostly friendly and polite, though there have been a few less than pleasant individuals that have come and gone. Those types do not seem to stick around, thankfully. There are quite a few families that live here, and the church next door has a playground available. The complex also has a nice little dog park and several dog bathroom stations with trash bags and trash cans available. The units themselves are a nice size, with very large windows to let in plenty of natural light no matter which direction your unit faces. They recently (a year ago) replaced all of the windows to better quality and more energy efficient ones. At the same time, they updated the roofing on the buildings. While that was a noisy time, it was nice that they knocked it all out at once and things have been quiet since. They were very transparent with residents and provided regular updates on progress during the projects.Really, the only not-so-positive thing that comes to mind is that it can be a while for snow plows to come through the parking lot after a heavy snowfall. Having a little car, that means it is tough for me to get around before they finally plow, but not impossible.Between the amazing staff, distance to town, nice unit size, and the friendly atmosphere, I do enjoy living here and I would recommend it!

Great Community — I enjoy living here, and the complex has a great sense of community. My kids can always find other kids to play with when the weather is nice. The staff here is amazing, and go over and above to make everyone feel welcome The maintenance staff is quick to address any issues, and are very kind. Would recommend!!!

I love living at Meadowcreek Apts! Staff are always courteous and helpful. Most of the residents are friendly. Great location! Meadowcreek Apts are the most affordable apartments in the Westminster area.

This place is very dog and kid friendly. the apartments are large and people very welcoming. Staff here are great and easy to talk if a issue arise. you get weekly emails of things going on in the community and they even put in a residential appreciation day which was nice. I would definitely recommend meadow creek if you are looking for an apartment

My fiance and I recently moved back to MD from FL. We have lived in a couple different apartments but Meadow Creek Apartments so far is the best! The size of the apartments are very spacious with gray carpet which gives the apartment a much cleaner feeling. We have 2 dogs, this community is pet friendly which is very important to us as our animals are family. There is plenty of grounds to walk the dogs on and there is even a dog park! Laundry is not inside individual apartments but it is conveniently located on the second floor of each building. This is the best value you can find in the area.Aside from the apartments themselves, management is wonderful and very attentive. They work hard to make sure us residents are taken care of and happy. They also hold events for the residents every now and again. The day we arrived, they were actually having an ice cream social. The had drinks, hot dogs, and ice cream. It was a great way for everyone to mingle. We were able to get our apartment and lease signed all through email while living in FL so we could have a home when we got to MD. I highly recommend Meadow Creek Apartments for anyone looking to live in a friendly community with a caring staff!

Great place to live, affordable. They have a dog park, nice gym and a playground for kids to play. In the summer the public pool is right across the street easy to walk to.

Meadow Creek is an amazing place to live, they are very welcoming, and very attentive to their tenants. If ever there is an issue or concern it is quickly addressed and taken care of. My fiance and I moved out about 2 years ago and tried other places and by far this has been the beat place to live, we recently moved back in and havent thought about leaving. Their maintenance team is the best and always on top of things as soon as they come up. Also their ladies in the front office are just fantastic. They always make you feel welcome and they treat everyone like family as soon as you walk in!

Avoid this apartment complex! This would be fine with me if they were going to take care of the roach problem, which they haven’t! Also, there is no assigned parking and guests take all the spots. “Overflow” parking is available about a mile away from your building. Which is difficult when you have small children or groceries!

I just recently moved into this apartment complex. The staff here are fantastic and the neighbors are all very friendly! There is a community center near by, laundry on site, and a fitness center that is 24/7. These are great apartments for any type of person. The lot is clean, plenty of parking, and not noisey. The apartments themselves are clean and spacious. We love our new apartment!

I went to their Web site to see if it was worth my while to move here and discovered they dont list the cost of an apartment. I dont know why youd have a website and leave off important information. I will look elsewhere.

I love it here! Very quite neighborhood, spacious apartment with lots of natural light, and the staff is always going out of their way to make you feel at home. I highly recommend Meadow Creek to others.

