This is the best apartments that my fiance and I have lived at, Fred the leasing agent is amazing he is always on top of everything, and responds quickly and gets whatever the issue is fixed as fast as he can. Rent is fairly cheap for all that we get. Definitely would recommend living here.
My little family has called this place home for almost 5 years now. We love it here! I will admit when we first moved here in 2016 the office staff were terrible, but Jen and her crew came in and turned everything around! One thing I wish this place had was ceiling fans but other than that, its pretty perfect.
Office staff is excellent, very good in helping us transition from South Texas to Colorado. Above and beyond! They’re amazing!

Updating this review! Happy to report that the property maintenance team were able to resolve my issue - new blinds in the master bedroom. There was a miscommunication about the order time of the blinds, but they offered a mea culpa by ordering and installing another set of blinds for the 2nd bedroom! I appreciate the teams quick response and effort to make sure all maintenance issues are resolved in a reasonable amount of time and that I am satisfied with the work.
Whenever we have an issue (few as they are) all we have to do is put in a ticket and the next thing we know maintenance is here to resolve our issue.We have been living at The Village for approximately 8 years in two different appartments. A three bedroom in order to accommodate my mother-in-law, then a one bedroom when she went into assisted living.I have been on Social Security Disability since before we moved in to The Village and they have always been mindful of my conditions and limitations.Having said all of this we really have nothing negative to say about The Village at Legacy Ridge Apartments!
The management team here was great to work with, especially Fred. They made us feel comfortable when it comes to choosing to live here, knowing that we will have to talk to them if any questions come up. They were flexible, responsive, and professional.We received our security deposit back without any unexpected/ridiculous line item taken out from it.Great place to live!
Love living here! The rent is fairly priced for a TON of amenities, the management are quick to respond and also extremely courteous and maintenance issues are always resolved super quickly.
Beautiful location, functional floor plans but what makes this feel like home are the amazing staff members who go above and beyond to take care of the property and respond to residents requests. We moved from another property, same company, after some challenges, and Jennifer and the entire team handled it with utmost professionalism and efficiency. The staff showed such care and consideration for safety and health of all residents from outset of COVID pandemic in March 2020. Highly recommend!
Our move in experience was seamless thanks to the fantastic staff at the Village of Legacy Ridge Apartments. Fred, Suzette, and Jennifer were so quick and responsive and helpful. Its been such an easy experience-- exactly like you want a move in to be. The maintenance staff are also super friendly and attentive. Our apartment is perfect. The photo is a view from our balcony.

I have been fortunate enough to have lived all over ColoRADo and have dealt with so many pretentious staff.. downtown.. uptown, highlands... all over:: through all this craziness I have not found a staff OR a person like Suzette who is so understanding and so easy to work with through stressful times!So easy to move in with staff like Jenn, Suzette and Fred!Happy this is home for a year!
Great complex, whenever there was an issue the office team and maintenance helped in a timely manner. The area is very close to multiple Walmart’s and places to eat which is very convenient especially if you have a family.
To say “good quality” isn’t fair. We can’t believe how well maintained everything is here. It’s a joy to come home! The office staff is wonderful- especially Fred in the leasing office.

