Weve lived here for a few years. We absolutely love these townhouses. Quiet neighbors, great amenities, awesome floor plan (we live in a 3-story end unit with bay windows). The staff are always friendly. Prompt response to tickets from maintenance. Beautiful area and just a small drive to get to Boulder or Denver. Bradburn Village has a great selection of shops, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. Our daughters school, The Academy Charter School, is also within walking distance. It is on the pricey side of the spectrum but you get what you pay for. We wont be moving until we can purchase an actual house in the Bradburn area.
I have been here a while and have dealt with Renesha many times. Renesha is extremely helpful, and such an amazing addition to this place!! Anything that ever comes up (not often) Renesha handles and clears it up immediately. I am very happy living here, and the staff definitely helps that.
Unit is nothing luxury, but gets the job done. Packages frequently taken from porches, but you can put up a video doorbell which helps. Year around heated pool is super nice and the food nearby is convenient. Not nearly enough space available in the recycling center for all the units - the homes near there get a frequent view of recycling piled in their parking lot.
Id like to thank Renesha Berry for all her assistance during a very trying time for myself and family. Renesha was extremely helpful as I had to move out of Bell Bradburn due to a family emergency. She made this difficult time easier and I cannot thank her enough!!
I have lived at Bell Bradburn for almost 3 years. If you are looking for a safe, quite, clean and fun place to live, I highly recommend Bell Bradburn. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee!
Not only did I have my car broken into twice while paying extra to have covered parking so I could have a light over my car, but I also had my original birth certificate and passport stolen from my mailbox and was not informed through email or even a phone call. When I called Bradburn to evaluate the situation on where my mail was, Stepanie somehow made the situation about herself and her feelings and offered no help towards my situation or even tried to see if she could help. I do not recommend overpriced living with no security or feeling of safety. This is a very serious matter on who has my identification right now, so of course I am upset. Thanks for listing to my Ted Talk.
My roommate and I just recently moved to Bradburn and we could not be happier to have found a place that feels like home here. Ernie, our maintenance guy, is always on top of it! He always completes our service requests in a timely manner (always by the day of or after!) and is very sweet. The rest of the staff communicates well which makes our interactions pleasant. Also its a very dog friendly community!
I have been a resident of Bell Bradburn for three years, and have been very pleased with my overall experience. The neighborhood continues to be safe and well maintained. Stephanie and Christine (office management) are fantastic to work with. They both are personable and professional, take the time to listen and hear concerns and needs of residents, and follow-through in a timely and thoughtful manner. The maintenance team is also fantastic. They are personable, professional, and timely as well. Bell Bradburn continues to be a great place to live!
I toured the Bell Bradburn apartments with my mom this past weekend. She recently moved to Colorado form L.A and it was important to me to find a place that she felt safe, comfortable and walkable. Christine showed us a model unit and some of the amenities (some were closed due to Covid restrictions). Christine was not only super friendly, but also extremely personable. She remembered what my mom liked and didnt like about the other floor plans she toured the week prior (I was impressed!). The property was gorgeous. I got a great vibe from the apartments which felt like a little village. My mom applied that day and happy to say she is moving in next month. Cant wait to visit!
Bell Bradburn has been a great place to live and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences since we moved here in June. Anyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful. We were looking for places to rent during the start of quarantine/social distancing and Christine was kind enough to go into the specific townhome we were interested in and send us pictures so that we could get a feel of the unit. They try to make it feel like a community by hosting events like neighborhood contests and getting food trucks on site for everyone. We love it here!
I love my townhome!!! This neighborhood is close to trails and great restaurants. I have had amazing experiences with the office staff and maintenance. My home is amazing and was pristine when I moved in. Everyone was super helpful, especially with my moving during quarantine. It was easy which was less stress for me. Highly recommend Bell Bradburn ☺️
Ernie is the BEST. Hes always so incredibly helpful with everything, answers any questions we might have and is overall such a nice person. We have had a lot of maintenance issues since weve moved in (ranging from small cosmetic issues that we felt bad for bothering him about to big things we literally have no idea how to fix). He always shows up as quickly as he can and is always happy to help. We LOVE Ernie and are so very grateful for all his help.
Christine Wisdom was a huge help with the application process. She made it easy and stress free. Her follow up after was great as well.Renesha Berry was a charm and was very helpful when it was time to get the keys and she followed to make sure I met all requirements beforehand.Thank you ladies for your exceptional customer service.
I moved in this weekend and am so happy with my decision. I have had the pleasure of working with Renesha Berry and she made the entire process painless. She answered all of my questions immediately and has just been super helpful all around. My new home is so cute and Im excited for life here at Bell Bradburn.
Bell Bradburn has been a place we call home for our family thanks to Renesha Berry.! She not only held the exact unit we wanted for over a month, she kept us on her list of contacts once the pricing met our budget. Her customer service skills are outstanding and invaluable to the community. Stop by and see her. She’ll get you right.!
Ive lived in this community for a month now and I really like it! We never visited the property before choosing it (as we were coming from out of state) and I feel like we hit a home-run! Christine (in the leasing office) is extremely helpful and responsive! Thanks for everything that you do!!!
I submitted two maintenance requests regarding separate issues on Sunday night. Ernie (I believe that was his name?) called me on Monday morning to tell me he was on his way over. He fixed the plumbing and the electrical issue quickly, easily less than an hour. Everything is working now!
Bell Bradburn has been one of the better locations and is easy to work with. Our family has been waiting to move into our house while it is being redone. Renesha Berry is one of the best property associates and has been helpful through the process! Highly recommend!