This apartment complex is completely inconsiderate of the residents that live there. Not only have they raised the rent unexpectedly, but they do not provide adequate parking for the residents that live in the building. This is exceptionally inconvenient for residents with young children. If you are searching for an apartment complex that feels like home, this is not the place that you would want to live.

My husband and I just moved to these apartments this year. We absolutely love it here! The apartments are spacious, clean, updated, and have tons of closet space. The carpets are a dark grey color which is very nice and refreshing. The windows are large and allow a lot of natural light inside. Elaine is one of the most professional and caring business people I have ever seen. She is always super responsive, helpful, and you can tell she takes pride in herself on the community here. When we first took our tour of the grounds, residents were hanging around out side, and one of the things that impressed me about Elaine is she knew everyone by name and personally. It really sold me on the sense of community here. It’s just tucked away from the noise and busyness of Downtown but close enough everything is just a short drive. It’s defintely a great fit for a first apartment or small families. Maintaince and office staff have been nothing but super friendly. We are happy campers!

This is the worse place to people gets harassed all the time especially by the mean police lady that lives there in the complex. Most of the residents in the buildings near the church are so rude. They dont respect the Elders there what so ever

Meadow Creek Apartments are a wonderful place to live, very welcoming and warm environment, the staff are very professional and always eager to help in anyway that they can.

They have no parking and tenants get harassed by other tenants and management doesn’t do anything about it .

The parking for the residents of these apartments is horrible. There are no assigned parking for residents so guest take up all of the parking. Residents are forced to park in “over flow” parking which is far from their building. Not very safe at night! Residents also get harassed by other residents and the office does nothing about it. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Throughout the entire expierence the staff was super friendly and worked with us . The apartment is nice, very spacious and clean . Its a great location with near by schooling and shopping center, and a great community .

Worst place I have ever stayed!Apartment is poorly layed out. You cant reach the sink with the dishwasher open. Runs out of hot water before you can finish you shower. Washer and dryer didnt work for the first two weeks. When it was replaced the new one wont even get the clothes clean. Air conditioning didnt work...they supposedly fixed it and it still didnt work. You cant stand at the sink in the bathroom with the bathroom door open. The shower curtain provided was so cheap it didnt last two days before it ripped out. Kitchen light stopped working. The shelves in the freezer were missing. etc., etc., etc.The complex wasnt ready for the snow and did a lousy job of snow removal.Dont even think of renting a place there....

We have lived at Meadow Creek Apts since 2010. Our neighbors and other residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is a good area for businesses, school, etc. The leasing office employees on site and at the Owings Mills location are always very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance guys are awesome. Whenever there is a problem within our apartment, they are there as soon as possible to fix it. The community is safe and quiet.

I have been a tenant here for 1 year . One of the guys that leave in the building have been harassing me . I complain to the office they didn’t do anything. I told them why im going to leave after my 15 month lease is done.I told them that I don’t like feeling harassed by this guy making up all this lies about me . They said if I wanted to stay I could move to a different building! Why would i do that when im the one getting harassed??? And im not the only one he Did it to one of the elderly ladies that leave there too !!! They have been getting more tenants to the point that there is not parking for everyone. I send them an email about my concerns about parking and i got no response . They have put up more handicapped sings but no one uses them. I went to the office and all they said is I could park on the overflow parking there is tenants that have 3 cars park in there . Why don’t they assign parking I suggested that and they said they can’t do it. I pay $1100 for my apartment you would think they would give you at least one parking space !

Meadow Creek has been a great first time apartment. The staff has been amazing, and I would be staying if I were not moving to Denver.

There are no assigned spaces for the residents and it is not clear how many spaces they are permitted. All guests need to park elsewhere but overflow parking is not clearly established!!! What’s the point in handing out tickets if the rules aren’t clear?Complaints about other residents are clearly only taken into consideration if it is against an individual of color. It’s a no from me, I’ll be looking for housing elsewhere.

Don’t rent from this place. They allow tenants to VIDEO TAPE other tenants without the knowledge or consent. Tenants video tape the parking lot, as well as the inside of the building. Tenants have voice their concerns to management and there has been no resolve. DISGUSTING!!!
