Kurt was very nice and made a good effort at getting the dishwasher working more effectively. This morning however the same problem exists—some dishes that have been washed pretty much by hand still have food on them and there’s a film on other things. The dishwasher was less than half full. As far as the refrigerator goes, I was quite disappointed—after 3 years of the problem of things in the lower part freezing when the freezer is cold enough to keep things solid, the answer is, it’s 20 year old technology and unless it completely dies they won’t replace it.” We’ve been great tenants for 3 years and I felt an upgrade might be warranted. Again, Kurt was very nice and professional and did the best he could—no complaints about him at all!Aside from this issue with kitchen appliances, we find our experience with living here pretty darn great. My husband and I moved here from living in a house in Southern Colorado to be nearer to grandchildren and the apartment itself is perfect for us--the layout allows plenty of living area and room for my art studio, and the high ceilings and large windows are everything I love. (I wish the floors werent carpet because carpet always gets funky.) We overlook the ponds and are fascinated by the waterfowl year-round and especially all the babies every spring. We use the pool quite a bit (wish it was open year round!) and the addition of a huge number of trees this summer will make the landscaping even more beautiful. The downsides for us--people with pets who dont clean up and people who leave their trash out all weekend in violation of rules. But for the most part, neighbors are quiet and nice, and the office staff and maintenance team are wonderful.

Had a tour last Friday. The leasing agent was very nice, sent me video tours of apartments, we discussed availability, and she showed me the amenities. Absolutely no complaints about her, she was great so Ill give 3 stars. I didnt catch her name though.But there wasnt a single apartment she could show me?... she was nice enough to suggest i check out the apartments across the street. But if you have nothing to give a tour of, please just call and cancel the tour... i feel as though my time was wasted. I will not rent an apartment sight unseen.

We lived here for about a year. Place was decent, bedroom were pretty large and we had vaulted ceilings in living room. If something broke down maintenance was on it within days. Property wall well kept for the most part. Dog owners would constantly allow their pets to poop everywhere so that what somewhat disturbing. The other complaint was their valet trash service. They were not very good. If you didnt break down pizza boxes they would not pick them up. The complex would charge $14 regardless if you used them or not. Susan and other members of the staff were really nice. Their gym, pools and entertainment facilities were great also

The master bathroom was repaired. Very happy with that.However the patio issue has not been resolved or repair even attempted. The dirty water from the ceiling continues to flow onto the patio; my patio chair cushion has been drenched in dirty water and it smells and is now stained.I start chemo the week on the 8th. Please repair this issue so I can sit outside.

We really enjoy staying at The Estates at Tanglewood. The floor plan that we have is the best! Along with having a large covered balcony and a built-in desk area. Additionally, the staff has been extremely helpful whether it is to fix something in the apartment or hardships during COVID! Shout out to Alyssa, Alex, Kimberly and another nice lady that I cannot remember the name of. We are definitely pleased with our stay.

The ladies in the front office are very nice, the apartment itself is beautiful (i.e., fireplace, W+D in unit, updated kitchen, spacious bath tub, open floor plan, crown molding). Insulation is lacking but the apartment structure does a great job at reducing neighbor noise. The community is friendly & feels safe. I *LOVE* calling this place home!

I have lived here for almost a year now and I have a few things to say about this complex.1) Alyssa is the best person here at tanglewood! She always made an effort to fix all of my issues and was so nice throughout my process. I wish she could be my go-to person everywhere I go.2) If you live here, regardless of floor position, you can hear EVERYTHING! Sadly I am on the second floor so I am sandwiched in-between my upstairs and downstairs neighbors. I hear my upstairs neighbors fighting all the time and throwing boxes around. I can hear their exact words that they are yelling to each other. I can also hear them vacuuming at 5 in the morning. I can hear the dogs under me barking all day and I can hear the parties they throw weekly. I can also hear my side neighbor snoring through the wall! I swear this place has the worst foundation. If you like peace and quiet while you work from home, avoid this complex.3) all of the appliances and fixtures are pre 1995. The dishwasher is yellow and doesn’t wash my dishes (it actually makes them dirtier) and the oven is on its last legs. I had to get my water heater replaced and it goes out so often now that I have to personally check every time I want to shower or clean my dishes if the water heater is even working.4) the maintenance team is really nice but since it’s a large complex, it takes a few days to get everything completed. Even when it is completed, it looks bad or will just fail again soon.5) the valet trash service is nice, but they leave so many notes of how you’re doing everything wrong! I left my extra trash bag outside of the bin for pick up (because there was already a bag in the bin) and I got a warning note. Plus, they may or may not come on Thursdays and Sundays which are the first and last days of their schedule and it’s so inconvenient.Overall, I have enjoyed my short stay here but I won’t come back.