Current resident here! If you’re considering this to be your new home, don’t even hesitate! I can’t recommend this place enough, and that’s saying a lot because as you will soon realize, I’m a very particular and detail-oriented person who does too much research before making any kind of decision. (What, you don’t have binders with multiple tabs and detailed spreadsheets?) I’m very extra, so for me to leave a 5 star review and right-at-character-limit essay here should really speak for itself. For anyone reading this, I especially want to give special recognition and kudos to Fred and Jennifer.From my initial tour here, Fred has been amazing. He walked me through the unit and community, and was so friendly and personable. I came in with a clipboard, multiple pens (for backup, you know), and about 2-3 pages of questions. Fred went through my entire list with me and he was so, so patient. You can tell right away that they’re very transparent here, nothing shady at all like some other places I looked at. I knew after that first encounter that this was it; there’s no reason to go see other people (read: tour other apartments). A year later, I’m still so grateful to have found this gem and glad I went with my intuition and put my trust in Fred and Jennifer. They really go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and issues (if any) are solved promptly and fairly. Real talk, I feel so, so taken care of and safe here!My apartment is such a dream. It’s spacious with a high ceiling (I live on the third floor). All the appliances work well and are well-maintained. I had some friends over once before we went into full quarantine mode and they were surprised at how big my place is! The bedroom has a walk-in closet that is a legit walk-in closet. You know those closets that they say are “walk-in” but are really “squeeze-in-and-hold-your-breath” closets? Well, this here is the real deal. Ladies (and lads too), you will have no problems storing your collection of shoes here.I got Bunnie after I put in my application, so I didn’t even think to include doggy considerations in my very thorough cross-comparison-tracker spreadsheet. Not even an issue! This complex is very dog friendly. There’s a nice big outdoor area perfect for walking her and stations to easily get and throw away poop bags. Bunnie has met so many friends here!The maintenance staff here are so dedicated. All maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly with no issues. All requests Ive made have been conducted with social distancing so I never got to catch her name, but she’s so great and always waves to me from her golf cart. (Thank you!!!) Even with the huge snow storms and unpredictable Colorado weather, the stairs and sidewalks are always shoveled and safe by the time residents go to work.Well, if you’ve read this far, you’re in luck because you may have the opportunity to live in my unit. I’m relocating for work and family stuff and it’s such a bummer because I really love it here.But wait! The review doesn’t end here. Even with my moving out, Fred and Jennifer once again swoop in and surprise me with their amazingness. I had some logistical things to figure out with my lease and they were both so, so helpful and accommodating. Everything worked out with no stress at all. I’m like, in awe. Even when I already thought them to be the very best, they still find a way to absolutely delight me.I hope this review gives you full confidence to live here. It’s a real treat to be taken care of by Fred and Jennifer. I’m envious. When my circumstances change, I’m moving back here. The service individuals (Keith and Wendy) were prompt, thorough and meticulous in attending to several requests I had. They reflect the commitment factor that is highlighted from the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager (Jen and Suzette) and additional associate (Fred); to put residents and their cares first. I am very thankful to have such attentive and supportive providers as they have been and continue to be a blessing to my life and the lives of my neighbors. A job exceedingly well done!
Ive lived here for almost 3 years with my boyfriend and we plan to renew for another 13 months. We love our spacious, quiet third floor unit that backs up to the open space. Having access to the trail system and library across the street are huge for me. The staff is very accommodating and weve never had any issues. They keep the amenities clean and they put on community events. Its a great place to call home!
The staff are excellent--kind and responsive. We didnt have the best move-in experience (our apartment was quite dirty), but they did everything they could to fix things, and have since been wonderful. Cigarette and pot smoke are unfortunately fairly common within the complex, so sometimes we have to rush around and close all our windows. The amenities are good and theyve done their best to maintain access safely during Covid19.MY FAVORITE THING: the location. The view we have of the mountains is spectacular. There are walking trails in every direction, some in cute neighborhoods and some in undeveloped land, so pick what you like and go for miles!
Ive lived here a little over a year now, and I love it. The staff here have always been wonderful, the amenities are great, and its close to everything I need. Ive moved around a lot in the last 10 years, but I renewed here. Happy to be a resident.
Great place to live! The management team are very nice and friendly. The maintenance team are also great. Sometimes problems take a couple of times to get fixed, but they do get fixed. And I was absolutely thrilled when they didn’t hike the price when it came time to renew the lease.
We were tenants for 3 years at the Village. This was our first Apartment rental experience in Coloardo. We moved here sight unseen and nervous as heck. I had a million questions and our leasing consultant took the time to answer all of our questions and made the process seamless. From the day we signed our Lease, to coordinating move in, and throughout tenancy, our experience with The Village @ Legacy Ridge and their management team has been amazing. Julie and her team in the office do a fabulous job making sure we were well informed of any pertinent information. The property is VERY well maintained and the maintenance team is extremely helpful and responsive. We couldnt have asked for more from a Landlord. Thank you to the Village Team for making our experience a GREAT one!