My family and I have been living here for about 5 months now and have had an amazing experience! Christine Wisdom in the leasing office has been beyond helpful at responding to all of our needs. She is an absolute joy to work with and has made moving in and getting settled a breeze. The entire Bradburn team has been so helpful and we love living here! Great community!
Ive lived at Bell Bradburn for over a year now and its been great! Renesha was awesome in helping me get a feel for my apartment before moving in, which was very helpful given I was unable to view the exact apt. beforehand. Ernie is always very quick to respond to maintenance requests and does a great job
We love these apartments! They are super nice inside and spacious. Christine in the office is always so helpful. The maintenance guys are great too! I highly recommend checking them out.
Ive been here for more than a year and I really like my apartment! Its very calm and well maintained. I like the pool area and all the amenities. Renesha is very reactive if you need any help.
I have lived here for 3 yrs. Many headaches bc of painting remodeling etc but the neighborhood my neighbors and the staff outweigh the negatives.I have interacted w Christine Wisdom and she is always responsive professional but most of all genuine.I have young kids as does she and she always is going above and beyond with addressing concerns or issues.Another person worth mentioning is Stacey the new manager of maintenance. She is also very professional helpful and respectfulIt is clear she doesnt just see a maintenance issue as her job but an opportunity to better serve the residents of the community. This place is not cheap and we need more space and are getting a house otherwise I would be happy to stay indefinitely. You cant go wrong w Bell Bradburn
We absolutely love living here! Renesha was excellent at making our move and transition as seamless as possible. Will recommend to anyone wanting to live in the Westminster area.
I absolutely love living here! Christine Wisdom was such a huge help with our tour, the application process, and helping us move in. I have found everyone here to be responsive and helpful. I love Food Truck Friday, I love the neighborhood, the landscaping, and my unit. I just want to say Thank You to everyone here!
Bradburn has been a great community to live in and I have always appreciated Renesha‘s customer service! She has been helpful and patient with residents’ requests. If you are looking for a wonderful area to live Bradburn is the place!
I lived here four years and really enjoyed the amenities and the staff. they always responded to my needs/concerns quickly. Christine Wisdom in particular was fabulous to work with in the front office. Nothing but good things to say about the staff/property.
Ive lived at Bradburn for almost 2 years and have very much enjoyed it. Very nice units, quite area, close to shopping, and food!Christine Wisdom was very helpful when renewing my lease and worked with me on several options.
I have lived here for three years. In that time, there has been quite a turnaround of employees in the leasing office. I can say with full confidence that the current team is the best yet! Renesha has such a fun personality and I always look forward to talking with her. Ernie, the lead maintenance employee does the work of several maintenance employees. I recently had a water leak and he was knocking on my door within 30 minutes of me reporting it. Not much later Renesha was calling me to follow up. Thank you Bell Bradburn team, keep it up! :)
Best property management company Ive ever experienced in all my years of being a renter. They are very responsive to maintenance issues (which is a huge plus) and the office staff, key shout out to rockstar Renesha Berry, are super personable and accommodating. I highly recommend Bell Bradburn and so happy I made the choice to move here!
I am not sure exactly where to begin...I moved to Bell Bradburn in July 2020, under not the best personal circumstances. I am sure I was a bit of a challenge (to say the least) as I complained about everything. The graciousness, kindness and yet still professional attitude of all the sweet office staff: Christine, Stephanie and Renesha was off the charts! I felt they all TRULY cared about making sure I felt at home...fast forward to now...my apartment has become my haven (after making it my own), the neighborhood is so very nice (as well as the neighbors)...and most importantly I feel so safe while walking either morning or evening! Now backtrack... betweenJuly and September I had several differ issues come up and not only did maintenance get to all my needs in a timely manner, Ernie might possibly be one of the kindest, hardworking young men I have ever met! He also made me feel that he so wanted me to feel safe and at home. And these days, though I dont need maintenance services anymore...Ernie always is sure to say hello and quick visit when driving by or walking near my patio. The same goes for all the girls in the office...I do love it here!
Bell Bradburn is quick to resolve maintenance requests. The other day I had an after hours request for a defective smoke alarm, and Ernie was quick to respond and provided quick and effective resolution.
I worked with Christine Wisdom who helped me with all my questions and responded quickly. She set up a walk through of a model apartment and was courteous and on time. Im looking forward to the move!
Christine Wisdom is EXCELLENT to work with. Professional, friendly and so helpful. I absolutely love this community and recommend it highly! I may never leave. :)
Recently I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom within BellBradburn and had to interact with the front desk often to insure I had all my ducks in a row. Renesha stood out to me because she was available to me by phone regardless of how frequently I would call as well as being available in person by social distancing and making sure I felt good about my move. She went above and beyond to assist me. I’m grateful and very happy in my new apartment. The BellBradburn is somewhere I would most definitely recommend to others as I’ve personally lived there off and on since 2015.
We had an issue with our Dryer and drain. Ernie came in and professionally and quickly repaired our items. Were very please to have him help us.