Alyssa in the front office is awesome. She was really good about keeping in touch with me during the move in process. She really deserves 10 stars.

Rented from The Estates at Tanglewood Apartments based off the star rating. Wasnt too impressed with the apartments, a little on the run down side (you realize this once living there). I experienced A LOT of maintenance issues in both apartments I lived in. Lived up north from this location for years and realized after living here the area is not what it used to be and is now on the sketchy side. My friends vehicle was stolen in plain daylight and homeless camp out by the playground across the street. With normal living wear and tear and the door blinds needing repair thanks for the $43 back.Management was accommodating to make my year there comfortable and maintenance was swift on emergency requests.

Weve loved every day at the Estates, and weve lived here for almost two years. The Apartments are fantastic for a very reasonable price, the location is incredible (just off of 25 and 120th), and the staff are awesome. Its great to have a gym right outside and a park just down the street.

I love the apartment and the location. The walk in closet is what sold it for me! The response time of maintenance is usually pretty good. The grounds are well kept!

Maintenance guys have all been great! Quick to respond and very helpful. A special thanks to Ali Armenta and all the guys!

Alyssa in the leasing office is friendly, personable and courteous, she took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my individual needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. She was deff a positive factor in my choosing to live in a community such as this, and make it my home. The community is extremely beautiful and well kept. I simply can’t say enough of how amazing maintenance is and how quickly they are to resolve any issue. I just want to thank everyone in office and maintenance for always going the extra mile for everyone here.

I have just moved into the community. So far, everything seems great. I enjoy the quiet nights that I can leave my window open for fresh air. The office staff seems very nice, Alyssa was GREAT to work with. Maintenance guys are nice and pretty quick to respond.

This is in regards to maintenance only, as my girlfriend deals with the front office.The Maintenance team goes above and beyond every single time we need their services. Every single member of the maintenance team that has worked on phase 1 has been absolutely fantastic. The manager, the really tall fellow, and the dude with the glasses have been life savers on multiple occasions.Pay them more.

Chris I think is his name in maintenance.. he is always polite quick and professional.

While my husband and I have not lived here since late 2018, we do miss the community and the staff immensely! We lived in two different units at this complex while we lived in CO. The transition from one to the other was seamless. We have never had an issue and when something was wrong it was addressed right away. Had a toilet water supply line blow in the middle of the night, turned the water off and went back to bed. We didnt see it as a big deal being that we had two bathrooms. Maintenance came out right away after hearing about it to fix it. They got along well with our puppers and worked with us to get us in our second unit with him, very dog friendly! My only issue was the parking... not enough space and people would come and stay for days then leave not leaving enough parking for residence. Visitor parking would be ideal but it is what it is. We did have to break our lease half way through because we were being transferred. That was an easy process and took the stress out of an already stressful situation. Tanglewood felt like home. It was home. And I want to thank the staff so much for being kind and making it feel welcome.

Ive been in the community for 1 week now, but Im enjoying the quietness. I really happy with LeeAnn customer service.I moved from a house to an apartment and my pets are still getting used to the noises. Hopefully, they will adjust soon.

We just resigned our lease here because we love it so much. Our leasing agent, Alyssa, has been just wonderful the entire time weve lived here. The entire staff from the leasing office to maintenance team is great! They really try hard to build a happy community and they have been successful!