Very welcoming community, I just moved in and I already feel so at home. Fred in the office has been SO awesome in helping me get setup in my new apartment! He has made the process so smooth and pleasant, I am very grateful. Would recommend to anyone!
I have lived here for a year and love it. Fred has been so helpful with any questions or concerns we have. Parking can be difficult at times, but other than that I love the area and pricing for our beautiful apartment.
I have lived at these apartments for about a year and a half and have had plenty of positive experiences. This past weekend, I took my daughter and a couple of her friends to use the on-site movie theater for her birthday. It worked out perfectly! Fred helped me about a week in advance to make sure everything was working smoothly and that I knew how to use the technology. On the actual day, Fred got us all set up and was super helpful and kind with my daughter and her friends. The kids loved it!
I’ve been a habitual mover, never found an apartment I loved, or if I loved the apartment the staff was horrible there. Moved into Village at Legacy Ridge two years ago now and have felt at home since move in day. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond in everything they do. Just one example, Fred knew my husband and I had our wedding coming up and made a point to ask if anything in the apartment needed attention prior to family coming. At another point in time we had some hot water issues (it happens) my thought has always been stuff happens but how the resolution occurs is what matters. The office worked though all our issues for us (listened to me vent) apologized, and was able to provide a gift card to us as an apology. The office staff here understands customer service, and the apartments themselves are wonderful. The ONLY reason we are leaving is because we’ve purchased our own home, otherwise we’d be around to continue to bug Fred 😉 If you’re on the fence about this community I hope this review sells you. It’s your loss if you don’t move in.
I love this community. The staff is very helpful within this apartment community.I have lived many places in my life and had good and bad experiences. The Village at Legacy Ridge is the first place I have lived where I have had an EXCELLENT experience. I can only speak to the last 7 months I have lived here but I can say, without hesitation, it has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. The staff have been gracious, helpful, encouraging and extremely professional. To the entire front office and the maintenance team I say THANK YOU for service and support beyond exceptional. I am a VERY happy resident.The Village at Legacy Ridge has a TON of land around it for your dog to run and play in. They provide the pet stations and bags for pick up.I highly recommend this place!!!!

Great place to live in Westminster! Central to a ton of shops, restaurants and bars in the area, plus golf if youre into that like I am! Loved our one bedroom apartment with mountain views and the only reason we moved out is to buy a house for our growing family. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Theyve built a great community and Id suggest it to anyone!

My bathroom towel rack came out of the wall this is the second time and they moved it up but the towel rack was still crooked its not straight at all and when they fix it the first time they only fixed one side so that was crooked. They never cleaned up the mess from the wall in my bathroom they just left a big mess both times that they fixed it . I asked for a new filter and I never got one in the hallway.
Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Anytime I call about maintenance they are always on top of it. They always respond is a timely manner. I love living here. The community is well kept and clean. It’s a great place to live!

My family and I moved into an apartment recently after selling our home and every question we have is always answered with a quick response to our satisfaction.I have talked to Fred the majority of the time in the front office and he is incredible at making sure you are happy and stress free during the move-in period, as well as, during your stay. When Fred was not in the office I talked to Jennifer and Suzette who assisted me with everything I needed with great customer service as well. All three are always happy and willing to help. I really appreciate Fred, Jennifer, and Suzette and they are the reasons why I moved into The Village at Legacy Ridge Apartments.As I sit and write this review, I want you to know how much I also really appreciate Wendy and Keith who are part of the apartment maintenance crew. Not only are the apartments and shared amenities great, the staff are nothing short of amazing. Theyre extremely friendly and helpful.There was a month where autopay failed so I didnt realize that I hadnt paid rent and I was about 2 weeks overdue. I got a very nice call asking me if everything was ok and if I needed help with payment plans or other accommodations. I was speechless, Ive rented from other places so I know this isnt the norm, this is above and beyond.