I have had a good experience here so far. Renesha has been especially helpful with so many questions I sometimes need to ask 🤷🏻♂️Thank you againEveryone there has been friendly and treated us well. Honestly I could name a few more people too like Christine, Ernie, etc.👍🏼Edit: how could I forget to list Stephanie 🤦🏻♂️👍🏼👍🏼
I moved to Bradburn from IL. I was relocating out here with no family or friends to advise me other than a realtor, and with 2 adult children who were also in transition. I was blown away and rightfully discouraged by the financial costs out here in Colorado. Ultimately, for the money, if you are not ready to buy a home and have to rent temporarily, I feel a resident cannot beat the value at Bradburn. We met so many nice people at the pool last summer in similar situations. You have a free pool, hot tub and grill areas, ample free parking, storage, and the rooms are of nice size. If a person looks at cheaper options such as fewer bedrooms, and then start to add in parking fees, storage costs, etc. if one has downsized from a single family home as I did, one soon realizes that this is a great place to live! In addition, I have had occasional things go wrong in my unit, but I was always pleased with the response time. In addition, I always received a kind note and often a text letting me know the repair was completed and asking if I had any questions. (I know when I was a homeowner I may not have had the tools or time to fix things as quickly as they did!) Finally, I truly feel indebted to the Bell Bradburn staff, including especially Renesha, Christine and Mary. They have shown such kindness and understanding towards me during my family transition, I really can never thank them all enough. My daughter moved out into her own place in February, and she already misses Bradburn, especially the quiet evenings with no traffic noise and beautiful streets and especially the beautiful Christmas decorations at the holidays.
I have lived here 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it!! I have lived in many places around the world and this so far has been my favorite. The tour and lease signing were beyond easy and Renesha was the sweetest showing me around (twice!) When I moved in, they were so friendly and were there for anything I needed. The minor repairs I needed after move in (which were very small and I expected a lot more) were handled in a timely fashion and Ernie on the maintenance team is great. The apartments are set up so well that you dont share any walls with anyone! (at least not my A1A set up) That makes for a quiet living which I absolutely was in need of after living in LA. The community as a whole is quiet and tranquil. Being a single woman, I feel safe walking around at night and love exploring this area. Tons of restaurants, groceries and other retail in walking distance or less than a few minute drive.I am so grateful for this gorgeous property with so many beautiful details. I love this whole neighborhood and the trails/concrete bike path trails that run just a few blocks away. There are cute playgrounds and many green spaces around. A few dog parks in just 10 minute drive. They are always putting something on for the community too with food trucks which is great.Only Con, which is small, is in my A1A floorpan, there is not a lot of closet space. There are ample cabinets in the kitchen and two pantries but I just have the one closet in bedroom and small coat closet by the door. I dont have a dresser and it would be tight in the room with my king bed and two night stands (which is really all that fits) but if I had a queen bed and a dresser, it would be perfect.I am beyond grateful for my beautiful new home and so happy I chose Bell Bradburn!
I love living here. The vibe is amazing! An extremely well taken care of way of life with proactive manager. Exudes class and pride within this beautiful community!
My wife and I lived at Bradburn Row for five months while our house was being built. When I was signing up for a lease they had several different options on the length of the lease which was extremely convenient. We selected to live in a two bedroom town home with a garage. The unit itself was clean, well maintained and had new carpet. In addition the garage was huge! It was pretty quiet the entire time we lived at Bradburn Row and we enjoyed the downtown feel of the complex. We were also very conveniently located to some very cool bars and restaurants.Management at the apartment was great and bent over backwards to help us, in particular Marissa. Marissa made our move out extremely easy and quickly and efficiently answered any questions we had about the move out process. Her exceptional customer service continued even after we moved out. Marissa noticed a couple of packages were delivered to our old address two weeks after we moved out. Marissa collected the packages and called me right away to let me know they had been delivered and she was holding on to them at the office. Thank you, Marissa!
Renesha was really helpful with locating and fulfilling my garage requests despite COVID19.
I have lived at Bradburn for 5 months now and absolutely love it!! Marissa is by far the best property manager I have ever dealt with! She has gone out of her way to assist me and my family on multiple occasions! The few times I had a maintenance issue she got maintenance over here ASAP, and one of the issues was only the pilot light going out in our fireplace. Maintenance was over in less than an hour, and every time Ive had to deal with maintenance theyve been extremely friendly, courteous, and professional! The office, and particularly Marissa, and the maintenance staff are excellent and again I can not say enough good things about them! I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse, it is BEAUTIFUL, and I love the the 3 story floor plan. My kids favorite thing about Bradburn is that the pool is open year round! I moved to Bradburn because I love the area and the close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping; having a wonderful experience with the staff has just been a huge bonus!!Thanks Marissa for all that you do for the community and the residents! You truly care and it definitely shows! Youve made the transition of management as smooth and seamless as possible!
I’ve been living here for over a month now and I’m a happy resident! This community has been more than welcoming and friendly. Renesha in the front office has reached out numerous times to help me settle in and make me feel at home. She has done a great job at doing so. I appreciate her sincerity and positive attitude.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at Bradburn Row. The community offers so much and with in such close proximity. It really is a great community to live in especially with kids. We had a few issues with our unit upon moving in but these were promptly fixed by the office and Bradburn staff. For example: Our Washer Drum broke due to being an old model and proceeded to flood our kitchen. The maintenance Team promptly arrived and helped me with the water everywhere and getting a new machine installed immediately. Marissa and her office staff have been so friendly and helpful. They have been great working with us every time something has come up. We truly appreciate Marissa for always being professional and friendly no matter what issue we bring to her. Her and her staff are so friendly and very tolerant of our children. The staff does its best to remember everyone and always say hello when they run into us through out the community. We would not have signed another lease with Bradburn if it werent for Marissa and making our stay here so great!! Thank you Marissa and Bell Bradburn Staff we recommend you all the way.