I requested the pool temp be increased and within a week it was much better. The office staffare really nice and helpful. In the past maintenance didnt always do more than a quick fix. But they say there is new department Manager so maybe this person will oversee fixes in a professional manner. I only have one serious complaint. The windows are filthy and they dont have a routine outside cleaning. What is this all about?Mostly its as good here as any nicer apartment complex and my apartment is sunny and cozy.Thanks for readingMargaret

Over all decent apartment. Had A LOT of issues with bugs as we were on the ground floor. And if you plan on getting a deposit back just don’t move in. They charge for every little nail hole that’s in the walls. I spent 3 days scrubbing the apartment including the walls and ended up still owing money. After I was told nail holes were normal wear and tear. I would never move back into these apartments even if it was paid for.

Its very quiet, neighbors are friendly, apartments very spacious, customer service is nice. The only downfall is parking its too crowded.

Worked with Susan getting an apartment sight unseen coming from another city. She was honest, with great communication and took the stress out of finding a nice apartment. The apartments are pretty dope and very clean.Would definitely recommend.

Love living here! Covered parking is cheap. Neighbors are quiet. Having in unit laundry is amazing. Maintenance gets repairs done quickly. Office is always friendly.

Dropping my review to 3 stars, because I payed rent within 72hours of the first of the month, and I even paid on a Sunday online, and I got charged a $75 late fee‼ That is very steep‼ Ouch$![Review below was from September 2019]: So far so great!I enjoy all the close community amenities offered such like the pool and pool area, the jungle gym, the doggy park. How quiet and relaxing the complex is altogether most of the time, and I personally enjoy my spacious 1 bedroom unit on the 1st floor.

We have been here for a few months now and have had a great experience. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance typically responds pretty quickly (although we still need someone to come check our washer again!) and efficiently. The buildings are great and you cant really hear much outside or around you which is awesome.

This is a great place to live at. The community is great. Nice quiet neighborhood. I recommend it to everyone. It has a very relaxing hot tub.

We, all experienced the freezing cold Valentine’s Day weekend!🙂 I noticed a small drip coming from my bathroom’s fan on Sunday and I reported it immediately. Chris was in my apartment within 24 hours and took care of it! That’s what I call an excellent service and that’s the reason I continue enjoying my apartment at The Estates at Tanglewood! It’s my second year here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home away from home!

So far so good! We love it here. The staff has been nothing but nice and extremely helpful. This area is also very convenient, being so close to just about everything!

I really like the community, they really try hard to make this a great place. Alyssa and Susan are awesome and helpful. I only mention the two of them because I have dealt with them the most throughout the years. The property is always clean and kept up and maintenance is probably the best Ive ever dealt with. Parking can sometimes be a beast if youre coming in late, but can easily be remedied by renting a space. The gym is sufficient enough to forgo a membership at a local gym unless maybe youre super into it. The local school can sometimes be an issue with some riff-raff, but nothing terrible, especially at the price point this community is at. I would say this community is well worth checking out.

I had to call emergency services last night because my heater was not working. I got a call back right away from Jose. He came over with away and he fixed the issue and even explained what the problem was. He was pleasant and professional from the moment he returned my call and to the moment he fixed everything. Weve lived her with my family since 2017 and have really enjoyed it. They have great facilities and amenities. Its kept clean and neighbors are very respectful of each others space. We also enjoy the community building events they host throughout the year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great place to live!

I moved here at Tanglewood over 2 months ago from out of State.I had contacted them prior to moving here and they were so very helpful over the phone.When I arrived the experience was even better, Susan took her time and worked with me to find a place that suited me best here.From the day that I moved in it has been a great experience! The surroundings offer you 2 pools, 2 gyms, hot tub, fire pit, Play ground. It is family-friendly also. There is a trail nearby that you can walk, the location is perfect. The freeway is close, conveniences and amenities around you are also close.In regards to their service I can’t say enough about them. Within the first week I moved in, I had locked myself out on my balcony, and with in three minutes maintenance was here to let me back in!The next week the maintenance man happen to notice my hot water tank leaking water outside and took care of it right then and there!I’m sooo very pleased that i choose to live here.The staff are pleasant and very helpful, which says a lot.I highly recommend The Estates at Tanglewood!

I love these apartments! I size and space is perfect for my husband and I. I also love how there is a washer/dryer in the unit, makes doing laundry so easy! We have not had any issues in the 9 months we have lived here.Any work order we put in gets done right away.The office staff and workers are very friendly and kind.It’s a perfect location! Would most definitely recommend this place!

