Smoking is horrible. The apartment was not painted and there was large dirty spots on carpet. Management was nice but not professional, encouraging gossip among the tenants to her.

Spacious apartments, quiet neighborhood and attentive management!

I love my apartment. It is very spacious. Have made lots of wonderful friends at Sunnybrook.

Majorly mismanaged and really dont care about the tenants well being. Apparently you pay them rent, but if the living conditions are unacceptable then youre kinda on your own. The apartments are infested with all kinds bugs and it seems the property manager is not too concerned about it. Due to their lackluster efforts the elderly tenants have to pay out of pocket (1000.00) to try to get some kind of resolve. Imaging waking up only to have critters crawling across your stomach, sharing the bed, with you or even being afraid to walk on the carpet with out being bit! This is exactly whats going on there and the management...apparently, doesnt really care. Might expect this from a bad part of Baltimore or DC. Something really needs to be done about this. UGH!!

They allow smoking and it lingers in hallways.