We have lived here for 3 plus years and we absolutely love it!! Christine is amazing and goes out of her way for all residents at this community!! With all the other communities around us this is by far the best community and the best pricing.
I have nothing but great things to say about this community. The maintenance is amazing. So prompt, friendly, and nice! Ernie is the sweetest guy and completed my service request in a timely manner.
The Maint. Staff / Ernie is the most polite and thoughtful - thank you for your professionalism Ernie!
Been living in the Bradburn Community for nearly 6 years now and love it as much today as I did 6 years ago. Friendly, efficient management personnel (thank you Marissa and Dale!) and a very good maintenance crew. Unique town home community - I really cant think of another town home community as Bradburn is. Most of the units are town homes with attached garages with some 1 bedroom apartments here and there but mostly town homes. Located within walking distance of grocery stores, fitness places, restaurants, banks, liquor stores - easy commute to Boulder or Denver.
Christine Wisdom has been especially helpful during our move-in process!
Such a lovely community! I have truly enjoyed living here this past year! Absolute perfect location that is quiet and safe! The layouts for the price are unbeatable. The units themselves are getting slightly worn but honestly that doesnt bother me at all for how much I love living here!Marissa is absolutely on top of everything and provides amazing customer service. We appreciate her so very much! Eric in maintenance also goes above and beyond any time we need help. Its nice to have a complex care care about their residents in this capacity!
I have been here a year and just renewed my lease. The staff has been wonderful Renesha Berry has been very helpful, from move in to Maintenance requests. The complex is kept up nice and it is a quiet place that is close to anything I need. Great location....
Earnie the fix it man! So sweet and so kind.
I’ve been living here around 8 months and have truly enjoyed the large, townhome style home, amenities (which were upgraded!) and quiet area. Love the walkable distance from good brunch, dinner spots and Whole Foods. I worked with Renesha with leasing and she was so efficient, helpful and really worked to get the exact apartment in our dates. Overall great place to live.
Office staff is rude and handles issues poorly. Rent is overly expensive for what is offered in the complex. Very few amenities yet much more expensive than other complexes. Maintenance team is awesome though.
I echo earlier reviews. This place was great until the new management took over. Constant construction that never seems to make progress and the workers leave trash all over the property. It takes weeks for them to respond to service requests and the MIA staff make this a frustrating place to live. I love the area, but would not recommend living in Bell Bradburn.
Marissa is amazing and is always willing to help. For the year Ive lived here she has addressed my questions or needs in a timely manner, politely and effectively.I highly recommend Bell Bradburn---Great location as I work in Boulder and often play in Denver---This is right in between. Whole Foods in walking distance doesnt hurt either!
I moved in a little over a month ago and have been extremely happy with the community. Renesha in the front office has been amazing. She continues to reach out to make sure I’ve settled in ok, and to address any concerns. She’s been awesome. I’m happy I moved here.
Maintenance refuses to fix my stove. They refuse to touch my stove until the pandemic is over, meaning I am left with a microwave for my father and I. They told me to try the stove again and just keep an eye on it, even though the stove was smoking and when the food was pulled out of the oven it was covered in white ash. They will not fix my stove, they’ve left me without a trash can for over a month (it was stolen), and the water is constantly getting shut off or not working properly. The apartment costs too much to be treated this poorly. Do not move here unless you wanted to be treated like garbage. They won’t even provide the bin.
Renesha and Christine are a great help!
This a pretty good area to live in as there are all sorts of shops and places to eat in the area. Marissa, who is the head of management there is hands down the best rental property manager Ive personally ever had. She is always very responsive to all of my requests and is on top of making sure my maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. She is extremely friendly and will take care of all of your needs! Highly recommend living at the Bell Bradburn.
I love living at Bell Bradburn! The staff are amazing (especially Renesha and Mary). Renesha has helped me navigate through the transfer process in order to get into a renovated unit. Mary has also been extremely kind and accommodating. Thank you for making life great at Bell Bradburn!
Great townhouse. Great layout. Community is well kept up and quiet. The staff is awesome. We have been here 2 1/2 years and just love it.
Great place to live. Pleasant surroundings. Easy access to shopping and dining. I25 close for easy commuting. Apartments are a nice size and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Love it!
If you notice the reviews for this place have been amazing up until a streak of bad in the past couple months since the new management team took over. Loud construction is constantly going on sometimes starting at 7:30 am and they are asking for access to the apartments almost weekly then not actually showing up to do whatever renovating is needed. When we moved into this unit about 1 and a half years ago it was perfect. Quiet, maintenance was awesome, and Marissa was amazing as well. Marissa is gone on maternity leave if Im remembering correctly and the old maintenance crew is gone. Our requests are not being processed and calls are being ignored. Still a nice community and location but the new management has ruined how great these apartments used to be.
Beautiful community. Had some issues getting my maintenance inquiries addressed in a timely manner but the front office peeps did their best to expedite the process and maintenance worked to get them resolved. It’s wild to me that the maintenance folks don’t work weekends, this is the first place I’ve lived where that was the case. But oh well, not the end of the world. Our place is gorgeous and we hardly ever hear our neighbors. There are also such cute animals and families.*revised*Seriously guys?! Water was shut off mid shower with soap, no notice, no email. Last email was sent 5 days ago telling us water would be shut off on the 6th, it’s the 10th. Nobody is answering the phones either. Completely unacceptable.