After living a year in this apartments and renewing for an other. I would just like to rave about how wonderful the staff is, from dog parties to pool parties they are very personable and great with your furry friends. I love bring my dog to the office just to visit, the staff loves him too. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient most requests being completed the same day or the very next. No extended wait times.

I have lived at the Village at Legacy ridge for 11 months and could not be happier. The staff is amazing, the apartments are wonderful, the neighbors are kind, and the amenities are very homey. I especially appreciate the pool, jacuzzi (open year round) and propane grills. The complex also backs up to hundreds of miles of trails (directly on the Big Dry Creek Trail), and is across from the Westminster Public Library. Most importantly, the people who work in the front office (Jenn, Suzette, Fred) as well as the maintenance staff (Keith and Wendy) are as kind, helpful, and welcoming as I have experienced anywhere. There are tons of perks, from puppy parties to Saturday yoga classes to Mothers Day flower bouquets. Ive already renewed my lease and moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. I cant imagine living anywhere else!
**UPDATE** I want to be very clear, I AM NOT the property manager. I happen to share the same name as her, but she spells her name SARA and I spell mine SARAH. Sarah is one of THE most popular names of our time so it’s not unrealistic that she would have the same name as someone that lives here. My last name is just my last initial for my own privacy on here but my last name starts with an S and hers starts with an H. People are going to say negative things about their experiences and that is their right but do not use my positive experience as a negative. I have now been here 3 months and am still very happy.Great move in experience - I live in a standard apartment and love it. I have lived here for 30 days and the office and maintenance team is incredibly responsive and very helpful. I put in a work order for a light fixture that was out and it was repaired within hours of me entering it! The complex is clean and well kept. Parking is always going to be a challenge at any apartment complex. I have always found a spot to park on property at various hours but it is not always right next to my building. I have no problem walking to get to my apartment, but if being able to park right next to your apartment is something that is important to you make sure to factor in costs of a carport or garage when you are shopping. If you dont want to pay for parking but complain about not having an assigned parking space, get a house.
We have only been living at the Village for a couple weeks now, but so far, so great! The community is welcoming, friendly, and quiet. The staff have been very accommodating. We discovered some ugly wall patches upon our move-in the the staff offered to repaint without hesitation. We were disappointed to find that our apartment did not have a built-in desk, after it was communicated that there would be. But other than that, we have had a very positive experience and love our apartment so far!
I would like to give a huge shout out to the maintenance crew at the Village at Legacy Ridge. They did a great job of cleaning up the compactor area. They had to clean up things left behind and they really made it better for all of us. Thanks Keith and Wendy for all you do.Tim Rash
This is the place I’ve ever rented from! I’m resigning my leasing again. The staff are so nice! They have a great new manager making sure everything is done accordingly! The neighborhood is beautiful and it’s quite. There’s an amazing walking trail on the backside of the apartments that’s great for biking too!
I love everything about living here! It’s really quiet and I love my patio and my attached garage and the staff and location! I have no complaints! The only thing I would like here that I don’t have is in updated kitchen, but all in all, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here!

I have lived in apartments for almost 30 years, and have been at Village at Legacy Ridge since 2015. This is hands down the best community Ive ever lived in. We have assigned parking, its very quiet and neighbors are friendly. He grounds are maintained well and the office staff is very professional, responsive and friendly.Maintenance is nothing short of amazing - they always respond quickly and get the job done right. Both Keith and Wendy are tops and go over and above. Any issue is resolved within hours.When my water heater blew out in the middle of 5 degree weekend weather they went over and above to make sure I had space heaters and accommodations until the new one arrived.Great location, great service from our property manager and her staff.I plan to live here for years to come.

I have lived here for 3 years now and have been mostly happy with everything. The office staff and maintenance people are the best of anyplace Ive lived. They take good care of the grounds, and most maintenance calls are worked the same day. Theres no accounting for rude noisy neighbors, you will get them almost everywhere you go. The parking problems seem to have been resolved. Im happy how they manage this family friendly community. They try to run a tight ship.