I worked here the apartments are great looking. And offer much space inside. They do not feel like a traditional apartment. Area has a nice water feature that attracts local geese and other wildlife.Hopefully the maintenance and grounds are still up to par. This is a nice environment if kept up.

Love this place. Floor plans are beautiful, staff is very friendly. Only one issue, the carpet in my apartment smelled like dog urine when I moved in. I alerted staff and the carpet was cleaned again the next day. The smell went away for a while, but as soon as it got hot outside, the smell returned. A little frustrating as I don’t even own dogs. Just wish the carpets had been replaced before I moved in.****Edit: Had to lower my review to reflect recent treatment here. Still have not had this issue resolved. I even went into the leasing office to speak with someone personally, and was assured that I would be contacted with a response within a few days. Was also informed that I will likely have to pay $75 extra per month if they do replace the urine soaked carpet that they provided me with. This is in addition to the $100 that they are raising my rent (so I can not afford that) I now have to pay over $200 to have a third party cleaner come and remedy their mistake. Needless to say, Ive certainly made a mistake in renting here.

Maintenance work is a bit slow (when its non emergency), but neighbors are respectful and friendly. Layout of apartment is very nice. Spacious and plenty of natural lights. Walls and windows are well soundproofed. Our apartment is right by highway but we hardly hear any sounds from outside or neighbors. Amenities are nice and we enjoy hot tubs very much.

I have been a resident for a few months now and really have no complaints. This community has what anyone is probably looking for. I very rarely hear the neighbors so its very well insulated. There is also some (not alot, but some) wildlife that you may come across. I would recommend checking these apartments out if you are looking to move. With the cost of living in Colorado nowadays, these guys really are not too expensive.

I absolutely love living here. They have several floor plans to choose from and my move in was smooth and easy. The apartment was super clean and there were no issues. The office staff are amazing and very helpful. Ive had to request maintenance on 2 separate occasions and both were taken care of right away. The maintenance staff are very respectful. This property is also pet friendly. I have 2 dogs and they also love it here.

A convenient location right next to the I-25 but very quiet neighborhood. The leasing office staff is always very helpful when you need any assistance. One of the reason I chose to move in was their professional and friendly service compared to other apartments near this area (Trust me... I visited most of the apartments in Westminster...). I did have a washing machine issue when I moved in but the staff took care of it right away, replacing it with a new model.The only reason for the -1 star is that some tenants dont take care of their dogs on property... not cleaning up their pets waste. Besides this, it is a very comfortable place to live.

This is a great place to live! The ladies in the office are always so nice and remember mine and my family members names, the maintenance crew always waves hello as they pass by and the grounds are kept up. The apartments themselves are amazing in size and we rarely have problems with our unit, if we do though, the maintenance crew comes in a timely matter to fix the problem. In the year that weve been here, weve had no problems and are overall happy with our experience.

We absolutely love living here! After a year, we decided to renew our lease. It is comfortable, quiet and a very convenient location. There is a great park and walking trail which is a must for us. Every time we go into the leasing office we are treated so well and everyone is so nice. The mantience staff also is very responsive to any needs. Thank you for a place we can call home!

They offer incentives for small gift cards or other generous things (like writing a review on their google page) which is very nice to have. The apartment move-in wasn’t great as we had many things that needed multiple trips from maintenance and recently we’ve had to wait 2-3 weeks for maintenance to come fix it (side note: the maintenance guy does a great job and is swift). The staff is awesome and the apartments themselves are great.The MAIN reason for 3/5 stars is at least once a week the trash valet person doesn’t actually pick up the garbage or leaves half of it. We’ve been here for around 5 weeks and we’ve had it happen over 3 times in a week which is not what we want when the garbage they give you only fits one kitchen bag and we’re paying 50% more than our last apartment for trash.