Poor experience. Just waiting for my lease to end in a year. A laundry list of issues with the apartment and cleanliness of apartment was poor when moved in. Was not able to see the apartment before move in and that was a mistake. Lesson learned on my part. Staff have communications issues with each other. Still have rust in my dishwasher and a ban aid was just placed on a broken drawer. Just expected more. The plus side is I dont have to wait for an elevator to get to my apartment. Thats not saying much. Word of advice..... View the apartment before moving in and not just their show room apartment.
Living in this very competitive market can be rewarding and I’d say overall this community is on the higher end of all the pros for a new place to live. The downtown feel but in such a cute small community is worth it- you can walk to the market, shops and diner without a problem. Apartments are updated, and with perks of high ceilings, hardwood floors, low noise level, and enough parking. I highly recommend it for a single or small couple.
Great layout for townhouses. Super spacious great new amenities and the bonus room on the 1st floor is perfect for an exercise room. The clubhouse has been recently remodeled and is a great space to gather or throw events. Space for food and a small gameroom for kids. The pool is great for the summer not so much when its snowing. Renesha has been an absolute gem throughout the whole process of looking for an living space, to walking me through the lease signing and checking on us to see how things have been. She is great ask for Renesha. Quiet neighborhood which is close to a few restaurants a Whole Foods and big box stores. Service requests take a little long because the property is so large.
I have lived here for 6 months and have no complaints. There were a handful of small items to be repaired when I first moved in (light bulbs, back door latch), and they were taken care of quickly and professionally. When the water heater started leaking at 11:00pm on a Sunday night, the on-call maintenance person showed up at my door within minutes of my call. New water heater was replaced quickly. Some residents are friendly, some not so much, biggest issue is people who dont pick up after their dogs, but that seems to be a universal problem in every review of every dog-friendly complex I have ever read. Some people are just not considerate of others....I havent had to have much interaction with the office staff since move-in, but they were professional each time, always have answers to any questions, and generally seem to be doing their job. I cant speak to the amenities too much, since I dont take advantage of them. I know there is a pool and pool table and weight room.Thumbnail version: If you want a party complex, this is NOT it. If you want quiet residential-feel living with the conveniences of an apartment complex, this IS it...
When it was Bradburn and the manager was Brandi I had nothing but issues she was extremely rude and I couldnt wait for my lease to end. However, since Marissa has been my point of contact I have nothing but great things to say about her. She’s helpful, friendly and makes sure when I have an issue it’s taken care of immediately. Easily the best employee I’ve ever encountered in an apartment complex. I’d recommend her for anything!
My experience so far in almost 18 months (only a few more thank god) is that the community is truly terrible. Ive had multiple problems here, the number one problem being crime. Cars are constantly getting broken into and if you have a package left at your door you can almost count on it being stolen. Not only that but people here arent of great quality and will harass you, try and scare you, and generally be creeps. Theres only one person in the office that has continued to have good customer service skills. The rest of them, the women specifically, will try and belittle you, condescend you, and are overall rude and unhelpful. At one point my kitchen sink actually fell through the granite in the kitchen breaking the dishes inside. They came the next day to fix it, got halfway through and decided not to hook the plumbing back up and left it without telling me what they were doing or why. When I got home and saw it unfinished I had to call to try and get somebody to try and finish it. Multiple times I have had maintenance in my apartment and close my bedroom door so they dont go in there but every time I see the door is open and that they have gone in.**Update. After posting this review I was gently reminded that I need to give my 60 day notice to vacate in June... 2 months away. I think I got the hint.
Im writing a new review here. Renesha Berry in the leasing office is professional, helpful and very responsive to concerns. Ive had to call the office a few times recently for specific issues and she listens carefully and works to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently. She is a great asset to the leasing office!Great community and location. Eric in maintenance is one of the best! He is efficient, professional, courteous and responds quickly to requests. If he cant get to you immediately, he will let you know so you have a timeframe of when he will come. I enjoy living here and cant say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. If you are looking to rent a high quality apartment in a great location...come check out Bell Bradburn (BTW...I have no affiliation with Bell Bradburn...just a satisfied tenant).
My rating of Bell Bradburn is really about 4.5 (so I rounded up) only because my unit is getting old. Im having more frequent issues with my appliances lately :(. The picture online of the refurbished units make me wish I had one, lol. If my unit doesnt get remodeled next year Ill probably move to a newer community. Other than that the new property manager (Marissa) does a good job and everyone else from the other people in the office to the maintenance guys are really nice.
Nice area, lots of food and grocery choices close by. The management team has become a pain to deal with. They just now tried to tell me that i cant pay with debit even though i have for months. Maintenance also took 5 weeks to replace a broken toilet handle. They dont have answers for why anything. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The ladies in the leasing office; Christine, Renesha and Stephanie have made living at Bell Bradburn easy and enjoyable! They are always friendly and prompt in their responses. I am thankful to have such a great team of ladies at the office.
We love living at Bradburn row. It is very conveniently located next to lots of restaurant and shopping. The walls are a little thin at times, but for the most part we don’t hear anyone or anything. Lots of dogs and people are not always great about picking up poop, even though there are a lot of trash cans specifically for that purpose.
I just moved in a few months ago from a luxury apartment in Dowtown Denver. Marissa was the first person here that I met and spoke with. She helped me with my application and getting settled in. Anytime I have had a question or concern or needed maintenance, Marissa drops what she is doing and immediately tends to my needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area and she is on point with her timing with maintenance requests. There is always a smile on her face whether she is behind her desk or showing apartments.I’ve only had a few maintenance issues since moving in, but luckily the complex had just changed hands within days of me moving in. So the maintenance crew has been kicking butt and taking names getting this place in order. Working seriously late hours (8pm) to fix frozen water lines or broken dryers, Mike (I think that’s his name.) and his team work tirelessly to make sure all the tenants are cared for.The apartment complex is super close to Whole Foods and Walmart. Shops, salons, bars, grills, sushi... all within walking distance. This is definitely a great community with amazing staff all in a great location.