This review is based off of my experiences as a guest. I have a friend that lives in this community and have been here a few dozen times. This place has the worst guest parking Ive ever seen. The last couple of times I was here I could only find guest parking three buildings away. During the day thats not an issue but I dont wanna be walking that far at night by myself.During my last visit I reached under the sink into the cabinet to grab something and cut my hand on a screw that was sticking out. They installed the toilet paper roll with 2 inch screws so almost the whole thing was sticking out the other side with no protection or cover over it. There are a bunch of other minor things like that that I could mention but overall its just an OK basic place. I probably would t recommend this community to any of my friends.
The property is well maintained, the valet garbage is a god send, and the pool area is beautiful. The maintenance team is very friendly and timely in their response to work orders. We love living here!
Moved in last week and the best thing apart from the clean, safe community is the staff. Theyre super friendly and understand and respect the needs of their clients. Theyre prompt and respond as quickly as they can - which is a rarity lately. The apartments too are well maintained. Would definitely recommend!
I have been a resident at The Village at Legacy Ridge for the past 3 years. The staff Sarah, Arlene, Drew and Keith are phenomenal. If anyone is looking for a place to call home, look no further. This is not only an apartment complex, but the staff put there hearts into making you feel valued and jump to resolve issues immediately. The office doesnt respond or take care of any issues that are brought to their attention (well, and the parking is horrible)...like the 20+ complaints about the very LOUD neighbors above us. Suzette (office staff) informed us that we should call 911 the next time it happens. seriously? We recently reached out to Tom Klaess, Vice President of Operations for the Colorado area and while he was quick to respond to the original telephone message, he has ignored every message I have sent since then. It is a shame that after 4 years of living here, the on-site management and that of the corporate office cannot take care or even respond to their residents. The main reason that we are leaving is because absolutely nothing has been done about the disrespectful neighbors. I feel really bad for the next tenants in this unit. I guess Milestone would rather have loud and obnoxious tenants than those that have had loyalty to the property, paid rent on time every month and take pride in their home. It used to be good here, sorry to see it go down like this.****UPDATE**** they claim that resident satisfaction is their top priority however I have reached out twice in the past week to the managements response and have not heard a peep out of them. Obviously, it is just a standard response to a bad review. much disappointment.
I love how personable you all are. Sara at the leasing office is amazing. I adore Jen and Arlene too. I mostly get assistance from Sara. Drew & Keith always say hi whenever we pass each other around the complex. They are both so friendly and helpful when theres issues in my unit. One afternoon, I came home and the garage door wouldnt open all the way. The spring had broke. Keith & Jen made sure to get someone out there, who fixed it all that same afternoon. I also love that these apartments have in unit washer/dryer.
**** Update!!! There has been a changeover in management at the office and they have RESOLVED THE PARKING ISSUE! Hallelujah! Weve lived here for 3 years and had our cars towed from the limited amount of parking in the lot......the new staff has assigned permits for registered vehicles and weve never had an issue since! Thank you guys so much!The ABSOLUTE WORST place to live if you drive a car. We pay $1500 a month for rent and have had our REGISTERED vehicles towed twice due to lack of parking. The staff doesnt care at all about their residents in this situation.
Apartments are nice, well maintained. I like my private entrance, which not everyone has. The garage is nice. The only issue I see is parking, which luckily we dont have to deal with because we have a garage. But there is definitely not enough parking for the amount of apartments here. There are always cars parked on any curb they can find.
This was the greatest place I lived. I was here for almost 4 years, and it was the best place in Westminster. The ladies in office always helped when I had an issue, I knew the maintenance people by name, and they kept it clean!
We loved it so much we came back a year later. Cicely, Michelle, & Arlene are so helpful; if there are any issues, they are taken sincerely and are addressed in a timely and professional matter. The complex itself is clean and safe, and it is close by to many running trails and open space. This will be our third year living here, and we are very happy with it!