Overall my experience at Estates at Tanglewood has been positive with a few exceptions. Inside maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner most times. However, outside maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. There has been a shortage of maintenance employees for the past couple of months and it is evidenced in the lack of attention to icy sidewalks and emptying the poop station outside of Building 22 where I reside. I look out my dining room window and see the poop station and it has not been emptied in approximately four weeks and the container has been overflowing and no attention has been paid to emptying it and I have contacted the office through email contact alerting them of the situation and nothing has been done about it. The boxes of bags have not been replenished in some time. There is dog poop all over the grassy (snow covered) area behind Building 22. There are cigarette butts being left on the lawn, in the stone areas around the building and in the hallway. The hallway going between the front and back of the apartments has not been cleaned of an accumulation of bird poop for the past two years and it is disgusting. There is paper trash in that area and the hallways. The management could do a great deal better in keeping the premises looking cleaner and responding to residents complaints. Perhaps I am the only resident in this building that contacts the office with complaints.

The complex is a great place to live! The staff is always very friendly and ready to help. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Any time we have had to put in a maintenance request, it is taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, we have had a great experience here!

Wonderful apartment community. The staff is prompt and efficient with responses and services. The apartments are large with beautiful built ins that provide great character. You also have access to two club houses with pools, gyms, and other entertainment. The location is prime near I25 that provides easy access to downtown and E470.

It’s a great location close to I25 and E470. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping places within 10mn drive. Staff at the management office are very very nice. They have complimentary yoga and fitness classes that are top notch. Overall nice neighborhood and apartments are sparkling clean.

I put in a work order to have the snow removed from the side of my car and my husbands truck.I park in a Handicap parking and my husband has a reserved parking space the office got for him due a surgery and use of a cane.Both parking spots were left with snow on the drivers side, which makes it a hurdle to get to open our doors. My husbands parking more so.My husbands parking has a pile of snow in front of the truck and on the drivers side to get to the drivers side. No snow was removed.My parking side has been cleaned because I try to move the snow with my snow boots by kicking the snow AWAY from the drivers side. Snow is still there as well, however the other side of my car is clear, you can see the pavement; no snow. By the opposite side of my car, and on the other drivers car, which is also a Handicap parking; but my side was not cleared.So, no we are not satisfied with the work order results.Forest and Kathy Webe

The Estates at Tanglewood Apartments have been great to us. We had an issue that was resolved so quick I didnt even know it was done. The staff have been so gracious, and so polite since the very beginning. Were were happy to sign another lease and stay.

The maintenance team is extremely fast and professional, the leasing agents are always helpful and kind, and both of the gyms are properly maintained. Its a great community, and being so close to I-25 allows me to get to just about any side of town within 15-20 mins. All in all a great place to live. I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a chance!!!

Moved in last September (2018). Everything was perfect and timely from making an appointment to see the model to email communication regarding application/payment/lease etc..Since moving in, the apartment is nice. Neighbors are quiet (or the insulation is really good). Have not had to have any maintenance requests. Rarely have parking issues by my building.

Susan has been so helpful and accommodating! She has been able to work with us in such short notice. So glad we found Tanglewood! Its been such an easy process.

I am a new resident here at The Estates. I had imagined, since I have not lived in an apartment for many years, that my experience with maintenance issues would be a nightmare. I WAS WRONG! I have had a few maintenance problems in my unit BUT... These folks jumped on them right away without prodding, reminders or pleadings. The maintenance folks are terrific and their response has been tremendous. No worries now. Maintenance issues in an apartment are always the chief concern and I must admit, there are no concerns here at The Estates Phase two! Thanks for taking such good care of me!

Hi,My family and I been here for about 3 years now and I have no complaints. The maintenance especially are the best. They’re really great when it comes to having an issue resolved ASAP. The apartments are really well kept, clean and the community is awesome. 👍🏻

We have renewed our second straight lease with Estates of Tanglewood, since we moved to North Denver we have lived here and so far, we have been happy. The area is great, the appliances work as expected, they have good amenities and sometimes they do awesome activities! The staff and the maintenance crew is kind and helpful, no complain! well just one, the trash valet recently change how the garbage is recollected and I feel we pass from great to ok on that subject! I definitely recommend Estates of Tanglewood!

Awesome place to call home. Definitely worth checking this place out. The monthly rent is much lower than other complexes anywhere in the area.

Im just being honest, Ive never been. But its extremely beautiful, and peaks your interest. Because I know my interest is piqued and I want to go so I could see all they offer. I do have to say again its very beautiful.