Brandi and team Bradburn,Thank you for being helpful over the years and understanding when I needed it most. I will miss this neighborhood, especially being able to walk to shops and restaurants.Best regards,Andrea
Ive lived in Bradburn for over a year. Its hard to summarize that time in a few sentences, but in brief: the office staff is always helpful, has never lost a package, and have always been extremely polite. They try hard to engage the community with events and classes that dont really interest me. The maintenance staff are quick and courteous, Ive never waited more than a day to get a repair, much less if its urgent. The amenities are beautiful, even though I dont really take advantage too much. Ive been to the pool 5 or 6 times in the whole year, and it is usually empty. The apartments are relatively upscale, not mansions, but much nicer than other places Ive stayed. While by no means perfect, everyone does their best and overall its a great place to live. I would stay another year, but Im leaving to buy a house. If you can afford it, you wont regret it.
They dont assign parking so they let people store their cars for months at a time. Have to park by Teds montana grill just to walk by all the abandoned and out of date tagged cars to get home. Itd be nice to limit these things. Ill change my review when the cars get taken care of thanks. And then you ask me to do more instead of you just taking care of it? Wow. What would I say that you cant? Just go thru the streets and see all the out of date cars and the company cars that use the side streets for storage. Some customer service amanda. Simply deferring the problem to a resident!
Very nice. Quiet. Great location. Professional staff. Only downside is kitchen. The kitchen layout is almost unusable. Corner sink looks good but is not functional. Fridge opens into stove and door will only open part way. Items on bottom shelves difficult to access.
Ive lived here for awhile now and I absolutely love it. The pricing is the best in the area, especially with all that you get from the unit. Christine Wisdom is the best. She is so pleasant over the phone and before COVID-19, even more pleasant in person. Throughout my many years of renting from various complexes, she is by far the best Assistant manager I have interacted with. I would like to say, thank you Christine for all you have done for me.Sincerely,Trevor
Wouldnt recommend for long time renting. Been here for over 2 years and will not be renewing this year. The quality of management has gone downhill during that time. Maintenance doesnt work on the weekends and take longer than any other apartment complex I have rented from to do any tasked assigned. Not sure if that is a management problem or not. Also people are not picking up after their pets anymore outside and poop piles up more than it should, and the noise levels between units is awful, expect to be able to hear your neighbors and all of their music/TV, since reporting it to management does nothing and they will tell you do call the police instead for reporting purposes and it will lead to no improvements.
Not a resident but after dealing with them for 5 minutes Im glad we steered clear. Id advise anyone to do the same as the ethics of this business are nowhere to be found and they are in violation of multiple false advertising laws and are committing common-law fraud at the very minimum. Just ask your neighbors what theyre paying, Id wager some are paying 200+ dollars more for the same exact unit as others. We were initially interested in renting from Bell Bradburn after seeing an attractive move in special on Zillow and Craigslist. Mind you we saw this ad the same day we scheduled an appointment. 3 hours later, and after my girlfriend took time out of her day to go there, they tell us the rates have now gone up and that the move-in specials are not available. I can understand that the free month special may have expired but to change the price of a unit after someone schedules a showing is highly unethical. When I called to ask why they would not honor the rates they were advertising I was met with lies and more deceitful claims.Essentially, what Bell Bradburn is doing is advertising lower prices and specials to lure people in the door, then once you are there they play a bait and switch game to try and get you to pay well over what they had advertised.False advertising is a serious offense but Im glad that Bell Bradburn is so openly shady because it allowed me to make a great decision and not live under their sporadic Change things without telling anyone then get mad at them when we get called out management style.
Ray showed me and my wife a 2 bedroom apartment yesterday morning and he was amazing, and very friendly. Patiently listened to all of our questions and answered them right away! Ive been to other apartamentos and management is usually uninterested. Gracias Ray! Hopefully we will move-in soon!
Looks a good place. Professional staff. But the reason why I mad the decision living this community is the facilities here.In the leasing office, you can find all kinds of nice things like: Private Theater, pool table, nice computer room.... However, when I moved into this place, I just know all this things only available in regular business hours. So, if you want play pool with your friends after work, or watch some Movies after dinner, thats impossible.Even the hot water swimming pool, it is only open to 10pm. last time we tried the hot tub in the night, after 10 pm, we can feel there cold water pumped into the hottub.Maybe we expect a little bit high in this place. But really disappointed.I think in this place, most of people have their own garage, but they stil want park their car into the roadside. If you want Invite your friends to you place. This can be a issue. In my mind, if you have a day-job, and want get together with your friends. You may not fully enjoy the life here.
They dont answer the phones until almost an hour after open. And a leasing agent was extremely rude to my girlfriend. The grounds are far from perfect as well. They have absolutely ZERO parking on the street most the time and the narrow streets are both narrow and hard to navigate/park. The apartments have less closet space than it seems, so look closely. Think hard before you decide to commit to anything. Read the other reviews too...