We have been living here for a few years. We would not recommend this place to anyone because of the parking issue, but that is not the primary issue I would like to raise.We were recently harassed by the on-site security officer, whom unfortunately lives in the same building as us. We had company over and they brought their dogs with them. This is not the first time we’ve entertained these particular guests. As is normal, our guests’ dogs were playing with our own dog and we were chatting. At about 7:30 on a Saturday night, he knocked on the door and issued us a warning for noise. Bear in mind if what he was claiming about “a lot of noise” was true—which I am highly doubtful of given that there was nothing unsually noisy about how they were playing—he could have approached us as our neighbor and a reasonable person about this first. Instead, he chose to flex his authoritative muscle just simply because he was having a bad day or whatever his excuse for his inappropriate behavior was. If he really wanted to address noise problems, his efforts would be better directed at the people in our building who allow their dogs to bark for up to 30 minutes at a time.

Great place to live. The office staff is very friendly and will do their best to accommodate you in any way possible. Maintenance staff is very professional and do a thorough job in ensuring the grounds are attractive and well taken care of.
I’ve lived here for 7 years. Just started my 8th. The location is perfect for me. Parking is a premium and I blame that on those who built this complex.... There were not forward thinkers. I’ve been through two owners and multiple staff. All have treated me well. Nothing in life is perfect so 4 stars it is.
Our family has been here since June of 2018 and we absolutely love it. We came from another milestone property hands down the best company to lease from. That not only welcomed our family of 4 but also our 4 legged addition to the family with love. They also have monthly events for the family which is amazing to know the office staff and other people in the community. All our maintenance issues have been answered promptly and never issues with getting it done in a timely manner. We have a garage so parking hasnt been an issue but we also have never had issues with parking since move in and we were clearly explained with how it works. I couldnt think of a better community to live in for any family size. Please check this community out and give this place a chance.
Upon moving in the place is outstanding beautiful. Suzette was the first person we were help by. She was very professional and helpful, she was very knowledgable of the complex and gave plenty of detail on how all the amenities work. Also gave good description on how the parking works, its nice not having to worrie about a parking pass and not getting your car towed. Looking forward to the future in this place because beautiful apartment, great staff, beautiful amenities and facilities, also great locations. Very happy with our choice of moving to the village at legacy ridge.
No parking. Do not recommend. Especially no parking if you work 6 jobs with strange hours just to pay the ridiculously high rent and get back late at night. Also, they are no help in the office and will have your car towed if you park in the little circle out front past 9.... which you have to do.. because there is no parking. Will not be signing a lease here again. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT SOMEWHERE TO PARK AT NIGHT.

Awesome place, we have a upgraded unit and its very nice! We hardly hear our neighbors, parking does suck after a certain time but we got a carport after our first tow :( ($300 bucks DO NOT PARK WHERE YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED!) Apartments are a bit small not enough storage space but other then that we love the location and everyone is mature and considerate. The Office staff is also very helpful and we have had no issues with the apartment (appliances, maintenance issues, Ect.) so we are very happy campers especially after horrible experiences at other apartment complexes. Ratings and Reviews matter!
Looking for a place is hard but Suzette made everything easy. When I have any concerns or need work done I get a response ASAP. This is a wonderful place to live.