Great so far, could do with better grounds upkeep, more parking and better timing on maintenance requests, but otherwise pretty solid apartment community. The unit was very clean and taken care of, for the most part, when we moved in. Moving in was painless, and the space between apartments is pretty nice.

I wish the company and management would take a long term approach to KEEP good tenants and get people to WANT to live here. Rather, I see short-term solutions that protect their short-term bottom dollar that are counterproductive to making this a nice place to live. By getting tenants to WANT to move here and the WANT to stay here, you would have a better profit margin than cutting services.

Maintence quickly resolves issues when they arise even if its an after hours emergency. trash collection has greatly improved since I moved in as well.

I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff and are. Very helpful and always have a smile for me and kids. They are a great example of great customer service at all times and even take the time to talk to you even when they are busy. I have nothing but positive things to say since I have lived here for almost a year now. Management is hands on and always happy to see you in their office. Great place to live and safe for a single mom like me . Parking is first come first serve but never too far to walk. I get maintenance when I need it (hardly) and they are super friendly and professional too. They even have pizza nights for tenants to come and buy for 6 bucks sometimes less, so no cooking that night. Love it here.

Moved in 9/16/19Pros: layout is great, bathroom is spacious. Doesn’t feel like an apartment complex at all. Suzanne is very cordial and welcomingCons: haven’t been impressed with management at all to this point... Took over 3 weeks and multiple visits to get a garage stall. Dryer stopped working 11/19 evening. (Maintenance is very speedy with service calls) came out to repair 11/20 morning and determined we need a new unit. Was quoted with a 3-5 business day timeline and now have been updated with a December 2nd install date. I get it’s a holiday week and a lot of snow is in the forecast but management seems very reactive and with any concern they seem to be an additional obstacle instead of a line of support to the residents.

The apartments are spacious and are bright with the white walls. The only problem is the maintenance requests. I understand that there are a lot of apartments to maintain and we have been patient. However, there is such a thing called too long. Our water heater has to be reheated every year around winter when we need it most, and they said theyd replace it but they never have. This has happened many times in the past and weve honestly given up.

I have no major complaints about living here. Have been here for a year and a half. Maintenance has always been timely and willing to help as well as office staff. Valet trash is a nice service not having to walk to a dumpster in the cold during winter. Dog park in a nice convenient spot. My only complaint is it is a little pricey to live hear but they are nice well maintained buildings.

This place was a great place to stay for about a year while our house was being built. The staff was always friendly and easy to work with. The price point was good. The only real down side was the parking situation. It would be nice to have one spot available for every apartment, but its first come first served. Many times we wouldnt find a spot and have to park on the street. All in all, its an apartment complex and a decent place to live.

The staff is amazing at this property, especially Lee Ann. She was very helpful during my move from Texas! Location is great, not too far from any of the shopping centers, right down the road from the new Denver Outlets!!! Had a few minor issues at move in, but maintenance responded very quickly. I love my new home here at the Estates at Tanglewood!

In 2018 we did a look and lease. We fell in love with the spacious layouts from day 1. Susan was the one who gave us the tour and since that day she has helped us so much. We recently resigned our lease for another 13 months! Weve had a couple of issues but maintenance is ALWAYS on top of things, even emergencies in the middle of the night. Its quiet, cozy, and feels like home. Theres a ton of amenities as well. We love living here!

I knew I wanted to move to this complex and had to wait for the prices to go down. I was working with Lee Ann and she went out of her way to keep me informed at the rents changed. She was so nice and helpful and I was excited to be able to get my apartment!

The lease process was very simple and Denise Rash did an amazing job! It was a real pleasure working with her.

I highly recommend you NOT rent here. We have had apartment leaks, my car vandalized for $1800 damage in the parking lot (police informed me break-ins are very common here), neighbor noise complaints ignored, moved into a dog-friendly apartment only to find a garbage can full of vomit and exposed rat poison under the cabinets. Staff is friendly, however it seems there hands are tied with making any changes. Save your money and sanity!

I am in my third year living at the Estates. I have really enjoyed living in this community. Office staff is personable, grounds are kept clean, and maintenance is prompt. I chose this spot over others given the affordability compared to competitors in the area. I have found in my two years living here so far that you wont be sacrificing much of anything if you are worried about that. Not to mention they were very generous on my renewal rates (lower than the apartment went for at market rate). I have referred one friend, with more to come!