If I could it would be a negative 3 star rating. Fortunately for myself and my children we did not go through with renting out one of these homes. A first impression is a lasting one for sure. First I will start off with the leasing agent Amanda. My fiancé and I walked in and wanted to tour an apartment there as soon as we walked in no one greeted us but instead pushed to the side, she looked as if she were just socializing about random things instead of helping her potentially new residents. We sat in the lobby area for about 15 minutes before she greeted us formally. We went over what we needed in our home that would make us happy. She asked for our I.D. And after that she placed them on the table and walked away to grab a clipboard, as we were going to Your she just left them on the table with no care in the world. I had to grab our I.D.s and place them in my purse or they would have been left there. She also seemed that she knew what she was talking about when it came to the deposits. There is a total of $444.00 that you have to put down that include admin fee app fee and holdin deposit. She proceeded to tell me that ALL $444.00 was basically a fee that they needed to collect upon applying and that NONE of that was going towards move in cost. When in fact that was a lie. The $200 of that cost ACTUALLY does go towards the move in cost. She had no idea what she was talking about. I had to call in and ask someone whom actually knew what they were talking about. And that was Matt, he then was able to tell me that in fact $200 of that $444 goes towards the deposit of the home. Now it only gets better (not, worse) after I had gone and applied I was approved... was told to pay an additional deposit. Which was fine. I paid the $444 after my application. I specifically asked AMANDA the not know it all. If I change my mind I can take back my money aside from app fee witching 48 hours. She told me YES!! well the next day I decided NO I will not be moving my family in this place. They first tell me that June 22 2018 is the soonest that I can move in. Well their website stated that June 7th was available. They told me “it was a glitch in the computer, and that the website was incorrect” so I called and kindly explained to them I cannot move in (within 48 hours) AMANDA then tells me in the most snobby and disrespectful tone ever. “No you can’t have your money back, it’s only refundable within 48 hours after you apply” when in fact she told me the day prior that it was refundable. To sum it all up they are very disorganized rude people that manage that property and I feel sorry truly from the bottom of my heart for ANYONE that may move in there. I recommend not to. There are other places around for less the cost and way nicer than these. I will be taking my family elsewhere.
Do not rent here. They are fee crazy and youd be extremely lucky to get your deposits back. Have a lawyer check every document they give you to sign.
Great neighborhood and friendly management make it a great place to live!
Hey, i cant believe the negative reviews. i have lived here for nearly 2 years and i cant say enough positive things about the location, my apt and the staff. i think its the best place around...i am a long time homeowner (several homes), now a senior old guy who has spent my entire adult life selling homes (realtor) and doing some property management too. i can tell you that this development is one of the best run companies around.there is plenty of parking (always) for those that do not wish to pay extra for a garage or carport, the community is made up of well established professionals. my apt has 6 large windows on the south side so i get plenty of natural light which i love, high ceilings, crown moldings, fire sprinklers and a modern large kitchen with a wood veneer floor, so what if the sink is in a corner??? good construction, QUIET.... works for me.for the best upscale townhomes and apts check this place out.no i do not work for them and yes i have lived here and still do.i think the people who wrote the reviews were turned down because they did not qualify to be considered.THE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW ARE FANTASTIC!!markalex
Ok build quality, upgrades cost more than i anticipated. Had to ask the builder to fix a few things in the house during the the first six months.
Hated living here, parking is an absolute joke and rent is so expensive for a tiny little place! Go somewhere else and dont waste your time here!!
The good- staff was nice and knew who I was whenever I went in. Pool open year round. Gym was small but nice.Bad- Upon moving in I went through and did the walk thru. Once I turned in the check sheet nothing was done. We still had paint splatter all over the kitchen floor and carpets, carpet coming off the stairs, and loose cabinets the entire time we lived there. Then we asked for the upgraded walls and lights. Weeks went by with no communication from the office letting us know they were back ordered. We kept asking and asking until almost 2 months went by and we just said screw it, well keep the plain walls. As for service calls, we had a wasp problem under our patio that I called about. Lets just say after a few phone calls with nothing, my hockey stick became my weapon of choice. I also had very rude neighbors that I tried talking to myslef to quiet down. When they wouldnt quiet down, I talked to the office where they again did nothing. Said just call the cops. Upon moving out, I inquired about some of the charges on my invoice to equal over $2000 dollars. I got no explanations, only a revised invoice showing $400 MORE charges. As if they were being so kind before to not include them. I was nervous to ask anymore before I got tacked on more. So they can give me an apt with tons of issues (walls and carpet) and do nothing to fix em, but when I move out they charge me for everything. Got it.Overall I would say sure they may look nice, but you can way better for the price.