Being completely honest most of these reviews aren’t telling half the story. Three main issues this place needs to fix. 1) Tenants have no control over their AC unit year round... let that sink in for a bit. If leasing thinks you need Heat for that season no matter if it’s hot or cold! you get heat only no matter the change in weather. The same goes for the AC. Countless times I have called the leasing office demanding they turn on both, since I am the one paying for this unit almost 1,400/mo. and sitting in a extremely cold/ hot apartment sweating or freezing when I have no control over my thermostat isn’t my favorite thing to do. If you‘ve lived in Colorado you’d know this weather isn’t a joke and changes instantly. 2) Increase in rent. Boy oh boy this place plays a lot of GAMES with how they increase the rent and I’m just going to leave it at that. Take my word you have {{many options}} that offer the same amenities with less issues. Being a resident here for almost 3 years this is a serious problem. 3) parking is something they have been trying to fix for years but nothing ever changes. This gray area seems to be a complete MONEY MAKER for this place along with all the other issues. I’m shocked that car ports are an additional $45/ mo and a garage is an additional $135 ish/mo. and if you park your car after hours in the front loop (due to the limited parking) your at risk of being towed because they failed to implement more parking spaces. In my opinion it seems like a way to STRONG-ARM the tenants into paying for covered parking and/or a garage. My advice READ the fine print carefully! another side note is if you have a company vehicle sleep with one eye open because it will get towed if you don’t have a garage!The reason for one star is explained in full detail above! I loved staying here. It broke my heart when I had to move to Boulder for school. I attempted to commute but 36 is a nightmare and I just had to move closer. Otherwise I wouldve stayed here indefinitely. Great staff, terrific amenities and just across the street from Front Range Community College
Thought I would love living here but have been very disappointed with the parking situation, which was not mentioned until after the lease was signed. There is almost no parking for a large complex and it is so bad sometimes that I have to park in a neighborhood down the street and walk to the apartment complex. They staff has not been helpful with trying to solve the problem and I have received what I perceived as down right rude behavior from them. One would think that an apartment complex that looks so nice from a glance would have an issue as minor as parking figured out, but that is not the case. If you want to pay almost 1600 dollars a month to park a quarter mile from your residence then live here. Otherwise steer clear of this place.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! Moved here from out of state and it was ok at the time. The apartments are nice, although they are a bit expensive. After a year of living there, they jacked our rent up more than 25% for a year lease. The month to month price was OUTRAGEOUS so we decided to just move out. Found an apartment IN DENVER for not much more. After being moved out for 8 months, I received a collections notice. Called the office at The Village and was rudely told I definitely got the final bill, they are sent via certified mail. When asked to prove that they had, they sent me proof that THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. They then left one voicemail (I dont use voicemail) and didnt try to contact me again. 8 MONTHS LATER I get a collections notice and a blemish on my credit!!! Meanwhile, the primary method of contacting me has been email, which they said didnt work. Even though we have exchanged dozens of emails in the past. NOW they are being completely rude with me and saying I just need to take it up with collections even though it should have NEVER BEEN SENT TO COLLECTIONS. I would have paid the bill when I first received it, no problem. Thanks THE VILLAGE AT LEGACY RIDGE. You are inept at your jobs and should be fired for putting an unnecessary blemish on my credit and for being incredibly rude!!!!!
GREAT PLACE TO LIVE !!!!! I have been an apartment renter for years and this is by far the best place I have ever lived. They take care of every complaint (happily!) and the place is so nice (and quiet)! I recommend it to anyone looking!!!