Children on the 3rd floor can make all the noise they want and there are no rules against it. Sure does make it hard if you work the night shift. And if you complain about it like I did well then you become the villain. And possibly threatened with eviction like I was. So dont complain and youll love it here.

Overall my experience at this complex has been great. The apartments have great layouts and are clean. However they are starting to show their age. This year alone Ive had issues with sinks, the refrigerator, the dishwasher, and the water heater. The front office staff and maintenance team are always friendly and prompt to answer however often times they seem to have their hands tied by the corporate office to keep with-in a budget.The complex does not have enough parking spaces. Most of the times I have to park on the street or on the other side of the complex and walk to my apartment.The cabinets, counter tops and flooring are cheap. In my current apartment the cabinets are pressed laminate and have started to peel on the edges. The floors in the kitchen are cheap vinyl which look great but become slippery when wet.The walls and floors are thin. I am always hearing my neighbors. Which I can live with...expect the time they took mushrooms and someone jumped off the balcony and we had to call 911. (This has nothing to do with the complex...Just a dumb neighbor Ive been hearing for a year)Because of the age of the complex, a majority of the sidewalks have sunken into the ground which means that when it rains or snows they are always covered in water or ice.This summer the pool had non-stop maintenance issues. This is to be expected, but it was a bummer when I had the weekend off and couldnt use the pool.All in all, I expect maintenance issues. And the team does a good job with what they have been given. I just wish they would spend a little more and get it done right the first time.In the area, you have a lot of other options. Either apartments that are older and worse shape or brand new apartments. I feel that the Estates at Tanglewood is right in the middle on quality and value. The best thing about Tanglewood is the location.I am happy living here, it is good value and safe.

This place is clean and the management is always nice and very helpful. Like everywhere people dont clean up their dog poop but other than that everyone is great.

We have been living here over a year. The community is awesome but the valet trash pick up is a joke. We went from nice Breezeway bins to small black trash cans because of Raccons, these trash cans are not big enough for 2 bags like the old bins were and sometimes they dont get picked up... because they have to be put out between 5p to 7p. We will be taking our trash to the big dumpster now instead of putting it out. Be happy when my lease is up next yr in June.

The management is amazing here! I had my son and was hit with a garnishment at work so money was tight, but they worked with me so I wouldnt lose my home with my infant and two daughters! I will be forever grateful for their help!

I dont even know where to begin... DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Long story short, they day I moved in my washer, dryer, and dishwasher were broken. The apartment I moved into was an ashtray AFTER I moved in they had to get someone to professionally bomb the place and that barely helped, they also had to change out every outlet and vent because they were nasty yellow! Our car was broken into TWICE! There is supposedly a quite time rule and my neighbors decided to do a porn every night it sounded like, for 6 hours after telling the office multiple times nothing was ever done. The pool is always dirty and they leave the pool door open, I have physically seen people from across the street. (Another apartment complex) come us the pool so its always full of people. After contacting the corporate office they let me out of my lease, thank Effing God!! I can sum this place up in one word GHETTO! And on top of that there is never parking. Do not waste your money, might as well rent in the ghetto youll probably get an overall better living experience.

Great place to call home. You couldnt ask for a better group of people to work with.

I used to live here a few years ago, when I returned to the area I moved back to the estates! I hardly hear my neighbors. It’s a great complex with awesome staff! The only downside is that parking can be hard to come by later in the day.

Very nice gym. I was sad they had to cut down some trees near me and didn’t replant. Maybe they’re waiting until spring? No big complaints so far. They had a great pool party for residents last year.

Lee Ann was amazing!! FaCility was clean and neat.really presentable. Lee Ann was really helpful and knowledgeable . It was my first time viewing these apartments and I loved them! I place my application as soon as I felt the facility. I was hoping to have a two bedroom two bath but it was out of my price range. I kind a wish I had the opportunity to take advantage of their promotion that they had going on since I won’t be moving until January 6th! But other then that I’m looking forward to moving in. We just moved in and the apartment looks great, carpet is clean and the welcoming we got from the staff was beyond expected. So far we are happy with our decision of moving to this complex.