Just a very nice community to live in with very friendly and clean people
Looks good on paper, looks good when you drive up and looks good when you ONLY look at their website.1 - Moved in and this apartment was remodeled, so we were told, but living there the 10 months we see how they remodel the apartments, every time someone moves out, they tear everything out ( you live there for 3 months or 3 years, it all comes out) Appliances spend days, nights outside on the patio in the weather (snow, rain, etc) getting damaged.2 - Was told we had to keep the heat at 67, well you cant do that exact number without a digital thermostat, which they refused to provide, so I told them we wouldnt keep it there, plus they are not paying our heating bill3 - Neighbors who were to our left, banged on the wall from our day 29 in the apartment until 8 months in, when they moved. Terrified my children to never want to sleep due to the stress caused4 - Called for repair of the thermostat as it was not keeping the temp we placed it on, was told nothing was wrong with it5 - Called for repair of the washer / drier combo -as the drier was not drying clothes. Was told nothing was wrong with it. You think they would just put a stackable HE appliance in the unit, to better serve not just the apartment but their residence. NOPE!6 - Received my first Xcel bill, it was two times more expensive than I have ever seen due to the lack of energy efficient appliances, lights, and the fact that I have to run my drier two times a load to dry my clothes.7 - Fridge went out, lost over $300 in food, they came and replaced the thermostat in the fridge, said that would fix it. Instead it heated up the fridge. Took them a week to get a new one placed, and said I could use a fridge in the next complex if I wanted. Who wants to walk two or three times a morning with three little kids to the next complex!?8 - Asked for a fan to be installed due to the fact that the A/C was not blowing - they ordered it, but forgot to come in stall it. Came in a month + after I called to find out what the heck was taking so long. Their response was, oh we forgot9 - The A/C was not blowing cool air, they came to service it, said that nothing was wrong. Then checked upstairs, then said something was wrong. Maintenance said they wont replace or repair it due to the fact that it is still blowing, even though it is not blowing cold. WHAT !10 - Closet shelf fell in the middle of the night, took more than a week to repair it, and they made a huge mess on clothes and in the closet. They shoved the brackets back into the same holes they came out of.11 - Went into the office to get a key, they would meet me outside of the office as to not have residences with children in the lobby while they are trying to rent. HOW RUDE!12 - Manager was rude every time I called to talk to her - and tries so hard to keep you from calling the corporate level to complain13 - Lying about fees in the lease, and not a one of them knows what the other one has signed, said, given or done. One said no payment on gas, and it was stated in the lease, however the next one when questioned about why it was on my water bill, had no clue what was going on! Terrible communication14 - Waistful complex, the water is always on, the lights are always on, never turning off, in apartments, on the grounds, etc. You leave appliances outside, to be damaged to pass the cost on to the residents! Grounds crews are rude, and do not take in to account the residence vehicles while cutting, blowing trimmings towards the vehicles and windows15 - Pool and hot tub are filthy dirty, swam in them two times before I was like this is a disease waiting to happen16 - Most residences are nice, but most are snooty (you would have to be to pay that kind of money over and over again) and do not talk to you17 - Pet owners take no responsibility to clean up their animal mess, and leave it for people and children to walk into it18 - No outgoing mail box because of break-ins! The mail box was broken into (which this place is locked from the inside out), had to put security features in place for all of my accounts!
Nice people, beautiful apartments, walkable neighborhood, tight parking.
Do not rent here! Office staff is rude inexperienced and lazy. Maintence crew never fixed any of the cheap parts that broke in our apartment. Office personnel dont answer the phones in the morning and will not make it a priority to call you back. Office manager Brandi is one of the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Told me and my girlfriend that we were liars and threatened to evict us due to false noise complaints that stated we were blasting music in the middle of the day when both me and my girlfriend worked 9-5 jobs. They then told us that we would only need to pay a $154.00 cleaning fee to have the carpets cleaned but instead sent us a bill for $650.00 stating that all the carpets needed to be replaced due to dog stains even though we owned a fully potty trained service dog. The only way we new we had to pay anything was when one of there front desk workers called me a week before it was due. Not to mention when it came time to pay this outstanding balance Brandi was rude and hateful to me because they forgot to send out a bill in the mail.
Where do I even start? Ive lived in many different apartment complexes over the past 12 years and this place is by far the worst experience Ive ever had.First of all, just be aware that a king-sized mattress does not fit through the stairwell of the townhomes. Now to the endless list of maintenance issues... Please keep in mind I only lived there for 8 weeks:1. At move in, the hot water only trickled out of the shower in the 3/4 and in the bath tub in the full bath. The problem could not be fixed with the parts on hand, and parts had to be ordered.2. A couple of days later, the hot water issue was fixed, but for that, the shower head constantly dripped. After another call to maintenance to fix the dripping, more parts needed to be ordered.3. Then, suddenly the furnace and a/c did not work. When maintenance came back a couple of days later to fix the dripping shower, I asked them to look at the thermostat. They were able to fix the problem immediately, as they TURNED OFF THE FURNACE in the locked utility closet a few days before thinking it was a light switch. So, no heat or a/c for a few days in March with a tiny infant. Wonderful.4. Then about a week later, the dishwasher pump went out. Put in another maintence request. Pump needed to be ordered. Then the routine maintenance of the entire complex prevented the pump being replaced for two weeks, i.e. two weeks of washing everything by hand.5. Three weeks after move in, the refrigerator stopped cooling. Had to throw away many items in the freezer. This was repaired promptly after notifying the office. The dishwasher was fixed the same day.6. A few days later, noticed water coming up from between the laminant pieces in the kitchen. Yet another call to maintenance. Turns out, the tubing to the dishwasher had a hole in it. And I was required to run an industrial-sized blower/dryer in the kitchen 24 hours for several days... very fun, considering I had to sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch because my mattress was stored in the garage because it didnt fit through the stairwell...and not to mention wash everything by hand yet again.7. Another annoying bit, because it was a corner unit, I couldnt park my car in front of my garage since the space is too short, so had to rent a carport to be guarenteed a parking space off of the street.8. And the last kicker, I realized after returning the keys that I left some baking sheets in the drawer under the oven. When I called to see if I could pick them up, I was told they throw away anything and everything left in the apartments after move-out.Finally (an Im not sure Bradburn can really be held responsible for this one, but it is an inconvenience of living there), there is no outgoing mailbox within walking distance because of regular vandalism. So every piece of outgoing mail had to be driven to the next mailbox. At over $1900/month, I really had higher expectations. The only thing this place has going for it is location.