This is gonna be long. I wanted to like this place...I really did. The office staff is nice, my neighbors are nice, and it is pretty quiet. However, my issue is with major appliances not working. I have lived here for less than 3 months. First, my A/C unit stopped working. Maintenance came and fixed it. They turned off the heat, and in doing so, also turned off my hot water, so I had to go out and turn that back on myself. The A/C worked for a day, then stopped working again. I put in a maintenance request, but before they even checked it out, I got a phone call at work - it was the office requesting entry into my unit because there was water intrusion in the unit below me. Yup, my hallway was flooded by the broken A/C. So - I came hope to ripped up carpet and blowers. They did put a portable A/C unit in my apartment. Loud and not terribly effective, but at least I had it. So - eventually got a note that the vendor would be out to fix it. Waited 2 weeks with no word, so I finally contacted maintenance. Oh, they didnt realize the vendor had never come. I feel like it should be their job, not mine, to check up on this. Anyway, they finally had someone come fix it and put everything back together. I am still scared that its either going to fail or flood or both at any point. Also - being Colorado, we were fluctuating between 80 degree days and snow. My heat had been turned off, so I FROZE on those cold days. So...a couple weeks later, I noticed my fridge seemed not cold enough. I turned down the temperature...still warm, and I realized it was definitely not my imagination. I put in a maintenance request last Saturday. To my delight, maintenance called Sunday morning to say they had ordered a new fridge and it would be here the 30th. I wasnt sure why it was gonna take that long to get a new one (pretty sure you can go to a store and buy one right away), but oh well. So its the 30th. Hadnt heard anything, but I thought I was going to come home to a new fridge. Nope. This week I have had to throw out everything in my fridge and freezer, plus either go to the store every day or eat out. Most expensive place I have ever lived and I am throwing a fridge full of food out. If it doesnt come tomorrow, I will have to buy a cooler and ice, cause I cant take this any more. I emailed the office again. I hate complaining, but good grief, I need stuff to work. Oh, and I went to do laundry the weekend I moved in - good thing I looked at the dryer vent hose before using because 1) it was not hooked up and 2) I had to go buy one because the one there was FULL of holes. It was a Sunday evening and I really needed to do laundry, so I bought a new one and installed it myself (which was really difficult because its such a small space). I didnt complain about that to the office, but there it is. So even though I like the community, I just dont trust anything to work and stay working. I will mostly likely not renew my lease.P.S. and last night I noticed that my thermostat is sparking when my A/C turns off. Pretty sure this place is cursed...UPDATE: The staff here has made all the difference. Jennifer and Fred at the office were super helpful and helped to make it right. It still sucked not having a fridge for over a week, but I really appreciate the kindness of the staff. We will hope nothing else goes wrong! If something does (heaven forbid!), I know that Jennifer has my back. I have updated my rating to reflect my satisfaction.
My girlfriend and I have lived here going on three years or so and have had no major problems. Maintenance is on top of the work orders. Not sure who works in the office anymore (havent had to pick up a package in awhile).Like any place your going to have problems, our first year we had loud upstairs neighbors but the problem was resolved pretty fast. I see a lot of people complain about parking, but I get home every night around 10pm-ish and I can easily count 10+ open spots. Other than that its in a great location. Your pick of supermarkets, shopping, library/community college, and restaurants nearby.
I just wanna say thank you to the staff had a problem with my dryer a few times got frustrated that it wasn’t fixed correctly so I called in and spoke with Suzette and she literally turned my day around got a new dryer in an also cleaned my carpets for me she was absolutely great very professional she is a huge asset to your company she deserves the most great customer service very outgoing very polite like I said made my day kudos to her an the staff thank you you’re the best
My fiance and I moved in here on the 23rd, not only did the staff go above and beyond to get us into our apartment but they loved on our service dog Zeus throughout the entire process! Ive read some reviews on here and just want to shed light on a few things people have problems with-Parking- its not perfect, but its not as bad as people say. We work 2 totally different schedules and have never had to walk more than 3 minutes.Rude staff- Completely false, unless this property JUST got a new staff. I sat in the main office for HOURS waiting to see if we got approved like an absolute spaz and the women in the main office were just wonderful. Joking around with me and calming me down when I stormed in the office in tears over our current situation. Later when we went to see our apartment we met some maintenance staff and they were AWESOME, giving us tips on parking and dog walking routes.Over all we are SO happy with our move and LOVE our new place.-Caitlin and Tyler 💚💚
Maintenance is the best. 2 of them helped me change one of my tires. I would have struggled by myself they saved me.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! Sara was so nice to my husband, until she saw me. A black African women married to a white man. She also being rude toward me and yelling my kids for some candy and water. she doesnt its when i go to the office. She complain and write me up about my dog, but she never take action about my complain. The washer and dryer stop working after a month living here never fix so my husband and i use our own washer and dryer. The apartments are nice, although they are a bit expensive. After a year the rent will go up more than 25% for a year lease. I guest when we move out they going to ask us to paid for them.
This is the best place in the world. I dont think I could have found a better place.
